  1. Here's my Phase 1 store build for AoM: Numerous vendors set up in the market square to sell their various wares Thanks for looking
  2. A border outpost is one of the first defenses a village can have. High enough to view a large area around the village, the lookouts in the outpost are able to keep an eye on goings-on. If the need arises, a messenger can quickly travel from the outpost to the village to warn the people of danger. Near Falkidalr, an outpost is constructed as a preliminary defense. Built on log stilts, the outpost towers above nearby hills and forests. A thatched roof reinforced with leather-covered decorative shields covers the top to keep out snow and rain. To accommodate the watchmen, a tent is provided for sleeping and a fire with a pot and tripod is provided for cooking food. A fence surrounds the base camp to provide a barrier to the native fauna and flora. Weapons and armor are kept on a rack in case of need. Now, the village of Falkidalr will not be easily surprised by any invading danger. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thanks for viewing! Comments and Constructive Criticism are appreciated. The inspiration for this build came from AoM, but the inspiring ideas were the SNOTed logs and the leaf pieces hanging on the grass stems.   4. The journey across Historica to Nocturnus was going to be a long one. Therefore, it was necessary for the entire army to be able to ride, and ride well. Crynis tasked Horsemaster Ulf with training each new recruit in basic horsemanship. The recruits were led into the muddy farmyard one by one, and assigned a horse. Ulf deliberately gave his pupils easy horses to start with, then more difficult ones. One new recuit who particularly stood out was a young farmer named Detlan, who took to riding like a duck to water. With a canny smile on his face, Ulf assigned him the most difficult horse of them all, a black stallion who was known for his many tricks. Poor Detlan was in for a shock! [ C & C welcome ]
  5. The Mitgardian county of Stormhold was in turmoil. Following the mysterious disappearance of its ruler, Berelan Gryffen, three months ago, the land had quickly fallen into disarray. Mountain bandits and orc clans had begun to raid the villages and there were even reports of Drow in the area. Fear spread among the local people and many considered emigration to other areas of the guild. Crynis Elchafron, Berelan's old friend and trusted ally, finally returned from a scouting mission to report the bad news that Berelan had been abducted by a Drow nobleman, Lord Ravenshelm, and was en route to Nocturnus with an armed guard of Drow and Order of the Dragon soldiers. She had been unable to act on her own, but she was determined to somehow save him. Through messenger birds, she established contact with the Nocturnian Resistance against the Black Spire and its leaders, and pledged her support for the cause. Then the training began. The issue was, Stormhold was a small county of Mitgardia with a fighting force of less than sixty soldiers. When Crynis began recruiting for her army, almost two hundred and fifty hopefuls enlisted, but unfortunately most of them were peasants with little to no fighting skills whatsoever. Help came unexpectedly. A band of northeners arrived in the county one day, having been driven south by the Algus menace. They numbered about forty-five, but were fierce fighters, trained to survive the harshest conditions and willing to act as mercenaries for the small army that was gradually forming. To begin with, each hopeful was assigned to a brief one-on-one sparring session with one of the mercenaries or militiamen, using stout wooden staves as weapons. Crynis herself personally observed each bout to assess whether or not the man had any potential whatsoever. She was currently watching a young peasant, Bjorn by name, face off against a seasoned mercenary, Wilhelm. Bjorn showed some promise, but stood no chance against the experienced soldier. Still, this was only the beginning. And great things can come of small beginnings. [ Sorry for the lengthy backstory. C & C welcome ]
  6. This is my build for Tower Phase 2 in Age of Mitgardia. Battles occured throughout the North, as the Algus continued their relentless push into Mitgardia. A Nordheim watchtower had spotted a group of Algus for the village itself, and what warriors the town had left were quickly gathered to try and hold off the icy foes. The men were led by Anar, a veteran warrior famous for his dragon forged spear. Much to the men's relief, the Algus didn't seem capable of freezing the Mitgardians as they charged into battle: In fact, Anar even managed to slay one of the fearsome beasts: Upon which the other Algus made an organized retreat This gave the warriors new hope, as it seemed that the Algus weren't invincible after all. I tried a new wooden wall design utilizing sideways plates and tiles to give a planking effect. And credit for the roof design goes to Siercon and Coral.
  7. This is my build for Tower Phase 1 in Age of Mitgardia. Many small hunting cabins lie in the wilderness of Mitgardia's clan lands. Clan hunters use the cabins as refuges from surprise blizzards, or as rest stops during long hunts. Some of these cabins have been built on top of the ruins of old fortresses: Nothing real fancy this time, just a quick build to get me going in AoM again

    AoM: House Phase 1

    A typical house in Volhaal. With the situation in the north many of the 1st sons have been called upon. It's great to be back This is my first build in a long time. I'm happy with how it turned out. Will have to try and put more detail and techniques into the next build All C&C welcome of course
  9. My Store phase 3 for the Age of Mitgardia build, this one continues the tale that started with a small river merchant, then a shopping stall and now his actual store. "This is bad", Ruprecht wailed. "This is soooo bad. if this keeps up, I`ll be ruined by the end of the year". Carlina looked at him quizically. Lately, her husband has been receiving shipment after shipment of what was once his most priced merchandise: Ice Diamonds, a rare sort of light blueish, glowing gemstones that where found in the high north. She didn`t knew much about geology, but the things she did pick up left or right where that these stones are formed in the crusts of the enternal glaciers. Goblins mine them, at the risk of their lives facing the harsh cold, and sell them to Ruprecht at premium charge. But the past few months, it seems like they have found a mine filled to the brim with the stones. They have been carrying them in by the chests, and apparently this is bad for business. Her husband needs to honour a very expensive contract in exclusivity for the stones, but the rate he has to purchase them is far greater then the occasional stone he can sell to the townspeople in Merak. "Maybe we should pack shop and move to the capital" he wailed... and at that exact moment, the door swung open and some goblin miners came in with a fresh case of ice diamonds... For this build, I tried my hand for the first time in a MOC for an `open backside`. The house itself was inspired by the style I saw in the Mozel valley last year when on a weekend there with the family, sporting flashy colours interwoven with soft pastels and woodwork. Okay, and I tried to include a small piece of humour ;-)

The Blue Wolf renegade had urged them to push the horses faster than Wyndor thought was wise, but there had been such a sense of urgency in his voice that Wyndor didn’t argue with him. As they had started their journey Wyndor asked the renegade where they were going and was meet only with, “You’ll know when we get there.” Wyndor figured the silence had gone on long enough when he spoke up and asked, “So what’s your name?” The Blue Wolf glanced over at him and hesitated for a moment before answering, “Miles.” “Tell me Miles,” Wyndor said, “Why have you been killing the dwarves of Dalig Ulv?” Miles laughed out loud at that. “We haven’t been killing them! You’ll get your answers soon enough, we’re here.” Out of the fog they had been riding in a tower loomed up ahead. Wyndor figured they must be near the Orcish Marshes. This tower must have been a guard tower against the somewhat savage inhabitants of the marshes. It wasn’t on any of Wyndor’s maps though, so he knew it must be old indeed. They left the horses at the bottom of the hill and climbed the path to the door. There were plenty of armed men around the tower and the two town guards from Dalig Ulv seemed a little nervous to be so outnumbered. They approached the door and Miles said, “Your men will need to stay here. They can keep their weapons.” Wyndor knew he didn’t need to add, “not that it will do them any good.” Wyndor nodded at the men and followed Miles inside. They walked to another door and Miles motioned to it and said, “Our leader is inside. He has your answers.” Wyndor stepped into the room and found himself looking at the back of someone’s head. It struck him as oddly familiar. “Please, close the door Wyndor” stated the stranger. Wyndor obeyed and asked, “I do not mean to be rude, but what is this all about?” The stranger ignored the question and asked instead, “Do you know what happens to Ice Dragons when they die of old age?” Wyndor was puzzled so he just listened. “They say no one can say for sure” continued the stranger, “because all the dead Ice Dragons Mitgardians have seen have been slain ones. One theory is that they all fly further than the Frozen Beyond and become monuments of living ice, moving slower than the icebergs across the snow dunes. Others say they melt into the ocean and some claim they don’t die at all but become men who wander the northern reaches of the Frozen Beyond warning stray travelers to go no further.” The man paused for a moment as if remembering and then continued, “What actually happens is that they fly north and then die like any other animal. How do I know this? Because I’ve been there. To the Ice Dragon’s dying grounds.” At this point the man pulled off his glove and flexed his fingers. Wyndor noticed their odd color and started to ask about it when the stranger continued his monologue. “I traveled with an Ice Dragon there. Not by choice. I was holding on for dear life. It was doing all it could to stay alive with my spear stuck in its belly. We crashed in a field full of dying dragons before the one I was with gave up the ghost. I grabbed my spear from his carcass and ran as fast as I could. I was 13 at the time.” Wyndor was suddenly realizing why this man seemed so familiar. He sputtered, “No… it can’t be… you can’t be…!” The stranger turned around, “Yes, Wyndor, I am your brother, Tagaler.” Wyndor rushed to his brother and embraced him. “How can this be?” Tagaler awkwardly returned his brother’s hug before letting him go and continuing with his tale. “When the elemental monster attacked us I was thrown in the same direction as the dragon. I grabbed the dragon’s toe with my hand and was frozen fast to it. I was tossed like a rag doll as the dragon hurtled through the sky and then as he regained the use of his wings and then glided even further north. We passed over a large portion of the Frozen Beyond, where no one has gone before, before we crashed. It wasn’t until he died that my hand was released. My spear must have been caught by the wind of the elemental monster and thrown in just the right way to pierce his hide. I ran from that place with a frost burned hand, and no clue as to where I could go. I walked for what seemed like days before I finally collapsed in the snow, assuming my end was near. My arm had turned black and I knew the frost had already taken it from me and would soon take the rest of me." "I closed my eyes. I don’t know how long I was out. The next thing I knew, I was being dragged up out of the snow by someone layered in furs. I don’t know who he was or where he came from, but he had ice blue hands that grabbed my dead hand and rubbed it. Whatever manner of man he was, he was not normal. There was something other-worldly about him. After he was done rubbing, my arm was no longer black, but the same shade of blue you see now.” Tagaler rolled up the sleeve of his tunic revealing an icy looking arm. Wyndor gasped, “I have never seen anything like that before! Does it hurt?” Tagaler shrugged. “The only thing I feel in this arm is intense heat. My arm is immune to cold it would seem, as I haven’t been able to feel its effects on this arm since that fateful day.” “What happened next?” Wyndor asked. “The man handed me a pack of food and pointed” Tagaler responded. “I walked in the direction he pointed until I came to the rift between the Frozen Beyond and Mitgardia where some clansmen were fishing in the icy waters. They took me in and gave me a home. It took a few months for me to finally recover. After that, I didn’t know if the rest of you had survived and I couldn’t bear the thought of returning to father to give him the news that the rest of his sons had died, so I stayed.” “Wow,” responded Wyndor, “that’s almost too much for me to take in. I can’t believe you’re alive Tagaler!” “It’s Mattimeo now” he answered. “I took a new name since my right of passage was completed. I haven’t been Tagaler for over 6 years.” “So, you’re the leader of all these men” said Wyndor, “but how is that since you’re less than a score old?” “With this arm” Mattimeo said as he held out his blue arm, “I have more strength than most men do with both their arms. I don’t understand what has happened to me, but I’ve used it to my advantage ever since. I’ve learned much since I’ve been on my own. You’re not the only one who’s traveled to the other guilds. I spent some time in Kaliphlin training with the Yakuzoka, a league of trained assassins. I also spent time in the capitol, reading histories of the guilds and learning much. These men follow me because I’ve proven to them that I can hold my own and because they believe in my vision.” “So you started the Blue Wolves? I guess I know why you chose that name now” Wyndor said as he pointed at Mattimeo’s arm. “Yes, between my arm and my upbringing in the Wolf Clan, it seemed a fitting name for my group of renegades” answered Mattimeo. “But why all the killing?” asked Wyndor. “Death has never been our goal” said Mattimeo. “And I’m afraid you’re mistaken on many accounts of our involvement with the happenings in your city.” Just then a man burst into the room. “Sir!” he shouted “We just received word from Bëo. They are being attacked from the north!” “But, they are the most northern…” Mattimeo paused for a moment. “No! That means, something from the Frozen Beyond is attacking them!” He turned to Wyndor. “I need you to come with me. I never thought what I encountered in the Frozen Beyond would ever be seen south of the rift. I may need your help.” “But what about what you’re doing to the dwarves of my city!” replied Wyndor. “Time enough for explanations later” said Mattimeo. “You will have to trust me that Dalig Ulv in not in danger from my men.” “So it is in danger then?” replied Wyndor. “Yes, and it is a danger that could threaten the entire western half of the guild” answered Mattimeo. “But Bëo would not be asking for my help unless it was dire. And if even half of my fears are true, then we are facing what could be the end of Historica!” “When do we leave?” was Wyndor’s answer. OoC: Have you ever tried to make 2 minifigures hug each other?   11. My Phase 1 build for the Inn category in AoM. I hadn't done a snow scene in a while, so I built this quick build for fun. The icy water technique was inspired by Simon S. Mulled cider is a popular drink in Mitgardia, and it is often delivered in barrels via horse drawn carts or wagons. There are a few more pictures here: link C&C welcome

He was told that Pjeter was waiting for him at the One Winged Angel a local pub. Wyndor walked in and sat down at the table. “Welcome home Wyndor” Pjeter said. “I trust your journey with Glorfindel was fruitful.” “It was,” Wyndor started, “I was able to get a feel for how the rest of Mitgardia is reacting to the current unrest in Historica. Things are not looking good for Mitgardia my friend. There is a lack of trust that is present across all of Mitgardia. The clansmen don’t trust the townsfolk. The townsfolk don’t trust the current leaders to make the right choices to keep them safe. The dwarves don’t trust the elves. And no one trusts anyone from another guild.” “Well, what do you recommend to help Dalig Ulv stay free from this cloud of mistrust?” Pjeter asked. “To begin with, we must find out who is behind all these attacks in our city. The people here will not be able to trust each other if they are always looking for a hidden dagger in their neighbors hand. We also need to foster more trust amongst the council members and city leaders” Wyndor said. “I see you’ve changed your tunic color,” Pjeter said. “Hopefully that will help Lief mistrust you less!” “Yes, Lief is a troublesome one right now. I fear that he does not share our same concerns for the city” answered Wyndor. “But more troublesome is this attack in the market I heard about.” “I trust Valanice has already given you a full account of the attack?” asked Pjeter. “Yes, and of the mysterious defendants” Wyndor answered. “I’ve since learned more about them” replied Pjeter. “It is confirmed that they were all members of the Blue Wolves. They continue to be present at every attack of the dwarves. But this time, either they arrived too late to kill the dwarf themselves, or they were after something different.” “Natolyth also told me that Edea was present” said Wyndor. “If she is here, then nothing is as simple as it seems.” Just then a messenger came up to Pjeter. “Sir, we’ve captured one of the Blue Wolves!” he said. Wyndor and Pjeter exchanged glances. “We might be about to get the answers we desire” said Pjeter. “Please, lead us to him.” OoC: And with that I finish all of the Phase II builds!

He was told that Pjeter was waiting for him at the One Winged Angel a local pub. He walked past part of Dalig Ulv’s outer wall to get to the pub. Part of the wall that has seen some weathering was being repaired by one of the masons of the city. It wouldn't do for loose bricks to be falling on the heads of those entering or leaving the city by this back gate. I wanted a really big wall to finish off this category. I think I succeeded.   15. Keld sets out with his cart to sell his Clear-Thinkers' Ale, otherwise known as apple cider. It is said that Keld makes the best apple cider in all of Historica. Two patrolling Mitgardians stop for a drink, and Keld joins them in enjoying the fruits of his labors. Finding success with his sales, Keld begins to dream of bigger things for the future... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- C&CC welcome! This is a similar design to the cart I used for my horse mill, incorporating fixes for the portions I was not satisfied with. Edit: Updated the first three photos with better photo editing.

    AoM: Tower Phase 3

    Watch Towers can be found along the river Staal in Volhaal, to protect the main trading routes in and out of Graystar. They have stacks of wood on top which can be lit to warn the city of impending danger. Ground Floor and Basement 1st Floor/Captains Quarters 2nd Floor/Soldiers Quarters Beacon I've had the tower built for a long while, but decided that the rock work needed to be updated Hope this phase 3 is enough to pass, all C&C gladly welcome
  17. Butcher Birger and his wife Selby use the smokehouse to preserve meat to store for winter. After cutting up the meat on the butcher's table, the meat is hung on hooks from the poles below the rafters. A fire is kindled below and kept burning with low flames in order to provide steady heat and smoke to dry out the meat and preserve it to provide meat throughout winter, when game is scarce.   18. Farmer Maggot puts his horse to work. After the farmers cut the wheat and lay it in the wagon, the horse pulls the wagon to the mill. Here, Farmer Maggot threshes the wheat on the ground with his flail as his wife, Mme. Maggot, brings new wheat to thresh. Jaskin pours the wheat kernels onto the grind-stone and leads the horse around the grind-stone to roll the top stone over the wheat kernels to grind them into flour that will then be taken to the village bakery and used to make all sorts of delectable items to feed the people of Falkidalr. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- C&C welcome. Inspiration came from the Dark Age mill in Age of Empires 2 (with added Norse influence). My favorite parts of this build, and the most tedious, are the two sections of the roof. The LotR seats from the Council of Elrond make nice roof shakes, though they were somewhat tedious to attach. The stick portion proved even more tedious, as they cannot be all rigidly attached, since I wanted a tightly packed thatching of sticks.
  19. After I deliberatly placed my phase 1 in Kaliphlim as a trade relationship to Mitgardia and linking it that way to our noble icy lands, I went for phase 2 with a Nocturnus influenced build. This is a nice way to break up the building of wooden houses and snowy landscapes, yet allows me to connect the dots all to the village of Merak and other cities in Mitgardia, giving the idea behind the build`s fluff some substance and explanation. And i still have a lot of purple bricks to do something with from an earlier PAB wall visit this year ;-) In the southern regions of Mitgardia, where the lands of the Northmen border the dark swamps of Nocturnus, the waters are tainted. Filled with the dirt and foul sorceries that come out of these dark lands, the region might not be to suitable for the local population to work with, but as in any good economy, a solution is often simple. Hence when a traveller goes that far south, he will often encounter workers from the Dark Lands there, trying to earn a bit of coin in exchange for their labour. Due to their higher resistance for the influences of their homelands, these workers are sought after to man the watermills and other places of `industry`. Szzzz`tik and Skrat are two such Nocturnus workers, manning a small watermill on a southern bystream. Even though the waters a foul, dirty and slightly noxious, their resistance to this make them highly treasured workers of the Mitgardian way of life. Though their are voices in the Nocturnus government implying they are actually enslaved and forced labourers, not a single expat has returned to his himeland yet to confirm these vile rumours!   20. FIGHT! The word echoed over the training grounds as the mock up fights began. Young warriors from various places had gathered, and seek some Mitgardian weapons training for the inenvitable fights that would be coming in the future. the North was a warrior race, and the North would be completely able to defend itself should people need protecting. Looking at the grave of his fallen friend, the master thought of how he had accidently decapitated him during a duel fight. Sadness overcame him, they should have hold back their blows instead of trying to best each other like they did ever since childhood... *CRASH* The sound of wood versus bone was loud. Looking to his trainees, he saw that one of them had handed out a shield bash to the chest of his opponent. Ouch, Brutality... The second phase of the Barracks tree line in Age of Mitgardia required a training grounds to be made. I opted for the traditional training field in which young warriors test their mettle against each others, wielding a variety of weapons like in the old days of gladiatorial combat. The grave next to the master is a reference to my phase 1 build, in order to show a bit of chronological evolution in the build. And of course, the fluff text is a reference to that one particular game about every 30 something bloke these days has grown up with ;-)

There wasn't enough room at the archer's barracks to practice any kind of long ranged shooting, so they had built a storehouse in one of the fields near the town. He pulled quivers, arrows, and bows out and passed them around to the archers. "Alright men," began Chalin. "Today Natolyth has agreed to help train you against magic users." "To started with," said Natolyth, "I will be sending this bewitched crow's carcass out over your heads. As you shoot at it I will be pushing at you with my power. Try to resist me and hit the moving object at the same time." OoC: This is the largest chunk of snot rockwork I've attempted to date. Let me know what you think.
  22. Farmer Segir and his daughter Triafra check on the progress of their crops. Knowing summer is nearly over, Segir prepares to harvest his crops to store up for the winter. His small farm plot had very stony soil that had to be prepared. First, he cleared rocks from the plot and built a small retaining wall with the rocks and stones. After applying manure from his neighbor's cows and horses, the ground was prepared for growing a variety of crops. His prize mushrooms bring a nice price at the market in Falkidalr. Segir checks on his crops regularly because neighbor Farmer Maggot has reported that certain small fellows in the area are particularly fond of pilfered crops, especially mushrooms . Snow was already starting to accumulate around the buildings where the shadows kept the sun away. For any Mitgardian it was the perfect weather. Valanice had already started to adjust to the cold temperatures and walked around without even noticing the cold as the rest of the city residents did. Her sisters though, found themselves shivering a little and they relished every chance they got to step indoors whenever they could. They visited the village bakery where Nora always seemed to have a worried expression on her face. Valanice explained to her sisters that it was because she was always worried that her husband was going to burn the bread. They spent the most time at the jeweler gazing at his selection of fine gems. They also walked past the blacksmith shop where the cooper had been busy banding barrels but was currently re-shoeing a horse. The girls had just finished looking at all the wares the stall owners had to offer and were listening to one of the local minstrels playing for coins and chatting with each other in the square. Valanice had picked up some food to add to their dinner and had been tempted at the one of the stalls to buy a new shovel from the dwarf that ran the shop. It would help her as she worked in the small garden around their house. There had been a lot of bustle amongst the dwarves of Dalig Ulv these days. Not only were they concerned about the recent deaths of their kind, but Valanice had also heard rumor that word had come from their council with some big decision. They were often seen huddled together discussing in animated tones. Valanice was just about to suggest to her sisters that they head back when a startled cry caught her attention. She turned to see a woman standing over an older dwarf elder and muttering under her breath. Valanice hefted her axe and prepared to charge the woman when two more women stepped up to block her path and with a flick of their wrists everyone around them was pushed back a few feet. All of a sudden four warriors rushed in to attack the three women. A half-dozen different blades were all rushing toward the nefarious women when Edea stopped focusing on the dwarf and added her mutterings to her sisters. All four warriors flew back with a burst of power. Just then, Natolyth ran up. He had just made it back to Dalig Ulv after his journey to Cedrica. He stood between the three sisters and the rest of the townsfolk with fireballs smoldering in his hands. “It’s been a long time Edea, since you had me enslaved, and I will not allow you to do likewise to any of these good people!” growled Natolyth. “I see you have not put the powers I gave you to waste Natolyth” answered Edea. “It is too bad you are not still under my control. I could do great things with your power.” “Enough!” Natolyth shouted, “I thought you were finished back in the cathedral, but obviously I did not do a good enough job of it.” “Oh, you exacted your toll well enough” said Edea, pulling back her hood and revealing her white hair. “It cost me much to recover from your attack. But my fight is not with you this time.” Turning to her sisters she said, “We have what we need, it’s time for us to go.” And with that they vanished. Valanice ran up to Natolyth and said, “You’ve arrived back home just in time!” “So it would seem” he replied. “But what is going to happen next?” OoC: I'll be claiming some HSS credits in this build for Bakery, Cooper, Blacksmith, Jeweler, and Minstrel.
  24. Sir Gareth left Avalonia in hope of uniting the four guilds against the Drow. He currently travels throughout Mitgardia in search of those strong enough and willing to join his cause. It was during these travels, that he discovered a small camp of Huns. Before the warriors willingly swore their loyalty, he challenged them to a test of their strength. While neither bested Sir Gareth, for he is a highly experienced knight, they did impress him. He cheerfully accepted their pledge of allegiance; delighted to recruit such skilled soldiers. I threw this together to show off my brand new Hun Warriors (I finally found a case of CMF Series 12 at Target ) I had a lot of fun building this and writing the story. My favorite part was posing the minifigures, but I enjoyed making the snow too. And finally, those Avalonians, Mitgardians, Kaliphlians, and Nocturnians wanting to join Sir Gareth's cause, please post your pledge of allegiance in the comments. For everyone that does, I will try to build a vignette of Sir Gareth meeting your character. The colours of Sir Gareth's flag are dark green, green, and red, as his army currently consists of Avalonians, Mitgardians, and Nocturnians. But as Kaliphlians join, I will add dark blue.     AoM: Stables Phase I

    My grandfather teaches me to ride: Today, my grandfather thinks I have completed my riding training. He has shown me all he knows of riding and thinks it will not be long before I will become a Falki Ridder, just like my older brother Hammond. I hope I can be as brave as Hammond. He always was the adventurous hero in the family. As we head back to Falkidalr, I glance back and see the flags of Mitgardia and Erlnad Blar flying atop an outpost in the mountains. Then I look towards home. It has been a tiresome day completing my riding training, and my bed will be most welcome tonight!
