  1. Hi, In case anyone is local/in the area and are interested, we have a fairly large (one side of a small hall) Lego display as part of a larger model show in Alresford in Hampshire in the UK this Saturday. For those who are interested in coming along for a visit (or if you know of anyone else who would be), some info below from the organiser of the show: "Just a quick note to thank you all for agreeing to take part on the 14th June. We have over 20 layouts/displays this year with several new layouts and many significantly altered. I am also full with sales tables (80+) The show has been heavily advertised in national and local publications as well as on the internet (please get it on any additional sites you can, ta) hopefully we will have a good number turning up. Remember many families come so beware of little fingers, any help with letting the public operate the trains is always appreciated. There is a large TOMY layout this year so that should keep the little ones happy. Enter the School via Pound Hill (continuation from main street through Alresford from East or on right if entering from Winchester end) The School now has a one way system. Four Marks Scouts will be doing refreshments all day and bacon butties early on. Alresford Scouts will be doing a BBQ from 12-3pm, The Ice Cream lady is expected to be there all day and I have a licence so Real Ale until sold out. There will be live music as well and it's 'War on the Line' on the Mid Hants Railway. Save the Children will be doing the door rota all day and also the raffle for which Hornby have donated some excellent prizes. Timings: Show is open for early entry in sports hall from 9am main show starts 11am-5pm" Further details at http://www.alresford-toy-trains.org.uk/ Thanks, Harlquinth.
