I am very lucky to be partaking in part of a collaboration at STEAM 2013 along with 7 other fantastic British builders. We are building a medieval village, circa early 14th century. James has already posted his castle. My section is an abbey, loosely based on Tintern Abbey in Wales. A Lands of Classic Castle freebuild for the Outlaws faction! After losing their previous hideout to the regime of the Evil Queen, Captain Claw and his crew refurbish an abandoned outpost in the south of Roawia. A regime sympathizer learned too much, and is being held in captivity until the Captain can come up with a plan to dispose of him. You can see more pictures on my Flickr.

Hello everyone! My newest MOC is a minifig scaleg airport control tower! I enjoyed buildig it, hope you like it, too! The tower has 3 floors and detailed interior. On the first floor there is a kitchen with a fridge, a coffee maker, a sink, food and a frying pan in it.On the second floor we can find a fire extinguisher, a washbasin and a clean toilet with toilet paper. And on the top of the tower there is the control room! There are 7 chairs and tables in this room for the employees, 6 tables for the operators with tehephones, computers, radios, radar screens and red and yellow mugs, and 1 for the boss with a computer and drawers. There are two binoculars and a fire-extinguisher here, too. This octagon is not exact. First time it moved easily, so I used gray L elements on two side (up and down), and dark grey tiles on the other two sides (left and right) to make it stable. The angles are a little bit more or less, than 45 degrees. This floor is kept by 8 blue technic pins in position. There are the roof's parts and its construction on next pictures. It was difficult, bacause the distance of the octagon's sides is longer than X studs, but shorter, than X+1 studs. Bars can slide in the holes of the small white round plates, and that dark gray L elements helps, too. This pictures show the ladders between the floors. This pictures show, how it is possible to remove the control room. You have to remove firs the window of the toilet, then push the room. Victor Revolword had been slain, but not without sacrifice. Many heroes had died, and William Thornton was among them. Fred Thornton has commissioned a tower to be built in his memory. Front: Side: This is a new invention made to help with building tall structures. Someone pulls on the rope, which makes it carry crates of supplies up to the second floor. Back: Side: The ladder takes people up to the scaffolding on the second floor. Here is a worker building up the bottom of the tower. A dwarf working on the stone. The Avalonian flag shows that this tower is an official Avalonian building. A florist chooses which flowers to go on the tower. A worker having a well earned break. This was my MAC entry. $107 worth of bricklink orders came in yesterday, and I got right to work! Thanks to Derfel Cadarn for the techniques/tutorials! Now I present a section of wall of my city. I can add onto it if I wanted, and I have a town I can put behind it in different sections. (Sort of modular,) Full thing. Pond where the city gets its water. Arrow Slit. Top of tower where lookout and archers can be. Inside. The wall, and includes a few studs and jumper plates to place guards. Overview. Comments and Criticism welcome!

I threw this together in a few days, mainly because I kept destroying it, stuck on what to build or how I wanted to build it. I really wanted to use that raised baseplate (man those things can be hard to build around) and wanted something simple, something that LEGO could market as a set (no this is not going on Cuusoo). So I present to you the Treacherous Tower Pass. A band of knights have taken over two forgotten towers and demand a toll for merchants and the like to pass through. If they do not pay or if the knights feel devious, they can send the boulders down to crush the passerbys and steal their loot. Hello Eurobricks members! Today I would like to show you my mobile crane. I didn`t know, that mobile crane is very difficult model to build. I had about 3 months a chassis to my mobile crane, but I spent a lot of time to bulid a tower to this crane. I am glad that I managed to finish my model before the official release of a new set 42009. Built by my 11 year old brother. There is a full interior in the tower and the door/trapdoor work. Kendrick continued on with his journey the next day and passes by a small watchtower: He has really appreciated all the encouraging/helpful feedback so far

I came up with some new plant designs for this (at least as far as I know). The tower has a full interior and all the doors open. Joktan and Jayan succeeded in gaining the support of the Hradcanny dwarves and are leading them to attack a Hand of Corruption Castle. Lord Brickington was back in Avalonia. First thing he did once he was there was visit an old elf friend of his. This friend was a noble elf of a very serious manner. However, he was cursed with long blond. He hated his blond hair, for all respectable elves had brown hair (or at least he thought). At this point, he was a lord of an Albion tower and Lord Brickington went to see him. This tower was in the inner sanctum thus giving a rather enjoyable view from the top. ______________________________________________________________________________________ Well hello again everybody! I made this tower before my finals week, but just now uploaded it. I won't be building again until Monday, so this is my build for the week. As Historicans entered the city of Cedrica to kick Victor out of power the dark wizard sent a message to one of his elite generals, Murthan. The letter read: General, Take your army, capture Mitgardia while the warriors are in Cedrica. Mitgardia will be easily captured without their warriors. You will have surprise and time on your side, the warriors will linger long in Cedrica, in defeat, celebration, or battle. If we are defeated we will regroup in Migardia. Be swift! -Victor. Upon reading the letter Murthan gathered his soldiers and set out. Watching his soldiers, he stood in a tower and prepared his strategy. Another freebuild. I wanted to use my tower design again. I just love it so much! I also tried an irregullar base. How do you like it!

Abandoned Tower Parts 1-2 Nocturnus Free Build Long ago… Along the Old Forest Road, three years ago, a trio of Falcons came upon a Tower…It watched the dark forest, protecting the nearby town from wolves…but had been abandoned when its foundations crumbled…Its original guards were long gone; and the Falcons would have passed it by without a thought, that is until the hunter returned. A hunter; from the nearby village; used the tower to spot out stag…he had climbed down to confirm his kill, only to discover the stag had escaped; and returned to find a trio of men with a strange crest. They were looking at the tower, and intending to climb it. Foolishly, the hunter greeted them with open arms, and offered his assistance. The Falcons declined, as they had only intended to discover the owner of the equipment above; to which the hunter stated was his. Foolishly, the hunter then offered to bring the Falcons to the nearby village, so that they may feast as guests and sleep. The Falcons agreed, and weapons at hand, followed the hunter through the forest. They went farther and farther into the wood, eventually coming upon the nearby village, as the hunter had said... ~Nemo

This is my build for the fourth global challenge in the Lands of Classic Castle project. The tower is built off of click hinges, and while I have seen other towers built off of those, I haven't seen any in this design. There is a lonely watchtower on the border of Arkaine. It never sees any action, hence there is only one guard there. It is laid in a rocky plain. However, mysteriously bountiful trees grow around it. _________________________________________________________________________________ This was a little tower I built after I came back from my vacation. It is heavily based on DC's awesome tower, though mine is much more basic. Enjoy!

Hello to all! I recently acquired another Lego collection off of Kijiji.ca, (a local online classified). I find there is a collection on there at least once a week, kids growing up wanting $$$ for things like laptops and smartphones... Anyways, this box had a bunch of Castle-themed pieces, including these great green roof pieces I believe are from a Harry Potter set? I threw this little tower scene together while I was assimilating his collection into mine. It's crude, but I like it, and it was fun to build during the sorting process! Have a great day Legopolis!
