  1. I'm a huge fan of the 75025 Jedi defender-class cruiser, but haven't bought it yet. However I got the idea to build a mini version of it, since the "head" of it so fittingly resembled two 2x3wings. To be more accurate it needs a one stud spacing between the front wings, and maybe it should be in dark red, instead of bright red, but I don't have the bricks for that :) Edit: I added another version where I've switched around the mid wings, to make them align more with the center cylinders.
  2. Phew! It´s late now but I am done with my last comic. I hope you like it. I guess it´s a bit different than the usual stuff.
  3. Behold, my entry for the final round, may the recoats be done for once and for all. Drama, action, comedy, horror, fantasy and even romance, it is there, you just have to look closely . I hope you liked it, I included as many avatars as I could, eventhough they're not really accurate (what's with the grey legs everybody? I don't have grey legs anymore, they're used on my flying dutchman). A special thanks goes to Frank Brick Wright for leading me to the comic software I used here. I loved Duck's entries, that's why he has a more prominent role than other redcoats in the comic, If your avatar isn't in here it's because I didn't have the parts to replicate it, no other reason, if I had the parts I would have included everyone.
  4. It's great to see that so many of you have cast their votes! And now it's time to present you the participants that made it to the THIRD AND FINAL ROUND which will start on February, 23rd, and which will be closed on the 16th of March. This round will not have any theme, so you're completely free to make whatever story you like. Bluecoats: Brig. 5. Voting for the first round of the Third Redcoats vs. Bluecoats Tournament of Retribution is now open. The top 5 vote getters from each side (Redcoat and Bluecoat) will advance to the final "Prize" round of the Tournament. You have (5) points (5 for Redcoats AND 5 for Bluecoats) and you can award them amongst the entries as you please but cannot vote for yourself. Just name the participants and the number of votes you give. Further discussion can be held in the Rules Thread. Each entry's title is a link to the full comic, so please have a read and get ready to laugh! Voting for the first round will conclude on February, 16th so be sure to vote for those you want to see compete in the final round! Not every member has made 2 entries. This is something to take in mind while voting, but you can still give all 5 points to a participant with 1 entry. Also, don't vote just for the best quality images. Fun and humiliation are also very important! 1. Blackar Matrix Reloaded & PiReds! 2. Brickington A True Blue Misfit 3. dr_spock Survivor Island & Treasure Island 4. TOR III Entry 2:Let's play cards!

Let's play cards! It's time for the annual card game, war on the table! Not playing for money but for heads. And ofcourse the grand prize: the challenge cup. Well let's start this exiting game! No conclusion on the winner yet, it's a draw. So time for a fifth game, and a royal flush for our blue coat! And this year again, the challenge cup is ours! Could a mod, please add: TOR III Entry 2: in front of the title! Thanks!
  9. I finally had time to make my entry, I had my last exam yesterday . So don't expect too much. It's better than nothing I guess. I didn't have enough time to come up with a decent story, luckely I have a couple of ships I can use, which reminds me that I still have to post some of them. Good luck to the other contestants.

    Death of a Bluecoat

[pid][/pid]229C While this is not a new MOC, I have never posted it here, and thought it worked well with the tournament. A Redcoat patrol encounters a lone Bluecoat.... Thanks for looking! C & C appreciated.

ToR III Official Entry I — Metamorphosis

[pid][/pid] You can check the small prologue, called Sabre Island, here. I know my entry is a bit different both in stile and in theme from the others excellent ones we have seen in this forum. Nevertheless, I hope it will be appreciated by the community. This round theme was: Islanders. In order to justify my entry, I would like to add that an islander is, by definition, a native or inhabitant of an island. This is because I had this idea that using "traditional" islanders in an entry about islanders was a bit too mainstream Criticism/comments are very welcome as always. Go bluecoats!
