  1. still working for 3 months into this moc, get some inspiration by the swith trick from the new 2017 blue tow truck, still lots things to do here, but each week i improove something, lets see where it will goes latest video: Thanks so much! Omar
  2. Hi, here's an older MOC that I haven't posted on EB so far. Maybe the one or the other had seen it on flickr, but I wanted to share it with you also here now. It's a Junkers G23, an airplane from the 1920s manufractured in Germany. It was the predecessor model of the more popular Ju 52. Wasn't too easy to get all the parts, especially some rare ones like all the pearl light gray bricks with grille (from the Santa Fe Wagons) or the black motor grilles (from the first Knight Bus). Hope you like it :) Junkers G.23 by Vaionaut, on Flickr PS: Posted it in the Adventures forum because I thought it fits quite good here (Junkers airplanes also appeared in Indiana Jones for example).
  3. This model was originally set 31064, (Seaplane Adventures), a 2017 official Lego set from the CREATOR line, with some of the ideas from set 5935 (Island Hopper) from the 2000 ADVENTURERS line thrown in for good measure. I also added an updated figure of the pilot (Ms. Pippin Reed) plus a printed map tile. This twin-engine model is a seaplane, which means it can only land on water. No wheels would make for a very rough landing on dry ground! The model has two opening hatches (one for the pilot and one for loading cargo) and removable roof section for access to the cargo compartment. I got the printed 2 x 4 tiles on the rear of the plane from the 2010 Toy Story 3 line set "Western Train Chase". As the former lead reporter for Adventurer Times, Miss Pippin Reed was reporting on a Dr. Kilroy's 1920 discovery of a copy of the Book of the Dead when she met Johnny Thunder at a dig site near Cairo, Egypt. They have been good friends ever since, even though Ms. Reed happens to be an better aviator than Johnny. She currently is employed by Harry Cane as one of his best pilots. She usually files the Island Hopper on cargo runs into Europe and Africa, but has known to take the plane as far away as the Pacific Ocean / Dino Island and the Far East. In this picture we see the Adventurers' home base / resupply depot with the seaplane called the "Island Hopper", the large tramp steamer "Eastern", and the smaller tugboat "Gulf Stream". This photo is just for fun (read: not included in the LDD file), and features all the good-guy Adventurers vehicles and their home base, along with the seaplane called the "Island Hopper", the large tramp steamer "Eastern", the smaller tugboat "Gulf Stream" and Johnny Thunder's car "Treasure Raider". Any comments, Questions, Suggestions, and Complaints are always welcome. NOTE: The supply base and the other vehicles have thier own thread here or, if you are more into the bad guys, check out the Sinister battle-cruiser here and his secret submarine here.
  4. Let me present MOC 'Dodo', a plane from GTA series. It is based on Cessna 152 or similar, however, I didn't mean to create an exact copy, and made it more like in a free style of a 42040 size Features & Functions: – HOG controlling rudder and front wheel – Manual control of ailerons, elevators and flaps – Opening doors – Rolling propeller and wheels. Unfortunately, I could not archieve the right weight balance, so I had to place the model on a stand. Despite its technical imperfection, I'm still satisfied with the design.
  5. This is one of my oldest MOCs... I thought I would put some of the older ones on Eurobricks just for show. Thanks! Brickbybrick's Technic
  6. This model was originally set 31064, Seaplane Adventures, a 2017 official Lego set from the CREATOR line. I then extended the rear of the body about 8 studs, and lengthened the tail about 2 studs to be a little further away from the body of the aircraft. The MOD uses about 105 more parts to do this, but it gives in return an extended cargo area with removable roof section. This is in addition to the two hatches already on the stock model. Here is the main pic of the plane. The only LDD error I got from building this model was this part that keeps the dark blue engine part from rotating. It works in real life, but in LDD it doesn't go all the way on... go figure! The rear of the original set has a opening rear hatch for cargo loading, which is a feature I kept in my MOD of the set. The other hatch on the set is for accessing the cockpit, while a removable roof panel allows for the cargo area to more open for play-ability. The MOD uses about 105 more parts than are in set 31064 to complete the upgrade. The parts needed are above, and are grouped separately from the actual parts included in set 30164 in the file. This is so you can but the stock set from LEGO and then buy rest of the parts from Brick-Link, Brick-Owl or whatever site you use to buy parts from. Here is the ldd file for the modified plane. Remember: if you feel so inclined, any comments, questions, and / or complaints are always welcome!
  7. Set 31052 is really well done and it offers three very different models - RV, ship and house. So what can I add? Plane! It is inspired by LEGO City Ambulance Plane (set 60116) and uses just about half of set parts. I think it's not bad result for limited time and effort I've put in. It features opening windscreen, cargo door and roof. Last but main feature is described in little bonus story bellow. BONUS STORY Somewhere in wilderness... The plane is really able to carry bear - this is a proof:
  8. hello, im selling all my legos, need some money so i will keep my mocs, so i builded a huge one, to use all parts that could be nice to put in use into a future moc its a pre ww2 based plane, i already put the wip step into another topic, here i will put the final version, if you guys have ideas to improve, you all are welcome! 10. Lance's Plane & Trike My 3rd alternate model of Lance's Mecha Horse. The plane features a spinning propeller, working missiles, opening cockpit and detachable shield. The trike rolls on the ground and uses Flamethrower's mohawk for aiming the arrow gun. Both the models are surprisingly solid.
  11. Lance's VTOL I would like to introduce my first alternate build of LEGO NEXO KNIGHTS Lance's Mecha Horse 70312. The VTOL plane can tilt and spin all four engines, features opening cockpit and cargo bay, folds the weapons for mid-air jousting. Flamethrower is riding a combat scooter and Lance's bot is flying the hovershield. The building tutorial can be found in my Youtube channel. And the original model.
  12. John (LittleJohn) and I decided to do a collab series based around re-imagining old set themes. Adventurers is a theme we’ve liked for years, though we never had any of the sets. After getting some of the original figs at Brickfair, Virginia, we wanted to put them to good use. The landscape and temple were inspired by Grant Davis and Mark of Falworth. Johnny Thunder and his team of Adventurers have discovered an uncharted jungle island. Within the dense vegetation they find the entrance to a ruined temple! After leaping from pillar to pillar, over the crocodile swamp, Johnny reaches the gateway. They’re not the first ones there though, as the treasure-seeking gang boss, G.R. Edy is there with some henchmen. Will Johnny be able to prevail, and will Dr. Kilroy fall to the alligators? We hope you enjoy, and you can see plenty more pictures on our website

    LDD MOC: Boeing 717

Due to financial restrictions, I can't build real models as of yet, so LDD will have to do, I've made several things in the past but this is the first time I decided to showcase a model online Being an aviation fan, I decided to build an airliner using a combination of the big '<insert that tiresome argument>' parts for the cockpit and tail-cone and smaller parts for the wings and tailplane. It contains more details than you would get in a typical CITY set, it has obvious cockpit and passenger seating put it also contains separate first and economy (known as coach class in America), folding seat for a flight attendant, fully featured galley and a bathroom in the tail-cone (not pictured). Also not pictured is inverted roof pieces used to represent overhead compartments (although these make it difficult for minifigs to fit in comfortably) and clocks hanging from the ceiling in the aisle Constructive criticism is encouraged and accepted. 717.lxf

  15. I've decided to build an airport stair vehicle adapted to the classic 4 wide airplanes. As far as I know, the only mobile stair for 4 wide planes could be found in City Airport set no 10159. The plane in the picture is the original plane from 6396 set. Bombardier C-Series

Hello everyone I would like to introduce my model for the Bombardier C-Series (both the CS100 and the CS300) which is the newest narrow body plane being made by the Canadian giant Bombardier to take on Airbus and Boeing's duopoly on the medium sized aircraft market. My model for the CS100, the smaller of the two members of the family comes in the colours of Swiss Global Airline, which is the launch customer for the type. The aircraft features retractable landing gears and opening doors. It can seat 6 passengers. The tail is this way until I can justify ordering two 3x3 cross plates (15397) which I still have to do. DSC04420 by Maxim Pieuchot, on Flickr DSC04442 by Maxim Pieuchot, on Flickr DSC04437 by Maxim Pieuchot, on Flickr DSC04427 by Maxim Pieuchot, on Flickr My CS300 is 4 studs longer and comes in the colours of my custom airline Nova Airlines. The aircraft features the same retractable landing gear and door system. DSC04460 by Maxim Pieuchot, on Flickr DSC04467 by Maxim Pieuchot, on Flickr I hope you enjoy these two airplanes. My goal is too bring more details into the lego aviation world. I hope you find these creations achieve this. All comments are welcome :) Happy Building -Max

    SHIELD Quinjet MOC

This is a pretty old MOC of the Quinjet from the Avengers movie and Agents of SHIELD. Cockpit has seating for 2 minifigs, and there's a lot of room for storage on the inside.

    Playable two-level aircraft A380

Playable A380 in LEGO catalogue 2016? Ever since the two level aircraft Airbus A380 was introduced to the market I have waited and hooped for the release of a playable LEGO A380 model. I haven´t seen it yet by I´m still hoping for the set… This forum topic is for the supporters for such a set. I´ve tried the LEGO CUUSOO but my model was rejected due to the new rules that apply from December 2013. Nowadays new suggested parts, such as my suggested cockpit, are no longer allowed. Please post your own ideas of the A380 or just support my concept. Keep in mind that this forum topic should be versions that are playable and should be in a “realistic” price range…
  20. Hi, here's my LDD model of Captain Baloo's famous plane. I hope you like it :) Best Vaionaut Edit: @Mod: Please correct the typo in the Title (Disney's). Thx!
  21. Hi, the NC-4 was a flying boat, manufactured by the Curtiss Aeroplane and Motor Company in Buffalo, NY. In May 1919 it became the first aircraft to fly across the Atlantic Ocean. I really like the design of this plane and so I built it in the LDD. Here are the pics: Best Vaionaut

    60022 cargo terminal MODS

Hello I would like to see the mods everyone has put on their cargo planes. I have installed flat tiles in the middle of the plane for there to be more room for the cargo. I have added winglets and moving levers in the cockpit for realism. So please share your mods. If you do not have this set you can share the other cargo planes and all lego city passenger planes. Thank you in advance. Some winglets for more realistic wings
  24. Hello everyone, if anyone finds out about new airport or airplane sets please post here because the last airport sets were released in 5 year intervals with cargo sets 2 years later. So is it possible that new airport sets will be coming out? Thank you in advance 7893 airport in 2006 7734 cargo plane in 2008 3182 airport in 2011 60022 cargo terminal in 2013 00000 airport in 2016?? 00000 cargo plane 2018?? P.S. 25. Airbus A380 Micro Model The Airbus A380 is a double-deck, wide-body, four-engine jet airliner manufactured by European aircraft company Airbus. It is the world's largest passenger airliner, and the airports at which it operates have upgraded facilities to accommodate it. It was initially named Airbus A3XX and designed to challenge Boeing's monopoly in the large-aircraft market. The A380 made its first flight on 27 April 2005 and entered commercial service in October 2007 with Singapore Airlines. -Wikipedia Now I present to you the biggest passenger plane out of Lego! I tried to include as much details as possible at this small scale and I must say I'm quite pleased with the result. The project features: Detailed plane Decals Removable landing gear Display stand in various colors It's built out of 365 bricks which seems quite reasonable for a Lego Ideas set. Here're some more pics: Thanks a lot to Anduin1710 who made the beautiful renders. Make sure to check out his projects. Especially if you're a LotR or Hobbit fan! Do you like my MOC? Please consider supporting over at Lego Ideas to make it become a real set! Your help is greatly appreciated!
