  1. Updating an old post. All items are MISB and prices have been taken from Bricklink. Price does not include shipping. HOWEVER, for those buyers who are willing to allow me to unbox the sets so that shipping is not nearly so expensive (I'm not a professional seller, it's impossible to ship the large sets for cheap) - I would be very happy to discount the price to reflect that they are no longer MISB, but complete. Also willing to negotiate for those looking to purchase multiple items. For Sale: 10237 Tower of Orthanc $229.00 79031 Lake Town Chase $69.99 10211 Modular Grand Emporium $250.00 10217 Harry Potter Diagon Alley $350.00 10193 Medieval Market Village $165.00 Elves: 41071 Aira's Creative Workshop $11.00 41072 Nadia's Spa Secret $50.00 40173: Nadia's Epic Adventure Ship $23.00 41074: Azari and Magical Bakery $45.00 41075: The Elve's treetop hideaway $49.99 41076: Farran and the Crystal Hollow $11.00 41052 Ariel's Magical Kiss $40.00 Not everything I have to sell, but what I'd like to start with.

    The Balrog of Moria

I designed this famous beast for a commission, and I'm very happy with how it turned out! This minifig-scale Balrog was a tremendously fun challenge to design. It has 39 points of articulation, can balance on its own feet in many poses, and features custom-cut cloth wings. If you're interested, instructions are available-- PM me for more information. All images link to their larger versions on Flickr! Or, to see more images, go check out the Flickr album. I appreciate any comments or critiques you may have. Thanks for your feedback!
  3. Hi all! I've always wished that the small legs for the Hobbit minifigures had been printed to look like they had bare feet, like they appear in the Lego LOTR/Hobbit video games. I recently stumbled on Citizen Brick, which does custom printing on Lego pieces, and I started toying with the idea of buying a batch of small legs and having hobbit feet printed on them. Unfortunately, the smallest orders that Citizen Brick will take are 200 pieces, and the starting price is $400 . . . well beyond my budget. I thought I'd check in with you, the community, to see whether or not there is enough interest for a group of us to pool resources and get some mini Hobbit legs printed without breaking anyone's piggie bank. Sound off in the comments below if you're interested.

    (MOC) Rivendell

My second micro Lord of the Rings creation, after Edoras. Andrew JN suggested that I build Rivendell, and I was skeptical about being able to pull it off in micro-scale at first. The main build process took a little over 2 weeks, and then I needed to wait a bit longer for parts to arrive to finish the model. It was primarily based off of these two images: picture 1, picture 2.The model is view-able from all sides, and while one of my most complex micro creations, it was an extremely rewarding build. Rivendell, also known as Imladris, was an Elven town and the house of Elrond located in Middle-earth. It is described as “The Last Homely House East of the Sea”, referencing towards Valinor, which is west of the Great Sea in Aman. High resolution images on flickr. Check out all of the pictures on brickbuilt to make sure you don't miss any details. Thanks for looking

MOC - The Battle of Helms Deep

Ok I'm kinda new to the whole AFOL and Eurobricks scene so bear with me on this post. So this is the first large-scale MOC I've ever done... In fact, when the LOTR sets came out, it was the first time I'd touched ANY LEGOs in nearly a decade! Conceptual artwork for a stop-motion battle: Rescue of Helms Deep Check this thread in about a week, more scenes to come! ENJOY MY PUBLIC PLAYTIME!

    Edoras

This will be one of the prizes for this years Middle Earth LEGO Olympics. I have always liked the look of Edoras, so it was quite fun to try to capture the look of the city in microscale. Edoras is the capital city of Rohan, and houses the Golden Hall, Meduseld. Plenty more pictures on my website. Thanks for looking
  9. Here is my Mini/Mirco version of the Battle of Helm's Deep. I love this scene in "The Two Towers" and decided to build it, but I want to build something different. I used levers as uruk hai army . I hope you like my idea, let me know ;) The Lord of the Rings- The Battle of Helm's Deep by KevFett2011, on Flickr The Lord of the Rings- The Battle of Helm's Deep by KevFett2011, on Flickr The Lord of the Rings- The Battle of Helm's Deep by KevFett2011, on Flickr Lg KevFett2011 Greetings KevFett2011

    [MOC] Hobbit Hole

Hello Eurobricks friends, After an amazing trip to New Zealand this past June, I felt determined to construct my own "Hobbit Hole" in LEGO. While this particular build is not based on any of the 44 hobbit holes that were built in Matamata for the filming of "The Lord of the Rings" and "The Hobbit" films in particular, I instead drew from inspiration from many of the various homes to design my own little hobbit hole. Enjoy! LEGO Hobbit Hole by Evan Ridpath, on Flickr LEGO Hobbit Hole by Evan Ridpath, on Flickr
  12. A month ago, I put a project on LEGO Ideas called the Lord of the Rings Advent Calendar (you can see it in my signature). As of this writing, it's at 184 supporters, which isn't necessarily bad, but I made some calculations and it turns out that I need an average of 200 supporters a week if I want to reach 10,000 supporters before the 1-year deadline. I read in an interview with a LEGO Ideas moderator that the secret to making it to the review stage is to persistently promote your project everywhere you can, whether it's in or outside the LEGO fan community. So far, the only thing I've done is start a topic about my project on this forum. Does anyone here know of any websites that you think would be interested in supporting my idea? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. P.S. Sorry if this is in the wrong forum ... I wasn't sure where to put this topic when I posted it.
  13. Hello, I would like to let you know that a dedicated Middle Earth LEGO Minifigure Catalog is now available. It has the best photographs of all the LOTR/Hobbit Minifigures in it. I hope you enjoy it.
  14. LEGO Helm's Deep Project. Work in progress... I'm currently 10,000+ pieces in, with another 5,000-10,000 to go. I have approximately 500 more figures (400 Uruk-Hai and 100 Rohan) to add to the diorama upon its completion. I'm quickly realizing that I'll need to purchase another table if I plan to display this all in one piece ;) I wanted to update people on my progress thus far, I hope that you enjoy it! Credit to Brickstruct for instructions. More pictures available on my flickr: If you would like to receive updates on this project and others, please follow!

    [MOC] The Ring Goes South

This initially was going to be my entry to Round 2 of the 2016 Middle Earth LEGO Olympics, but I wasn't able to get it done in time for that. It's fairly close the original scene, though I took the liberty of changing sizes to fit my needs.
  16. From the Lord of the Rings- Fellowship of the Ring. After separating from Frodo, Aragorn prepares to face the Hand of Saruman. Aragorn- "I swore to protect you... I would have gone with you to the end. Into the very fires of Mordor." Frodo- "I know." From the Movie: LEGO interpretation of the above photo:

    MOC: Osgiliath

Hi there! First of all, this is my first try at starting a topic, so Mods please correct me if I'm doing it wrong. After a span of two weeks not photographing anything, I finally had a surge of inspiration and built two LOTR themed Mocs. Osgiliath is presented here. This was my first attempt at doing some ruined wall-ish things, and I rather like how they turned out. I also got to use some Brick Warriors accessories which I have recently fell in love with So without further or do: Osgiliath: Main by Nagol_of_Fortfield, on Flickr And another: Osgiliath Action Shot! by Nagol_of_Fortfield, on Flickr C&C is always welcome and appreciated!
  19. Hello everybody After seeing that fantastic Iron Builder MOC from Legopard ( https://www.flickr.c.../in/dateposted/ ), I decided to make something similar. Due to the fact I love playing Tabletop Football, I tried to make an Lego Lord of the Rings themed version. Lord of the Rings Tabletop Football by Balbo ., auf Flickr It works quite ok (so it´s possible to play with it), but the bar construction with the 1x1 bricks and the Lego 4L bars (they are inside the 1x1 bricks) isn´t perfect, especially when playing a real game because sometimes the bar construction can break. But I´m planing on updating the MOC with a new and more stable construction for the bars in the future Thanks for watching
  20. I had designed my LegoIDEAS Orc War Boar for... erm well for Orcs... (Yes the clue's in the name!) but I had also took a few quick shots to see if it worked with a Dwarf riding it instead. Anyway, let me know what you think and if you like it then please support the updated IDEAS... especially if you want to help inspire and show TLG that there is still a market and a desire for castle / medieval / fantasy themes and sets from the community out there. http://ideas.lego.co...132944/updates

    The Prancing Pony

Hello everybody Some days ago I finished building my latest creation so far: It shows the Ringwraiths entering the Prancing Pony in Bree (it´s a scene from the Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Rings movie. 22. Hello everybody Yesterday I finally finished building my latest MOC so far - it shows "The Green Dragon" in the Shire, which is a Inn in Hobbiton. After I saw the fantastic Sandyman´s Mill MOC from TheBrickAvenger two years ago ( ) I really wanted to build the Green Dragon (which lies next to the Sandyman´s Mill in the Lord of the Rings movies) once in a similar style. The Green Dragon by Balbo ., auf Flickr I hope you like it
