  1. This model was inspired by the Siemens SD-460 type light rail vehicles used by Metro Link in Saint Louis, Missouri. They are usually two sets used on every train, so just imagine a exact duplicate of the train above connected to the train you see. Basically it's four cars with only two walkways and four cabs, though only the outer two are ever used on the line. Also, the two cars with the inter-car connection are supposed to share a Jacobs bogie underneath the walkway. I didn't use one because it would cause problems storing the train in my boxes IF I decide to get it. the walkway. I didn't use one because it would cause problems storing the train in my boxes IF I decide to get it. The side of the model. The first set of pantographs on the far ends of the cars are used as ice cutters in cold weather (though they can be used in an emergency for power collection) , while the second, inner pair are actually used as the electric pickup points. This is not my map, I got it off Google. It is used by Metro Link on it's trains to show the stations used by the Light-Rail system. The Metro Bus routes are not shown, as their are too many routes to show on this type of map, though the metro buses usually use the routes of the old streetcars. The train is supposed to feature the "M" logo on it's front and rear ends, but their is no printing on the logo, which is a blue square with a red circle inside, which has a capital "M" in white located inside the red circle. (I used a black 1x1 plate because it stood out more.) Anyone wanting to read more about Metro Link and their plans for any future extensions and such should visit their wiki page here: https://en.wikipedia...ink_(St._Louis) EDIT: forgot to add the LDD file: http://www.moc-pages.com/user_images/80135/1453843587m.lxf
  2. All my recent car mods go here! 1929 Ford Model A (75875 MOD) This car is a model of a Ford Model A, which was inspired by the hot rod Model A in set 75875 (Ford F-150 Raptor & Ford Model A Hot Rod) from the 2016 Speed Champions lineup. This is the third version of this car, and I have I remodeled the front and grille area due to input from Flickr user Tim Henderson. Here is the inside, which can seat one mini-figure. The rear of the car has room for a license plate. As a side note, this car is also build-able in these other colors: -Red -Dark Bluish Gray -Light Bluish Gray -Black -White Here is the original car (pic from Brickset) so you can comapre them (link: http://brickset.com/...Model-A-Hot-Rod ) LDD file for my version: http://www.moc-pages...1455912787m.lxf 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 (75874 MOD) I thought the '69 Chevy Camaro in set 75874 (Chevrolet Camaro Drag Race) would look better in street form. I recreated it using the instructions at Brickset albeit I made some small changes to the model to avoid using stickers. (such as smaller tires, real headlights, a rear window and front grille) HOWEVER: After building the model in black, I realized it would also work in red and blue instead of the regular black. I then added another set of dark bluish gray stripes beside the main white stripe. As before, the model can hold 1 figure in the drivers' seat. The car is most likely build-able in real life in red (maybe yellow too) as well as the basic black seen in the original set. The inside can seat one mini-figure, and the roof is removable to put the fig in the seat. This roof section is grouped in LDD to make it easier to remove. The back end of the car originally had huge rear tires and no rear windscreen. I replaced the monster tires with regular ones and added a 2 x 2 slope to represent a back window. Here is the original car (pic from Brickset) so you can comapre them (link: http://brickset.com/...amaro-Drag-Race ) And here is the LDD file for my blue version: http://www.moc-pages.com/user_images/80135/1457367796m.lxf 1966 Ford Anglia 105-E (4728 MOD) This is my 2016 version of the car in set 4728, (Escape from Privet Drive). This car type is famous for being used in the movie "Harry Potter & the Chamber of Secrets". In real life, this car type was made by a Ford for sale in the United Kingdom and was called a Anglia. This particular version (a 105-E Super) was built from 1959 - 1968. The new version features an opening trunk, doors, seating for two figures and a removable roof. The model is also build-able in medium blue, yellow and white. Here is the rear of the car with the trunk closed. Here we can see the roof removed and the doors and trunk open. This model can seat two figures side by side due to the jumper plates that the figures feet sit on. Here is the original car and it's set (pic from Brickset) so you can comapre them (link: http://brickset.com/...om-Privet-Drive ) LDD file for my version: http://www.moc-pages.com/user_images/80135/1457303956m.lxf 1966 Volkswagen Micro-bus (Rock Band bus MOD) This model was inspired by a PDF of the LEGO Rock Band bus, but in red instead of orange. I removed the funny-car style wheels and massive engine replacing them with vent cover for the engine. The rear of the bus, which can seat 3 figures, and is build-able in blue, yellow, black, and the red version you see above. LDD file for my version: http://www.mocpages....1416926983m.lxf 1969 Volkswagen Beetle (5 wide custom MOD of a MOC) Built from these old instructions by Whoward 69. (link: https://www.flickr.c...57624191463040/ ) I converted this 5 wide car to a hardtop and replaced the wide original wheels with a more Beetle-like solid disc. I also changed the color to yellow instead of green and added a license plate at the back. This car seats 1 mini-figure. LDD file: http://www.mocpages....1417396431m.lxf Porsche 918 Spyder (75910 MOD) This is a modified version of set 75910. (Porsche 918 Spyder) It now has a hardtop roof, headlights, a front grille, along with a redone windscreen and wheels / wheel wells. (This is due to LDD not having those newer Speed Champions parts!) The car also features a removable roof and seating for one mini figure. This model is also missing parts, specifically two of these ( http://alpha.bricklink.com/pages/clone/catalogitem.page?P=18980#T=C ) in Light Bluish Gray and one in Black for the front and rear bumpers. They go where the 2 x 3 wedge plates go on the bumpers ONLY. The other slopes on the sides of the car stay put. The roof is removable and allows for access to the car in order to put the driver in his seat. The rear of the car is where the engine is supposed to be. Here is the original car. (image from Brickset) LDD file for my version: http://www.moc-pages.com/user_images/80135/1457368075m.lxf Comments, questions, and complaints welcome!
  3. The shed is based off set 60103 (Airport Air Show) and has now been updated (3/4/16) to have a bigger, stronger roof with less gaps. I also removed the inner platform as it wasn't my best work and didn't look right. This construct is a 74 studs long x 32 studs wide locomotive shed. (that's the actual shed coverage, not the track itself: the track is 80 studs long alone) For those of you who like math, or would want to build this yourself, the size of the shed + track in more conventional measurements is 25 inches or 63.5 centimeters long and 10 inches / 25.4 centimeters wide. I don't know the height, but it is the same height as my new black-and-red shed design and my older World City building. By the way: baseplates were not added for two reasons: 1) the model is slightly off at some point and does fit in real life, but not digitally. (you will either need a 32 x 80 stud baseplate, or a combination of smaller baseplates.) 2) Baseplates keep crashing the model file for some reason. The shed is 11 bricks tall at it's lowest point, and 15 bricks tall in the center. The side view of the model. The shed can accommodate 8 wide trains with ease and is extendable to be as long or as short as you need it. Here we see my Southern Pacific GS-6 "Daylight" 4460 and a 4-8-2 mountain type locos with the shed to give you a sense of scale. These are the longest locomotives (not including two unit diesels) I own, and they fit with room to spare. Please note: The engine's are NOT included in the shed's digital file! And here it is in real life to help you figure the size of the shed. LDD file for the shed ONLY: http://www.moc-pages.com/user_images/80135/1457118933m.lxf (If you are interested in the steam loco and want to know more / have the LDD file, please look here: http://www.eurobrick...topic=118894 ) Comments, questions, and complaints welcome!
  4. (I'm not sure where to put this model, as it's town, but based off a licensed set in a classic space color scheme!) This classic car was inspired by my previous car for Benny the 1980-something space guy, and partially by set 21108. (that's the Ghostbuster's Ecto 1) With the Ecto 1, I removed the front hood, shortened the car's length and width to make it about the same size my usual CITY-scale vehicles at a acceptable 24 studs long and 6 studs wide. I then added the front hood and grille work which was originally inspired by set 4728 (Escape from Privet Drive). The rear of the car features twin exhaust pipes, and a license plate that in all likelihood is a vanity plate saying "BENY84". (as 1984's the year our favorite blue Classic Space astronaut was introduced) (picture from Bricklink) Also, the 4x2 slope should feature the print above (link to Bricklink: http://alpha.brickli...63pb021#T=C&C=7 ) Anyway, the car looks like it could fit a figure, but it can't as of right now... It probably could work but would require substantial body work MODs that I frankly don't want to do right now. (sorry!) The car will be built by summer, and will replace the car seen in the above picture. LDD file: http://www.moc-pages...1452458064m.lxf
  5. For a while now, Unikitty has been scouting out a new place to create Cloud Cuckoo Land anew. To do this she needs transportation, and so she had her friend Joey the snail help her find a new car, which happened to turn out to be Buster the vintage motor car. He doesn't drive very fast, but no-one minds: it's all about the journey to getting from point "A" to point "B" and having fun along the way. As an added bonus, Buster has been around the block a few times and knows all the best roadside attractions and sights to see along highways, back roads and dirt trails of the LEGO World. Plus, Buster has been modified to run on Unikitty's boundless imagination and cheery attitude so no longer do they have to stop for gasoline. Unfortunately, Buster has a very temperamental engine, so Joey volunteers as the Mechanic for their journeys across the LEGO landscape while they search for a new home. Here we see (from left to right) Buster the vintage motor car, Princess Unikitty, and Joey the Snail. Buster was originally in yellow as a version of Doctor Who's car "Bessie". I then added eyes one afternoon last week as a idea of "what if Bessie was living and could talk". I then decided Bessie would go better with Unikitty because she is a bit more whimsical than the Doctor. I also added the snail from the Cloud Cuckoo Land set as Bessie's (now repainted red and renamed Buster) mechanic. By the way: The name "Joey the snail" came from my Sister's old blog where she had a beanie-baby-like frog named Legs as the star of the blog with a guest star Joey the Snail appearing on the home page occasionally... she quit writing the blog about three years ago, and I appropriated Joey and placed the snail from the LEGO Movie set as him once it was revealed to keep it alive, in a way. Anyway, here is the rear view showcasing the seats for Unikitty (front) and Joey (rear) . You can also see the spare tire from here. Here is the LDD file, if anyone wants it: http://www.mocpages....1447963356m.lxf EDIT: This moc should be built after the doctor who set comes out, around the first week of December.
  6. Hello, I like to introduce my first LDD MOC to you! Here are some Screenshots: https://www.flickr.c...1937@N02/g2QjS8 What do you think? There are some Lego Sets used in this MOC, the Crane (7939) and the Truck (7733), Barbecue (3184). Bathreoom pieces ideas from youtube - Jaystepher.
  7. This set has only been publicly view-able for about 24 hours and I have already designed a 10th Doctor TARDIS Console. It can even hook into the TARDIS just like the set, though you will have to change out the two fold-out walls to match the tan and grays color scheme of Ten's TARDIS. (The outside portion was recreated by user CM4Sci and posted to the Dr. Who "Ideas" thread on Eurobricks.) This console has a big flip-able switch, a bunch of printed slopes and tiles, and even a Sonic Screwdriver holder, just in case they ever release an official sonic for the 10th Doctor. But for now I'll settle with my "gem and a light saber holder" screwdriver design. I am also including the Doctor in yellow skin form and K-9 (same design as the LEGO Dimensions one) By the way: The doctor's suit seen here is a stand-in for this dark blue one from Alien Conquest: http://alpha.brickli...b0899c01#T=S&O= The console features two staircases to access the floor of the TARDIS, and four chairs in corners spots. Here you can see how the console attaches to the exterior: a 1x4 Technic axle slides into a receiver on the TARDIS wall / front door. Here is the exterior of the TARDIS from Lego set 21304 (called Doctor Who), as reconstructed by Eurobricks user CM4Sci. When I get the set i'm going to remove one of the panels (the one with the St. Johns Ambulance cross) and replace it with a plain dark blue panel, as 10 didn't have that on his TARDIS. The Doctor in his 10th (11th in you count the War Doctor) regeneration. K-9 is from Dimensions LEGO set 71204, which was recreated in LDD by Facebook user Mike MacMillian. I'm going to use printed black 1 x 1 tiles to say "K9" instead of buying the LEGO Dimensions level pack and using the parts there. LDD file for K-9, the Doctor and the complete TARDIS and console: http://www.mocpages....1444163432m.lxf
  8. Here are a bunch of my models in one post than in six different topics. First, here is my Western Railroad Tunnel - Version 2 I have revamped my Modular Western tunnel by combining it with my father's older stand-alone tunnel design. This design makes the interior walls more realistic, while still preserving the rough rock-work outside. The modular bit comes in when you disconnect the tunnel into it's three components, 2 identical end-caps and 1 middle section. This is for ease of transport and making the tunnel shorter or longer depending on your needs. As an added bonus, the flat roof lets you put a small Native American village or a small US Cavalry outpost. If you are not into Wild West models, the tunnel easily recolors with the Dark Tan to dark bluish gray and the regular tan to light bluish gray via the LDD file below. (It's not that hard to recolor it in the program, so only the tan version of the tunnel is included.) Two of these are missing from this model: http://www.bricklink...asp?P=14309pb01 The inside looks like this. It connects the the other sections via the four Technic pins. tunnel LDD file: http://www.mocpages....1412007044m.lxf Next up is two refueling towers: My father built the Water Tower way back in the 1990's, back when 9V was king. Fast forward 15+ years, and I realize that it needed a companion coaling tower. I made my first attempt at a much larger size than this using pictures from LGauge.com, a website of older Lego train models. Please note, some parts are of the tower have been modified in the digital realm, (such as the water spout) so it's not "entirely" accurate. The corner walls also are printed with the part seen here: http://www.bricklink....asp?P=2345pb06 Here is the rear view. LDD file: http://www.mocpages....1411953429m.lxf The next two models are locomotive sheds: First the Classic Brick Railway Systems shed, This model was built by my father around 2005 / 2006 for an old-style MOC steam engine we built together based off set 7722. Anyway, the years roll by, and my engines get bigger and bigger. I realized in late 2013 that I needed to enlarge the shed to fit more than just that one engine type. I haven't done it real life yet, but here is what it will look like. I have added one track's length of shed and one more smoke vent on the roof. Here are the statistics for the shed when it's finished: Building type: single track locomotive shed Track length: 3 ½ tracks (60 studs) Maximum side clearance: 10 studs total Maximum height clearance: 12 bricks total The rear view of the shed. The trans light blue windows were some of the first things my father bought off BrickLink, and as such they are staying on there... even though trans-black might looks better. LDD file: http://www.mocpages....1411655710m.lxf The final model is this Modern Locomotive Shed This model (in red instead of black and white instead of tan) was originally designed back in the late 1990's by my Father for his 9V locomotives. After completion, It sat in the Basement alongside his other custom models including his tunnel, grain elevator, bridge, and water tower. Fast Forward a decade to 2006. I had played with his models all my childhood, using them for my own trains until he built me my own smaller single track version in black & red around 2006. I longed to figure out how to build my own, and in in 2005, I discovered Bricklink & LEGO Digital Designer. I didn't really use them together until 2010, when the first version of my dad's shed was built. It wasn't very good, but it led to this model back in 2012. (Link to that mess: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/335344 ) From there I made the roof removable, and then I added newer windows, and a less expensive color scheme. By mid 2013, it was compete, at least in digital format. I remains to be seen if I will build it in real life. By the way,the roof is removable. A base-plate will need to be cut If I build this, as it's four studs longer than two XL base-plates. LDD file: http://www.mocpages....1411407373m.lxf Western Caboose This caboose was originally from set 79111, Constitution Train Chase, a part of The Lone Ranger theme. At first it was a prison car, but I turned it into a caboose. I added a regular door and roof top cupola for the conductor while retaining the side doors and exploding back wall. I don't know if there is any real world prototype with a design like this caboose. (minus the exploding wall of course!) Here we see the rear of the caboose, with two red lanterns and the exploding back wall with dynamite attached. This is the first MOC in a long time that I built in real life before building it in LDD. The only changes from real to digital are that I have a 1x4 Technic brick on the back wall with three printed 1x1 letters spelling out BRS. LDD file: http://www.mocpages....1412105087m.lxf The LDD file groups the 79111 stock parts together, with remaining bricks being extra ones not found in the set. Official-Style Freight cars (Part 1) The first car is an automobile carrier like the one in set 2126. ( http://www.bricklink...em.asp?S=2126-1 )It carries two modern re-imagined versions of the Classic cars from that set. The second and third cars are Boxcars, slightly modified from set 3677. ( http://www.bricklink...em.asp?S=3677-1 ) Next up is the fourth car is a water tanker, while the fifth is a tree carrier, and the sixth car is a rock gondola. They are all inspired by set 2126. (The link to that set is above) The seventh car is a modified version of set 3225's general freight car. ( http://www.bricklink...em.asp?S=3225-1 ) Finally, the eighth car is a caboose inspired by set 10014. ( http://www.bricklink...m.asp?S=10014-1 ) All of these cars are modifed to bring them almost 100% in line with modern parts and colors, the only exception being the yellow tipper parts on the gondola. (Those parts were last used in 2000.) LDD file: http://www.mocpages....1411686540m.lxf Notes: Personally, I have the original cars from set 2126, and made the two boxcars from my parts bins. The brown cargo car and caboose are not needed, as I already have a general flatcar and the Western Caboose from post #6 above. Official-Style Freight cars (Part 2) These train cars are inspired by official sets & techniques used by LEGO. The first car is a depressed center flatcar, and it carries a re-imagined and updated set 5920 Island Racer from the Adventurers "Dino Island" Theme. ( http://www.bricklink...em.asp?S=5920-1 ) The second car is a gondola carrying three huge boulders. It was inspired by set 4434, Tipper Truck. ( http://www.bricklink...em.asp?S=4434-1 ) The third car is a gasoline / oil tanker in OCTAN colors. The tanker was inspired by set 7939, Cargo Train. ( http://www.bricklink...em.asp?S=7939-1 ) This model also needs two printed 1x4 tile pieces like this: http://www.bricklink...m.asp?P=2431px9 LDD file: http://www.mocpages....1413560515m.lxf By the way, here is the front of the green automobile: Lego City Passenger Station This station was designed first by LEGO as set 2150, Train Station. It was recreated by someone on Eurobricks, but had an added "street side", that was almost identical as the track side. I downloaded and added: a expanded platform, made a clock with sign for both sides, and made the sections removable. (Yes, the roof for both levels come off.) I modernized the look of the station by adding a pizza oven with opening door like in set 7641, (City Corner) and adding a safe on the second floor for the station master. Street side of the station. The studs on the wall beside of the clock on both sides of the station are supposed to spell LEGO CITY in printed 1x1 tiles. The first floor features the ticket counter, pizzeria with bar seating and the oven taken from City Corner, while the second floor features the Station master's office, with three chairs, a desk, open-able safe, rotary telephone and several cabinets with drawers. This floor and the roof above it are held on by just a few studs, making them 100% removable, while the platform is a attached via Technic pins. LDD file: http://www.mocpages....1412010310m.lxf Grain Elevator Built originally by my father in 1999, this elevator was never completed. As my Dad did not discover Bricklink until 2006, it lacked several crucial parts, and remains uncompleted to this day... just another thing on the to-do list! I have faithfully recreated the elevator and added some parts that did not exist in '99, such as the red windscreens used a funnel, and a conveyor belt with handle. I also did some major goofs, such as making the building one stud too thin, (it should be 16 studs wide at the base), but I hope I compensated enough by making the funnel tall enough to let the tallest official train car I could think of go through without problems. This view shows the conveyor and handle. LDD file for the grain elevator: http://www.mocpages....1398708090m.lxf Modern Truss Bridge Designed using 24 of these parts, ( http://www.bricklink...tem.asp?P=15706 ) this bridge fits even my tallest trains. It can fit up to 10-stud-wide locomotives, leaving 1 stud on each side for clearance. It also can fit 12 2/3 bricks tall train cars, but only barely: the clearance is less that a third of a brick in difference. The tallest train car I own is this one: a caboose based on the prison car from the Lone Ranger "Constitution Train Chase". (set 79111). This car fits the bridge by a hair less than a third of a brick. LDD file (bridge only): http://www.mocpages....1414539136m.lxf Signal Tower 22 Inspired by Whoward69's signal tower, (link: https://www.flickr.c...s-55973205@N08/ ) this enlarged version features two removable sections (the roof and second floor) and a staircase to the second floor. There are studs on the front of the building to spell out TOWER 22 (Or whatever two digit number you want to.) using printed 1x1 tiles. The tower also has two computers on the second floor for train signal / switch direction control, while the first floor is empty. (except for the staircase) LDD file: http://www.mocpages....1417547843m.lxf Wide Vision Caboose This model was originally Model number 30 from the 2007 set "Hobby Train". I redid the whole model from the ground up, replacing old windows and updating the style. The caboose features removable cupola and cupola roof, along with the two regular roof sections. The Inside features a bed, stove, table and two chairs, while the cupola features two more chairs. I'm going to use this piece ( http://www.bricklink...sp?P=87079pb006 ) for the sides of the caboose, and one of these ( http://www.bricklink....asp?P=3039px20 ) for the bed for the conductor. Here is the LDD file:http://www.mocpages....1418063886m.lxf All comments are welcome, and more MOCs / MODs are coming!

    DH : Neo

this is my entry to Digital Hero contest. XLF file Back in the early years of Hero Factory, when Hero Factory still hasn't gaining reputation yet, the villains are much much rougher than villains this day. Their crime records are so bad that the only option to deal with them is annihilation. this hero, Neo, was builded and born at times like these. Neo is a hero that specialized in annihilating villains. whenever the case require annihilation of the villain, Hero Factory will send him, and he never failed. none of the villain that's faced with him able to stay alive to tell his tales. this days, when annihilating villain is not necessary anymore, he is no longer goes on mission regularly anymore. Makuro assigned him to give special training for Hero Recon Team members. his training method never fail to produce a very skilled hero. Neo is considered as great, and harsh, trainer among Hero Recon Team members. and, for the veterans, a living legend. Neo's back is well armored to prevent attack from the back. this pure energy blade is Neo's trademark. this blade can cut trough anything, even the strongest metal, like a butter. this blade can also shot an energy slash to cut enemies that's too far. he also armed with flame burner to burn villain's dead body to ash. this burner also proven to be a great weapon that helps him getting out from the edge. ok, i think that's all. C&C will be appreciated.
