[ MOC ] Medical Ship "White Whale"

When Tony Stark decides to leave the arm-dealing field, he sets up Stark Resilient, which aims to put his technology to the city to benefit the needed people. This time, he puts his arc reactor on the medical ship, and that helps reduce the transport time for patients to the hospitals and makes in-the-air surgery possible. The arc reactor engines are small and powerful, so that the ship can have more space for other uses. Tony meets the team of medical staff at the launch of new medical ship. Overview of the ship, which is quite bulky. Probably that gives people a more "caring and steady" feel for transporting the injured. Side view, and front view below. The cockpit has two seats, and the higher back one can be closed sideways so as to give access to the front seat. And yes, it is a little futuristic era to see the blue transparent panel. Maybe the front should have the same, now I realize! The top is the core of the energy source. The new repulsor engine in action. Normal; flipping out shields and turning backwards for rear thrust.... The back, which has two doors to ensure that the inside is sealed off from the outside, since this ship allows in-the-air surgery. The inside is a well equipped surgery room, with all the necessary medical supplies and tools. "Relax, and we will soon arrive at the hospital for a more thorough check." Thanks for checking!

    MOC Modular Hospital (LDD)

Hi everyone This is my first MOC on Eurobricks that isn't for a contest, hope you enjoy! A few people have said that a Modular Hospital would be impossible, but I have had a go. I have tried to stay within the syle and restrictions of the official modular line whilst still keeping the essance of a hospital of this period (1950's/60's). Any constructive feedback is welcome! On the outside, I have attempted to add texture with brickwork and the rod of Asclepius (the snake around the staff) and the date in a similar style to the TH and FB. Parked outside is a period appropriate ambulance. The ground (first) floor has an emergency triage to treat patients, a reception desk and a Doctor's office where a poor woman is getting a booster shot! Details on this floor include a gold statue of the hospital's founder and (not visible in this picture) yellow bins for medical waste. Like the TH, there is an elevator rather than stairs, I prefer stairs, but a lift is more realistic for a hospital and there is not room for both. The middle floor contains the pharamcy, laboratory and X-Ray room. X-Rays are a slight anachronisim, but I couldn't not include them! The top floor is the ward where two patients are recovering. The man has a leg in plaster and the little girl has had her tonsils out, so she has ice cream. Also on this floor is the operating theatre where the surgeon is preparing to operate on a man who appears to be wide awake! Unfortunately there are no sleeping faces! I'm still fine tuning my creation, so I hope to post some updates soom. Sorry for the poor quality pictures, I'm still getting used to things around here! If you like the General Hospital, it is on Lego Ideas.
  3. The Imperial Base located in...I don´t know where...in a frozen planet in an uncharted system where the Imperial troops try to secure new energy sources and raw materials for sustaining the military effort. Although the basis of the troops are snowtroopers (109), there is a small platoon of the Special Operations Unit. This unit has many tasks, and one of them is to complement the reconaissance work of some of the drones. And these drones sometimes find a valuable prey. As soon as the location of the prey is known, a squad is send to get the pray because the Base Commander wants to arrange a BBQ. However, they don´t always arrive on time and nothing but bones is what they find. Oh! A wampa! This is rather a dangerous enemy! And the troops open fire, of course, in self defense. But a wounded wampa is a very dangerous creature, and more if it is at point blank. And the result is a stormtrooper with a leg amputated. Fortunately, the attack was reported and the evacuation APD was sent. The Base hospital was calmed. The medical officer was checking his IMPBOOK profile. The APD landed and two off-duty snowies were sent with a stretcher to help in the movement to the operating room. One of his fellows takes his leg before the injured stomtrooper gets inside. Quickly!!! The medical droid, also known as "You´d rather not meet me" is ready and starts the work. Wow! The leg is in place! It is so fast that the stormtrooper runs away. His fellow and the doctor are impressed. Have two additional pics of the Hospital. Enjoy! You can check it on mocpages, http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/393662

    [MOD] Emergency Treatment Center

My town needs a hopital. I have owned the ETC since it came out and it has always been my favorite hospital. Since the city has gone modular recently I decided to build a in modular form that still resembled the Emergency Treatment Center. I don't have too many snot bricks at the moment so I can't be too fancy. A shot with the top parking structure removed. Start of the 2 ER rooms on the first floor This will be the reception area and elevator. I'm not too keen on elevator design so I am using a lift from an old shell gas station. I have just started this project recently and it is on hold mostly until either I sort more bricks or change the color scheme. The hospital will be 2-3 stories tall eventually with the elevator being taller than the area near the parking structure. I am thinking maybe a helipad on the top of the 2nd floor there but that is pretty far down the road. Here is a link to the Emergency Treatment Center if you are not familiar with it. http://lego.wikia.com/wiki/6380_Emergency_Treatment_Center

    MedCo Clinic

flickr I have a hunch I'm pushing the limits on tastefulness of color combinations with this creation, but the intent was to blend alternate hues of Lego's staple hospital colors, red and white. And so without further ado, here's my attempt at a hospital in modular building scale, presented in perhaps not-so-glorious penicillin white, surgeon blue, and blood red: Front: Rear: Interior: Emergency: Recovery: Until next time~
