    [MOC] Batman's Batmech

Hello from France Guys ! I'm Bricks Feeder and it's my Fourth topic on Eurobricks! :) Today, I show you my MOC of the Batmech!! It's based on the Justice Buster and the batbot of the batman Series (2004). I think It's a cool building to play and It's very compact! It has twin Red Sun knuckles for Superman! BIG EDIT (19/08/2017) The final construction has 260 pieces. The Building instructions are available for 5 € on request (Message / Mail). PDF and part list (excel files). I used LDD and Blueprint. Rebrickable : https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-9391/BricksFeeder/batmech/?utm_medium=email&utm_source=approvemoc#comments My Other MOCs : ITT : [MOC] ITT (Imperial Troop Transport) from SW Rebels TIE Advanced Prototype : [MOC] TIE Advanced Prototype (aka Inquisitor's TIE) from SW Rebels A-Wing (McQuarrie / SW Rebels Design) : [MOC] A-Wing (McQuarrie / SW Rebels Design)
  3. NOTE: For those who don't know, I'm creating a little futuristic dystopia with my Space Police IV setup as seen in the Sci-Fi section of Eurobricks. Recently, I rediscovered my modified version of the 2014 SDCC "1966 Batmobile" model and decided that my futuristic SPIV dystopia needs a cosmic caped crusader hero. I then added hover pods to the car which feature this print on the bottom of the model. Batman is supposed to be this version, while Robin is here. The front of the Batmobile is something no criminal wants in there rear view mirror! Since this is the far-future, this Batmobile features a on-board Wi-Fi connection to the Bat-computer back home under stately Wayne Manor. The Dynamic Duo are supposed to wear re-breathers, as the car is not air-tight. They would not fit on the figs in LDD, but they do in real life, even with the cape and cowl on Batman. The LDD file is available here, if anyone wants to build this in real bricks as I will (eventually) be doing. Any comments, questions, and / or complaints are always welcome!

    [MOC] Batman Tumbler UCS Scale

This is my Batman Tumbler that was inspired by the UCS set. It is pretty much the same scale of the set, a little smaller but this has no interior because, well I know if you follow me you've heard this enough but...I don't have enough parts. I really wanted to buy the actual set but it was just too expensive so I just decided to make my own. Granted, not as good because I'm not a professional Lego designer but you know, it works. I hope you like it and can get inspired from my mocs. Please be sure to check out my Batpod MOD and LOTR Mocs. Thanks, MovieMocs
  6. This is my mod of the super rare, special edition, Batpod. Only 1000 of these sets were made and could only be won via sweepstakes at the Lego stores in 2014. I've always wanted this set but it was always so expensive on ebay ($1000+) so I got the instructions and tried to build it myself. I had 75% of the parts and they were all pretty much the basic Lego parts. I was going to order the parts I didn't have but just the wheels alone cost $22 each! I just didn't have that money so I decided to make my own version, similar to the set but I exchanged some rare parts for more common ones. For example, I didn't have the real Batpod wheels so I used the wheels from my technic MK II crane and doubled them up which I found looked quite nice and was worth not paying an extra $45. There are maybe 10 other mods I added just becuse I didn't have the special parts but I still think it has that "Batman" feel to it. I hope you like it and will maybe even build one of your own. Thanks, MovieMocs

    [MOD] Dark Knight's Tumbler

This is my mod of Lego 76001 Tumbler :) Sharing the same major flaw of 76001 Tumbler, this doesn't have 4 rear wheels and certain parts at the back are not available in black colour, but overall I'm satisfied with its sturdiness and shape. Hope you guys like it ! Regards, KMP www.facebook.com/kmpmocs/

  10. Hi guys! I don't normally collect Juniors set but I did pick up the most recent DC ones for the minifigures and parts. After fiddling around with the main builds of each set I came up with these Batboat- Lex's warsuit- Tell me what you think! Constructive critism is always welcome
  11. Last Week i bought the new Scarecrow Set and i have to say,i`m not too impressed with Scarecrow`s weird Helicopter Thing. So i thought "hey, why not designing anything else?" I tried to use as many of the Pieces from Scarecrows Helicopter and gave his new Mode of Transportation another Twist. Let me introduce you: Scarecrows Balloon of Doom!!! TLBM-Scarecrows Balloon Doom-2 TLBM-Scarecrows Balloon Doom-1 I had the Balloon Parts from last Years Ninjago Raid Zeppelin but needed another Panel to make a full Balloon.Too bad my favorite Bricklink Store has those Parts only in black and red. Seems like Scarecrows Balloon will be striped in the End. So,what do you think of my Design?
  12. A while ago a Youtuber called Onebadawan asked me if he could make a black version of my Dawn of Justice Batmobile design, not seeing any harm in this I gave him permission to do so and he did, he even posted a video of it. After taking a look at what he created I began to wonder how I would have made it if the actual thing would have been black so I took my design, and began recoloring and redesigning it. Obviously a big plus with making a black Batman v Superman batmobile is the fact that you can actually use the specially molded cockpit pieces that Lego created for this Batmobile. There have also been some interesting parts created recently that aren't available in dark bluish gray but are available in black. In the end, while not being as accurate to the real thing, using black pieces does bring several advantages in terms of how it looks aesthetically. The 1000th time that I have recreated this shot in Lego... An image of Batman and his "new" ride. As you can see most of the design is the same as my previous one, the only noticeable difference is the cockpit area. As always a Batman figure is able to sit inside very comfortably, even added some detailed panels inside. And one final shot inspired by Affleck's photoshoot with the Batmobile. Hope that you enjoyed this "new" old build of mine if you did feedback is greatly appreciated. Have a nice day :)

    [MOC] Vehicles from the Asylum

One thing that I really liked about the Batman Arkham games (especially Asylum and City) was how they designed the costumes/vehicles. They truly managed to strike an excellent balance between realistic and comic-bookiness. I have already recreated the Arkham Asylum Batmobile in Lego and it still maintains to be one of my favourite Batmobiles to date. I however also wanted to give the Batwing from that same game a go. Now I am not one for building planes, never really done so, so to create such a unique looking vehicle was challenging but fun. Am I 100% satisfied with how it turned out? No, probably not but I managed to make it as accurate as possible as I could without making it unstable + it also had to fit a minifigure (which it can :)). So now I am presenting you; Vehicles from Arkham; my Asylum Batmobile with some new modifications and the Batwing from the same video game Arkham Asylum, I hope you enjoy. Here are some shots of the two vehicles, as you can see they go pretty well together. Now lets take a closer look at the Batwing by itself; As you can see it can easily fit a Batman figure with big cowl. Now lets take a look at the redesigned Asylum Batmobile; The rear is where most of the modifications took place, after seeing some more shots of the real thing I realized how inaccurate my previous version actually was so with this one I hope to correct that. As you can see, this one can also easily fit a Batman figure with big cowl. One final shot of the dark knight with his new tools of Justice. I truly hoped that you enjoyed these little builds of mine, feedback is as always greatly appreciated. Have a nice day :)

[MOC] The Batman Batmobile Mark 1

In 2004 a Batman animated tv series called The Batman was launched. This serie had the difficult task of following the critically acclaimed Batman TAS as such it was met with a pretty negative responds especially due to some of the radical redesigns of the characters.Personally I liked this series quite a lot, sure it may play a part that this was pretty much the first Batman show that I really got into (nostalgia), but I for one actually really like the more "modern" look that the series had. I was especially impressed by the Batmobile (the 1st one). It was something totally different. For a while now I have wanted to recreate this Batmobile in Lego form but never managed to do so until now. I'm very pleased with the final result, I hope that you like it to. Here you can see the Batmobile next to the Batman, as you can see it has quite a low profile. Without the Bat. A look at the front. The side, here you can see some of the details on the side, and again note the low profile. The rear with the exhausts. And ofcourse the Batman can fit inside, probably the most comfortable fit of any of my Batmobiles so far. I have also created a "stealth" version of this Batmobile. This one is pretty much a recoloringInspired by the Young Justice TV Show. I hope that you enjoyed this Batmobile, feedback is always appreciated. Have a nice day ;)

[MOC] The New Batman Adventures Batmobile

As you all are well aware by now I have a thing for building Batmobiles, I don't know why exactly but I love replicating my favourite ones in Lego form. One of my favourite Batmobiles is the one from the New Batman Adventures. Basically this series was a continuation of the BTAS universe except for the fact that it was completely redesigned. Not only did it feature my favourite Batman animated design by far it also introduced a new Batmobile. Unlike the BTAS version this one was much shorter and looked more like a sleek sports coupe. At first glance its shape looks deceptively simple but look closer and you'll notice some extremely subtle curves that give it its unique look. Replicating this one in Lego was always going to be pretty difficult but given that Lego has recently introduced some great parts I finally managed to get it right. One of the key things for me was to keep its profile as low as possible due to the fact that this contributes massively to its sleek and sporty appearance. I also wanted to make it able to fit a Batman figure comfortably and lastly I wanted to make this design more sturdy, Happily I managed to fullfill all of these criteria. And so I am proud to present to you my Lego version of The New Batman Adventures Batmobile: Here we can see Batman and Robin standing next to their new ride. A look at the car by itself. A side shot to highlight how low the profile actually is, a Batman figure is slightly taller then it. A look at the rear. Another look at the rear, unlike most Batmobiles this one actually had no jet exhaust. Another look at the car from the other side. The front. Here you can see the interior, I wanted to add some small details to it without compromising on Batman being able to fit inside. And here you can see that he fits just nicely. Roof fully closed. And one final shot to finish things of. Hopefully you all enjoyed this new Batmobile of mine, if you did don't hesitate to leave a comment since I greatly appreciate feedback of any kind. Also stay tuned as I have another Batmobile coming up very soon. Have a nice day :)
  17. Hello Everyone ! Long story short : After i watched Lego Batman the movie i wanted to see if the robe was real or only virtual. It was only virtual. So i decided i was going to make it real. Here is the preview of the file opened in Inkscape : Result once on the minifigure : Progress from the prototype to the last version : And here is the PNG file to print in A4 format : It took some time and work to do, so i hope you will apreciate and enjoy it. 19. Watch out Arkham! Black Mask is on the loose and is not alone! With the help of Solomon Grundy and Zsasz, Sionis is causing chaos. As they reach Killer Croc's cell, a batarang stops them in their tracks-Batman! Will the Dark Knight apprehend the villains or will they add another inmate to their growing numbers? Overview of the MOC- I'm pleased with how it turned out and much prefer it to my last effort Shown here is the entrance to Waylon Jones' cell Hmm, what is this? Here is a closer look at the electrified gate Here is the exterior shot of the guard room, look at the patient interview tape on the desk An interior shot. Notice the bulletin board The villainous trio, Zsasz is purist while Grundy is custom painted and Sionis uses a custom head Thanks for looking, I hope you like it!
  20. Here is my MOC based off the video game Arkham Asylum In this scene, Batman enters Killer Croc's lair only to be blocked by the Scarecrow who threatens to unleash his fear toxin. Before he can make good on his threat, Croc emerges from beneath grabs the fiend and disappears through the murky waters A look at the guard tower- Croc sneaking up on the Scarecrow- A look at my purist Scarecrow- What do you think? Should I do any more MOCs based on Asylum or it's sequels?
  21. I recently purchased "The Lego Batman Movie: Making of the Movie". It has concept art, goes behind the scenes, and has alternate designs for the minifigures and vehicles seen in the movie. I definitely recommend it since I feel it is aimed at an older audience than some of the other Lego Batman Movie books. Some of the alternate minifigure and vehicle designs shown in this book were outstanding and others were monstrosities. Below are a few alternate villain designs I would have preferred. This Scarecrow design is unique and creepy and I love the scarf piece he has. His torso print is pretty basic, but the fear gas shooter makes up for it. The scarecrow minifigure we got is cool, but this one looks so much scarier. I really do appreciate the nod to the classic Lego crocodile in the Killer Croc big figure we got, however, this design is awesome. Maybe it is just because I am an Arkham Asylum game fan, but I think his face and collar make him feel more like Killer Croc than the current version. I wish they would have at least kept the bandages on the official Lego version. This Two-Face design looks like someone set fire to a classic Lego minifigure, I love it. I'm not a huge fan of the Two-Face minifigure we got, I do like how it is Billy Dee, however. This design, though would have me paying the $60 for that set. Oh and in case anybody was wondering about the Joker's alternate designs, believe me they are horrendous. So what do you guys think of these designs, do you prefer them to the current minifigures?

    [MOC] Modular DCEU Batmobile

Hello everyone, I am super excited to finally show you my new and improved DCEU Batmobile. If you remember, last year i built a BvS Batmobile and i actually sold a lot of it's instructions, first of all i want to thank everyone who bought those ! However i felt like that model didn't make Patrick Tatopoulos amazing design justice. Thanks to the feedback that a lot of you guys provided i was able to improve upon those areas. My main goals for this new model were: -Being able to change looks from BvS to Jl. -Be more stable on the wheel connections. -Make the wheelguards more stable. -Make it smaller. -Use the "new" windshield piece. Which led me to some intense months of building and testing. But i am very pleased with the final result, not only is it in better scale compared to a minifg, but it's also more accurate in some areas. One of which i am very proud of are the wheel guards. Here's the BvS configuration, and by far my favorite i think Patrick Tatopoulos and his team did a great job with the design so it was very important for me to get it right this time. Fun fact: this was the first variant i did, i just modded it to change the look to how it appears on JL & SS. So here's the SS configuration, it's basiclly the same as BvS except it doesn't have the turret on, So as you can see this is way smaller, and more accurate in scale with a minifig, i would say it's still waaaay too big to be in proper scale but it's definetly better than the previous one. Here's the front of the thing. It's slimmer and prettier than my previous model imo, not to mention that it is a bit more accurate, i must say that i rally like the use of the grey Galaxy guns to represent the flaps that the car has IRL. (sorry for the blurry pic there) Here's the side of the thing, I must admit that the previous model had more details on the side but i think this looks fine, especially considering this is way smaller. I want to point out that the orange piece does not exist on the actual JL car, i just added it for the sake of having different colors on it, the piece also exists on Dark Bluish Grey so that's a easy fix if you don't like it. Here's the back of the thing, By far one of my favorite views of the model, it may lack some of the details my previous model had but i like this a lot more, i think the wheel guards look really good in this angle too which just adds to the overall look. I also tried some new techniques which help get the look right. And i also tried a new building instructions software which makes for some LEGO quality building experience which i hope you all enjoy. If you want to check it out you can click the image on my signature I hope you all like this as much as i do, as always feedback is much apreciated ! Regards -Prime

    [MOD] Justice League Batmobile

Full post here Who has the coolest gadgets? BATMAN!! Who has the tricked-out ride? BATMAN!! Well, like him or hate him, you gotta admit the Batmobile is pretty darn cool. Especially in Justice League, with all the extra guns slapped on top. I thought the JL Batmobile looked rather awesome, but when pics of the Flying Fox set came out, I wasn’t thrilled by LEGO’s official version. But this is LEGO, so I modded the 76045 Kryptonite Interception set and added the extra guns! Check it out! BEFORE AFTER You can see I added the cannon above the cockpit, the guns on either side, as well as the main cannons in front. Some of the reference images clashed so this was the best I could do. Thanks for looking! Let me know your thoughts in a comment below!
