  1. Yes... Another DeLorean Timemachine moc. I missed out on the official set, which I didn't like that much at the time. But when it sold out the regrets where on its way... So I built one for myself, two years ago, because BTTF is my favorite movie trilogy. The car is 7-studs wide, which makes it perfect in minifig-scale. Instead of choosing one version from my favorite movie from the trilogy I just took all of the different version and mixed it all up to create a definitive one. Recently I got the time to finally take some pics. So here it is...
  2. Oops, I thought I posted this a few days after my MTV-7. Sorry! Anyways, here goes. The PDT-8 Personnel Deployment Transport was a small two-man vehicle used by the Rebel Alliance. It had two open spaces that could be used to transport people or cargo. It featured two large jet thrusters at the side and also had two small blaster cannons. The Rebel Alliance utilized several of these weapons during the Battle of Hoth in 3 ABY during the Galactic Civil War. Like with my other Mini-Rigs, I took the idea and made it a little practical, IMO. Having a transport for 2 droids, doesn't do alot on battle. So I made it a little larger, while still trying to keep the shape of the original. Also, scale is something that doesn't translate well from Kenner figure to Lego very well. So, it is probably pretty close to "scale" giving the difference in figures?! The troops can be let out of the rear, guns ready to under the ramp. But, like my MTV-7, I did make a smaller, more accurate model. One that is more in line with the original. Hope you guys like it. I will be building this and the other Mini-Rigs I did early next year. This model has 211 pieces. Thanks for looking, Jamie 11 - EU - Mini-Rig- PDT8 - Personnel Deployment Transport.lxf

    Masters of the Universe

Here are some of the figures from Masters of the Universe. Myself I did not have any figures as a kid, but I remember that I often enjoyed looking in the toys catalogues and thought they looked really cool. My favourite during that time was Hordak. These brickbuilt figures I have tried to build as small as possible, but with details and as close to the original as possible.
  4. A boys (probably) room from the 80s. I got inspiration to this model after watching some 80s movies that contained scenes similiar to this one (such as E.T., Goonies etc) and saw how cosy and detailed these rooms were, filled with toys, but still well-decorated and organazied for the movie. Perhaps you recognize some of the toys?
  5. Hi all Lego fans from Eurobricks, I'm new in the forum, my name is Alvin and this is my first time posting MOC in EurobricksI I would like to share my MOC, The Centurions from the 80s. 6. THERE IS NO DANA, ONLY ZUUL! Presenting to you just a 'quicky'. Zuul, the hellhound from 80's movie Ghostbusters. Yes, I'm a bit of a GB-coattailrider here but it happens that GB belongs to my top 10 best 80's movie-list. :) I was inspired by masterbuilders Wet Wired and Sergio and their awesome Ghostbusters-builds but couldn't wait for them to build Zuul (let alone wait for THE Ecto1 to hit the stores...) so I build my own in the bricks that I have. Grey. Ofcourse it (probably) should be in a nice earth and olive green right...? Well, the Gargoyl out of what this beast emerged is grey, so I'm kinda safe... What else is there to say... Oh yeah, I used the newish Chima Legend beasts build-methods with the balljoints, and really made it my own. That was a fun challenge! :) Enjoy! Next to the GB-minifig and my Ecto1 it is kinda huge. A bit larger than the extralarge dog from the movies, but ofcourse Lego is a material of compromises. I agree that the body could use a little bit more mass... It'll just has to do, for now... Run little GB, Run like the wind! ...and try not to cross your beams... (my Ecto1 can be found here...)

    Neo-Classic Station Build MOC

hey all, so normally i like to make town and vehicle related stuff, but when /r/lego posted a challenge for a retro-inspired build i knew i wanted to do a space station build and give some new life to my old space bricks from my childhood in the 80's. i thought i'd share here since i'm sure some of you will enjoy. you can see all pics w/ captions here... http://imgur.com/a/EBTIb here's a few highlights to get you interested, the build was inspired by set #6970 with it's monorail shuttle and big command center screen.
  8. Here's my Peterbilt MOC with a Formula 1. There's about 800 parts in the truck, lenght 0,5m, weight 1kg. No steering hence I had no part for that, however it is easy to modify when I get some more parts. The engine is CAT Turbo Diesel. I took some ideas from set 5580 but other than that it's all my own desing. The Formula has steering and a pull back motor. It's a big rig! Thanks for watching.
