I decided to turn Arkham Asylum (set 10937) into my town's police station by adding a back half to the building and a bunch more regular City stuff, not just Super-hero related items. It features a police car (inspired by the Taxi in set 76057: Ultimate Bridge Battle) and two modular-style floors full of normal police station stuff, from detective desks and the commissioner's desk on the second floor and dispatching center and jails cells on the first floor. Even a coffee machine is included in the break room! The top floor is supposed to feature a clock with this print where the blank 4 x 4 dish is: clock 4 x 4 dish link while the front of of the station is supposed to say POLICE PRECINCT in printed 1 x 1 tile letters above the front door. The rear of the station features the chimney flue for the fireplaces on each floor. The bottom floor features a waiting room with secretary desk in the middle of the room, with jail cell on the right. The left features a dispatching center and equipment locker. Also, next to the stairs is a "most wanted" board. The upper floor features the detectives desks with their computers (and coffee cups!) while the middle of the layout features the break room with coffee machine and table + chairs. The far left of the floor features a private office for the police chief. This car is inspired by the Taxi in set 76057: Ultimate Bridge Battle. The 80's style patrol car features a light bar on top and can seat one figure as the driver. The rear of the car features some pretty cool SNOT work for the trunk and rear brake-lights. I will be building this eventually if I can keep the costs down. Until then, here is the LDD file for the car and station: LDD file link I grouped everything separately in the file, so it should be easy to modify.
Murdoch17 posted a topic in LEGO Train TechThis is a set 76057 (Spider-Man: Web Warriors Ultimate Bridge Battle) inspired model in single track train bridge form. It can be easily extended to make a higher or shorter / longer bridge, depending on your needs, but as it stands now it's 10 tracks long with two 6 track long ramps. The connector clips between the roadway and tower are not connected because they were crashing LDD with it's many rotation issues, though it works in real life the same way as in set 76057. Without the ramps attached. The deck has been lowered and the tower added some height to let a double stacked container train of 10219 style cars through, (those are the tallest cars Lego has made) The model has two towers, four deck sections, and four deck with connector modules, plus two ramps. (one left and one right) The (UPDATED) LDD file is available here: http://www.moc-pages.com/user_images/80135/1472311962m.lxf As usual, Comments, Questions, and Complaints are always welcome! Murdoch17 posted a topic in LEGO TownThis model was inspired by the taxi in set 76057. (Spider-Man: Web Warriors Ultimate Bridge Battle) The car features a longer frame and bigger wheel wells, along with other new details. Instead of yellow, the car can be built in red or black. Blue is also possible, but requires changing the roof part to light bluish gray as well. Moving onto the rear of the car, you will see that it has been lifted almost entirely from set 76057.... it was just perfect the way it was designed. The inside of the car an seat one mini - figure driver. I built this model for my brother so he can have more vehicles for his town, which is made up of medium size CREATOR buildings. This is supposed to be his car, and this is his mini figure. (mini figure not included in LDD file) LDD file for the car only: http://www.moc-pages...1465907518m.lxf comments, questions, and complaints welcome!
