Book II - Kaliphlin: Guild sign-up and Discussion
Thomas of Tortuga replied to SkaForHire's topic in Guilds of Historica
OT, but if a bunch of Kaliphlins forget to approve UoP claims when they comment, should I go ahead and count it as approved? Or do I need to wait for people to go back and approve it? http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=99410 I feel like now that people are starting to graduate, nobody's as enthused anymore for UoP -

Ambassador Project - Haven Guard Flag & Torso Designs

I think we should go with the more realistic designs. The orange looks too bright next to the dk orange to me, and if Lego doesn't like the patterns, they can change it themselves -

Thanks! Thank you! Thanks I'm glad you like it! -
Yes, those multiple figs look great. Also, I love this idea. It goes perfectly as a medieval/fantasy superpower, but it doesn't seem too cartoony or magical.

As the day faded into twilight in Avalonia, the city of Brevis descended into chaos. Rumors of a deadly plague had spread across the city like a whirlwind, and the panicking citizens brutally attacked anyone they suspected of bearing the disease. The Avalonian army was marshalled to enact martial law and organize an evacuation, before the plague grew any worse. Past the remains of burned and looted houses soon stretched a long line of refugees. From the ruins of one of the homes, a cellar door was shoved aside, grating on the piles of ash. Inside was a small girl, clutching a shivering dog to her breast, and her father. The man’s heart sank as he beheld what the fires had left of his home. Even worse, where was his family? What had happened to his three sons, Peter, Alfrich, and Gavin? Where was his wife Anne? Had they really all perished in the flames that consumed their house? “Father?” the peasant’s daughter asked plaintively, her voice trembling. “What happened to our house? Where is Mummy?” Tears were rolling down his cheeks as he hugged her. “It’s all right, Eleanor,” he tried to comfort her, though the enormity of his own loss was almost too great for him to bear. "It’s gonna be all right…someday…” The house across the street. I took some pretty clear inspiration from Legonardo Davidy on this building, from the roof rakes to the tan patches to the stonework. In addition, Gilbert Despathens helped give advice on the stonework. A tree. The leaves are inspired by the time-honored techniques of Mark of Falworth, and the trunk is an adaptation of a technique by Kai Bernstein, a friend from MOCpages.
