another 6286 Skull's Eye Schooner restoration

Hi, can you explain how you restored the yellowed pieces? Thanks
  2. Thanks for your comments. I already uploaded a few images showing more detail.
  3. Hi everyone, I would like to present you my new creation, the Volvo A25d 4x4 remote controlled. The functions and characteristics are: -4x4 drivetrain powered by one XL motor; -Steering is achieved with a medium motor and one small linear actuator; -Tipper bed controlled by pneumatic and compressor by another medium motor; -Full articullated and big ground clearance. I am very happy with the way I found for the mechanism regarding the tipper bed in which it is only required one motor to operate simultaneously and synchronously the compressor and the pneumatic switch. Since there is a differential between the two, when the motor starts, the power goes to the easier side which is the pneumatic switch. When the switch reaches its end, then the power goes to the compressor. The same is true the other way around. This mechanism is realy helpfull when trying to reach dificult and/or distant places from the battery box because you have the advantage of the lenght of the pneumatic tubes. The link to all the images is here: http://www.brickshel...ry.cgi?f=558887 Meanwhile, I am editing a short video to show you these functions. I hope you like it.
  4. Congratulations dokludi for your work. Can you take a picture from underneath as well? Thanks
  5. Great photos! Obrigado! I also have that question. Tito, you're the best person to answer it. I'm anxious to see the video
  6. Thanks for the quick response Nazgarot but I haven't explained myself well. Besides of each wheel go up and down in each axis thanks to the scheme you explained, do they both go up and down at the same time? For example, when you put your hand in the center of the vehicle and push it down, all four shocks will compress at the same time. I believe this unimog can't handle this kind of compression. I may be wrong of course.
  7. I´m very happy with this set I don't know if this was already explained, but I have been wondering... You can't compress the 2 shocks (in each axis) at the same time can you? At least the disposition of the steering transmission doesn't let you... What do you guys think?
  8. WOOWWWW!! To be honest this is one of the most accurate to real life Lego Technic supercars to date! He definitely is a great builder
  9. Excelent work! This tractor has great looks! The only advice is maybe you could also add a pneumatic take off with great functions like the upcoming unimog. Keep up with the good work
  10. Yes, definitely they are the yellow ones. Also, in the 4th pic it can be seen, behind the front wells, some pneumatic tubing... Is it for raising the cabin?
  11. Wow! Amazing MOC GrindingGears! So many functions packed in so little space is a great achievement! Keep up with the good work!
  12. Hi peterski Very nice model! The color scheme is great. You should do a video of it runing. Congratulations
