Custom LDD bricks and fixes

Is it normal that I had to manually rewrite the LDDExtended.lif to get the new colours in my palette? -

As 75369 and 70 are connsecutive numbers could they actually be battlepacks? The piece-count would be slightly large for one, but so far we do not now that they are actually at $15 do we? -

Has anyone an idea what the two guns for the heavies in the 501st battlepack are supposed to be? In Battlefront he has no weapon, that looks anythzing like this. -
[MOC] Rock Raiders: Tunnel Transport
mon-o-mat replied to Louis of Nutwood's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
One of the big plus points RR always had over PM was at least in my eyes that they actually had quite some transport vehicles. The Tunnel transport was of course the greatest of them. What I like about your moc is how it caught the appearance of quite a large flying vehicle, but with a stubbyness that could make it fit into a underground tunnel. -

I do not know if this belongs here: But has anybody already found a way to render your models after using custom bricks? -
[MOCs] Rock Raiders 2.0+

You know what is funny? I was just putting together my idea for speculative Power Miners 2.0 and went to the forum to search for ideas, finding your thread, I had no idea existed. -

In my eyes, an Octurptarra should come in an Episode III form. Why? Because it is the unique way to get Glactic Marines. Anakin, Rex or Bad Batch have so many other options for sets, it would be a waste to put them into the set. -

A Jedi temple would more likely as a "Jedi Councile Chamber". Anakin, Obi-Wan plus four or five additional Jedi, either Ep. I or Ep. III, 600pcs. to 800pcs., about 100€. A set heavily focused on the figures with a bit of roundish floor, seats for the jedi and some wall-parts. -

You assume, they won't try to get 120$ for a Y-Wing? To be fair I assume he will come in some sort of overly expensive speeder like the last one. -

"Commander" will be definitley that officer, meaning a normal clone with an antenna and either a printed or cloth Kama. "Heavy" gets a different body-print and a visor, maybe another leg print. Maybe black shoulder bag or backpack (single printed tile) but not both I wonder about the sniper, as there is currently no clip-on binocular for him. Worst Option: You are supposed to use the third visor for him. Better Options: Bring back the P2 ARF helmet or a new acessory for the helmet (unlikely). I also wonder ho they will represent the sniper-rifle. A normal long blaster without modifications would be kinda lame wouldn't it? -
Imho that AT-HE always looked way to random for me, like it was designed just to have a middle between a AT-TE and an AT-AT.

Unfortunatly the net-catapult doesn't really work how it is supposed to. And sometimes the sliding plate even manages to rip the cabin loose.- 5 replies

Lego City 2021 Rumours, information and discussion

I think it is a missed opportunity to change the trunk to one with "lips", aka a clip. Also I think its tail and ears being possable would give it a much creater range of poses. -

My complaint would be about the dozen of new Aliens and Monsters Super Heroes and Star Wars get for some minor C-Rate characters. What I just noticed while studying the elephants and why the didn't look really good, was how bland the sets (except the 4+) seem when it comes to accesoires. Of course there are lots of bananas, but nothing really interesting. -

I think I like the new monkey. The old one was creepy. But what I am missing is the baby-monkey from the CMF. -

I think your changes would be a good start, but I would further: 60302: Get rid of the street plates, instead add another tree or more foliage pieces 60307: Replace the tracked vehicle with a half-track so it isn't that darn stubby. -

I am with you too. Jungle just looked so much better. The vehicles are just lame. If we do not count the 4+ set we have: The standard City ATV The standard City helicopter A way to stubby tracked vehicle An Unimog, that would be interesting if it weren't for the boxiest of boxes on its back. The ultra light plane actually looks nice to be fair. What I think is weird is the ammount of "base plate" there is. Basically all the sets have way to much plates directly on the ground for what actually is built on them. Especially the elefant set, which looks like more than half of it is just plates. -

Nice list. I especially like accurately sized AT-RTs. But unfortunatley the seem to get bigger and bigger. I wonder when the first one becomes largen than a AT-ST should be.
