Yeah, I like the new nightwing, but it's just something in my mind that he should always be blue. I know this is more to do with the New 52 than LEGO, but I guess it's just my small minded head being petty. I'm really happy with Flash though. the double sided head is brilliant. I haven't seen the new batgirl though, and I'm not prepared to go through 65 pages to find it, so if someone posted that image, I'd be very grateful. :)

Yeah, I see. Batman was probably the best new 52 redesign, actually.

Entirely contrast to you, the New 52 is beginning to turn me off comics completely.

I never liked the New 52 reboot. I can guarantee DC will reboot the entire series again in a couple of years. the designs were somewhat off to me. Ill try and stick with the older designs. that doesn't mean im not going to buy the new sets. I'm just glad they've put a Nightwing in.

Wow, this is very good. Excellent MOC. I'm no good at MOCing myself, so it's nice to see really good things people have made out of their own imagination. love it.

I like Cap's mask the way it is, and I think flash's should be like Cap's, because I can't help but feel it is a bit too bulky.

Which forum does my MOC/topic belong in?
RelicRaider replied to Stormbringer's topic in Forum Information and Help
just use multiple pictures in one post I guess. You can always edit posts to add things in after of course. And I'm sure the mini comic would be appreciated. It's the thought that counts. Sorry if this has been unhelpful, I'm not really the best person to answer, but I try to be encouraging. :) -
It's good that they have a reasonable price range, so it appeals to lots of people's price ranges. I don't think I'll be getting the more expensive sets, I think one of the cheaper DC sets will work for me. Thanks for posting the prices, even if they are in Polish. :)

yes, buildings are always good, I think they went a bit overboard with the vehicles, especially on the batman sets. :P

Yeah, I like that idea! Although like you said, it's not very likely. Although, you never know, anything could happen.

Yeah, I like the idea of a sewer pipe, and it would lead to a better killer croc figure as it could have back printing, and a lighter shade of green. Exploding or even just removable sewer grates. And we could have a variation of nightwing instead of batman all the time. Good opportunity to use some rats too.

I agree that we should be getting more varied heroes from DC. Robin, nightwing, batgirl, all that. I'm just wondering aboutwhat set ideas we could get though. Wayne manor maybe? I'm struggling to think of anymore. Although, for a smallest, I wouldn't mind seeing nightwing with his batons and smell kind of small bike fighting a couple of goons and an enemy. If they're going to go with Robin sets then they should just stick to Tim drake. As I personally hated the story where it turns out Bruce has a long lost son who became the new Robin. :P but then again, that's just what one person thinks :P

What was the last movie you watched?

I saw Run Fatboy Run on TV last night. it was really funny. :D -
What minifigs are we missing - post your detailed suggestions here
RelicRaider replied to CopMike's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Yeah, add me to the list that doesn't like LEGO and The Simpsons crossing over. the target audience would be fairly small, as already stated by someone else, and MOCs would have to be Simpsons themed. Also, people who really want to collect all of the mystery bag mini figures but don't like the Simpsons might either be really reluctant to collect the new series or might skip it altogether. Somehow I don't think they'll sell too well. I hope LEGO don't start doing licensed minifigure bags, that's what the main sets are for. I like the idea of the Irish harp player someone mentioned a couple of posts above. -
yeah Character Building licensed Dr Who already, but according to reviews on amazon, it's absolutely terrible, it's like 10% of people get a decent set where the parts actually stay together! the rest just falls apart every 5 seconds, even when you're just trying to build it. I'm glad I never bought any of those. but what I'd like to see is a Walking Dead license come to pass. I think there's a CuuSoo Walking. Dead project, but I'm not entirely sure. it would be nice to see that though.

Hi, I'm RelicRaider, I didn't see these boards, so that's why I didn't exactly put my first post here. I don't usually MOC, I used to for Tiny Turbos to make cars from the video game series: Burnout, but I don't anymore, especially since the line has been discontinued. I plan to do reviews here, like proper in depth ones, hopefully. Whenever you see a TV show, the Pilot or series opener is usually a huge explosive extravaganza, so I hope when I do my first review it ends up like that, as the best one, worthy of a first review. XD I think I'll mainly be looking at Batman sets, but I've delved into the depths of Indiana Jones and other such things before. Actually, considering, I've never had a LEGO batman set, but I'm planning to get quite a few, as I've developed quite an interest in the series. I also think I'd be interested if they made a Walking dead LEGO set, or a Robot wars one (if any British people here remember that show, then that's awesome :D) Anyway, sorry about my ramble there, I got a bit too carried away :P hope to see ya round

This is really good, better than anything I could do. I like industrial style scenes, so this hits the spot for me. I love the walkway with the barrier on it, and the hole in the wall that's just mid-frame chaos.
-
Yeah, and that X-Men set has only one X-Man so to speak. the mansion would be a good opportunity to get a good few of the group in minifigure form.
