Uh, where did I say I was impatient? I asked for parts A and B and received part C. What, and I'm supposed to understand that? I hope you don't mean it the way it "sounds"... I did that using the web form. Any other suggestions? Uh......like LEGO doesn't know you or anything right i suppose??? so why would they not give you the instructions and replace your parts properly????? maybe it is the way you wrote your request to them, have to be nice, you know, when you ask for something from other people. try writing again, say alot 'please' and 'thank you' and in a desperate-begging tone i am sure they will do their job right this time.

Pardon? Who said anything about spending 600 to 700 euro on an army? I said the only way to acquire an army is to buy sets. Again, I typed "people." There are some castle fanatics that spend way too much money on mini-fig armies, though 600 to 700 euro seems a little extreme. ;-) but that's what you're implying, isn't it? you're basically saying: 'we , the lego company, we're no longer interested in producing pure minifig packs for 10 bucks so that you people can buy 10 copies of them for a 100, giving you about 50 men. we, the lego company, are willing to create a minifig pack but you'll have to take lots of extra pieces as well, cos we'll add a tower or whatever, and it will cost you about 30 bucks. Why? because it's more profitable for us than just a minifig pack.' of course, no one is going to buy 10 copies of such a set! that's my point! that's why i seriously doubt these new viking sets we'll ever become a major sale, they're too expensive to get multiple copies, contrary to the classic minifig packs... good, sne, very good. THIS IS MY POINT EXACTLY! LEGO company has changed from a entertainment company to a profit maximising company...........and hey are getting greedier year by year (rising prices, less sets , poorer brick quality, great price variations between regions etc.........) to be honest, i won't be surprised 10 years later play mobile and megablocks take over if this situation continues, it is just putting everyone off. like we would want to play lego, but we won't want to be ripped off like a pig in the mud at the same time.

did you ask nicely??? for my first time i was like you, impatient and making complaints to Lego in an 'i am definitely right' gesture and in the end they got my replacements all wrong. so for my second time i asked nicely through the phone and they send me exactly what i asked for. got to be polite sometimes....i mean, out of all the lego buyers, who do you think you are? ask nicely, say you 'please' and 'thank you' , i assure you they will give what is aksed for.

i phoned lego too. and they say they know no such thing. why is that???

haha natalie, looks like your "secret ebay definite win bid with a low price trick" has just been revealed to all of us by other members. what i think is, if more people know, more people will do itand hence for you the prie has just lifted a liiiiittle bit on ebay. but then, relax, not all of us are bidding on the same thing.

Allowed? No you can make many for the same thing. But Admins will delete them as it clogs up the forums and steal needed space for the site. It is also not considered proper form and in some cases it is rude. Not to mention common sense will tell you that having two identical topics at the same time is simply not needed. However, the admins don't want people going digging in the old posts and reviving them either. To be safest and most courteous simply check the first few pages for the topic you want to start a new thread for. If you don't see one then feel free. If by chance there is another but it wasn't clearly labeled or something the admins or mods will simply close a duplicate and often times rename a thread to be more clear. Common sense and respect are the keys. Use them both and life works well. ;-) ok
