I won prize D. I'm willing to trade Wolverine, Nightwing, and Christmas Flash. I'm looking for any of the following: the Blacktron and Fabuland figs from prize A, Joker, Batgirl, and Electro from prize F. PM me if you want to work something out!

Lego Harry Potter Hungarian Horntail in 4767 - why so expensive?
tman684 replied to Shawn's topic in LEGO Licensed
I traded my friend for those tan banana pieces! Still have them. I remember I wanted this set only for Mad-Eye, I'm not really a fan of big creatures in sets. They tend to drive up the price, and they're often harder to incorporate in MOCs, especially unique ones like this -
Hey! I just saw this last night when I was scrolling through Ideas

I really missed my chance with the Imperial Flagship... it's too expensive to buy used, and I've never pieced together a set off Bricklink, it sounds like it'd be a shipping nightmare! Plus, the brown mast post things go for $20 each. I doubt lego would replace it with something as nice any time soon, but I'd be the first in line if they did!

EB Xmas Raffle 2014 - Your Ideal Christmas Gift entry thread
tman684 replied to CopMike's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Sorry for the late reply! Yes, I've never posted that on here before. It would be okay if I posted the rest of my house in a new topic after the contest is over, correct? I just can't enter it in any upcoming contests. -
Could somebody check my parts list for motorizing 10173 Holiday Train

9V is a good idea, I've considered motorizing my holiday train, and there's no easy place for the battery box to go- 10 replies

Not a fan of the light blue, but my barber shop is also called Al's, so I need this -
Awesome! I'm also a big fan of the Pizza Planet truck... I have a minifig-scale one that I've been saving for a contest on here

Great color scheme! I love how you used mostly older pieces too (except for those 2x2 jumpers), so it fits with the Rock Raiders time period- 8 replies

Great MOC! You must've had one of the older Ferrari trucks to get those 6 big red tiles for your Mech stand. I just used mine for the hospital I built last week :D

Amazing build! I'd love to build this model! Impressive work for this scale. Even though I usually don't get small-scale models, this one would be too perfect to pass up!

Is "30208 Cylinder Hemisphere 4 x 4 Multifaceted" gold chromed
tman684 replied to Lind Whisperer's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I have the chrome blue version from a 2006 Knights Kingdom set, and it is chromed on the inside. So gold is probably the same -
Do you have a fire escape door on the back of the theater? I always include those when I build theaters
-
Ha! Nice inclusion of the minikit! And the shell and octan fuel tanks! Can't wait to see your cantina, I've been thinking about posting mine.

I like the first one, and I like the "classic space" color scheme on it :D

I've already converted my Town Hall and Movie Theater into 16x32 modulars, so they're thin like Market Street. The gas station I haven't done anything with, since gas stations are usually stand-alone buildings.

Town Plan! I remember going to the Lego store for the first time and buying that back in 2009! Hope to see the rest of the model soon! That portion of the car looks amazing!

Wow! Impressive!

Right now I have an old diningroom table, with the leaflets inserted, which gives me an area of about 4x9 (baseplate), and then an old folding table against that, which drops down two inches, but lets me use "hill" baseplates and houses with basements on that level.

This is amazing! Also brings me back to my airport that I had as a kid! Impressive!

Can't wait to see these built! Do you plan on ordering pieces for all of them? I hope those windshield pieces don't burn a hole in your pocket!

Wow! I really like the luggage rack! Good work on the trains, I really like the side doors and the black connector doors too. Sorry if that sounds silly, I'm not too much of a train fan, even though I own a few different train sets

Wow! Love the medical droid! How did you make it?

Sorry if there is already a topic or if this is in the wrong place, I'm not very familiar with all of the forums on here. Anyways, I have come across a dilema. I need a new way to store all of my instruction booklets, club magazines, and posters. I used to have a filing cabinet, but the drawers became so full that they were too heavy to pull out, and pulling them out made the whole cabinet vulnerable to tipping over. So then I moved all of the file folders full of booklets into a long plastic container, but now it is too full, some of the folders aren't big enough for all of the theme's instruction booklets, and it's almost impossible to move since it is so heavy. That's why I want to know how do you store your instructions? I desperately need a new way to sort mine.
