I have found my Wal*Marts have had stock this week. Two different stores had all 12 figs in stock. I did get there within the first hour after opening. -

Pictures of hording the Dragonborn on social meda is disgusting. I did manager to get a full set at my Wal*Mart. I scanned all 160-ish boxes. Only one Dragonborn left compared to 10+ of each other one. -

Shield Collection by Year

I picked up another shield today at my local Wal*Mart. -
Edit: Show the most recent photo. Over the past 6 months I have been pulling all the shields I could find from my collection. I am 56 shields shy of having a complete collection. I have created a bricklink wanted list and am considering sourcing the remaing shields that are priced under $10 (all but one of them). I also need to source some more number tiles. The black 2x2 radar dish and the black 3x3 disk pieces are placeholders for missing shields. The black 1x1 round plates are placeholders for missing number tiles. Details of each shield can be seen here: https://followsclosely.github.io/shields/, the site has the same layout as the above image. Use the toggles on the top to show/hide and to break on year.

I ordered 7 hours after the set wen live. I did get mimic GWP added to my cart. But the mimic is still In Process abd the rest of the order has shipped. -

I don't see castle working like space does with LEGO. Space is a hot topic in 2024 in the real world, and LEGO is taking advantage of that. Castle? I don't see it happening in 2025. -

I just built my MTS and I had missing pieces on page 147! Well the wrong pieces: instead of four of these I had four of of these . Which is strange as the set inventory does not even contain any Slope 45 1 x 1 Double. I consider this a BONUS; as I have 10,000s of cheese, but only a couple dozen Slope 45 1 x 1 Double. This is a great set, and a great build, but I did not get many MMV vibes as I built it. -

I will get this, but it is no longer a day one purchase as it has lost the wow factor compared to the fan design. For me the color scheme change is a major downer, and the dragon losts its appeal. But still a good set. -

I do not expect another black falcon castle for a long, long time. I mean, come on: we just had the second largest castle ever in the mountain fortress, and we still have the 3 in 1 falcon castle. I reccomend bricklink'n the pieces you are lacking for the mountain fortress, it is a good build and looks fantastic.

Green dragon looks so much better! I would buy the original in an instant, not so sure about the leak. I will have to see better pictures... -
