Okay, I gotta stop checking here and spoiling everything from the game. But Galadriel looks good. I thought they might use Elrond's hairpiece, and I like it. Gold Elrond makes sense because the toy fair report said he looked most like the polybag version. And witch king looks nice!

Every fig from LOTR wave 2 was almost exactly spot on to the video game versions. Same goes for Marvel superheroes... So yeah it's reasonable to expect that the figs in the game will at least be very similar to the ones we get.

Baby Smaug and Gimli are DLC characters for the game. No set reveals, just the video game release coming up I hope that design of Bolg isn't the one we get assuming we get one at all. But he looks good in white. If we get Azog again say in the BOFA set I hope they take the opportunity to recolor him white.

For those who don't live near Gamestop or anywhere you can get the fig, TRU (In Canada at least) has a rather good deal on: Too late for me though.

Wow I really hope that's the throne we'll get in the set. My version from a while back was a lot smaller, now that i'm at it i might as well show the whole MOC. Basically it's a rough and unfinished idea of what an Erebor gate playset could look like. I know the throne is in a weird place but I wanted to fit it in there somewhere. Btw I realized the rock part above the throne looked like crap, I removed it later. Again, VERY ROUGH IDEA. Oh and deskp just because you love sand green: Also what's with the Dwalin clones in the first pic you posted? And about Bilbo, the torso printing is definitely almost identical to Bard's besides the scarf. It's still pretty accurate and I'm positive that's the version will see in the Erebor set.

Expected they would use the background from unexpected party set.. but honestly I was expecting DOS packaging. I just like the blue packaging much more

FYI The Magic Portal was made by Lindsay Fleay, not Keshen8. Script sounds cool, I'll take time later to read it.

Don't come here with that posh talk you stuck-up twit! ...okay that might have been a rather obscure one. In that case here's something completely different: Welcome to EB, Jacob!

I guess that proves the arkenstone will just be a plain trans blue tile. Or is there printing?

Poor guy. I was very sad when I heard the news. They said he finished his scenes for part 1. As far as I recall he doesn't appear much in the second half of the book, unless they expanded his role in the film. Now, I just watched Muppets most wanted last night and I loved it! While not the best work of the Muppets, it was very enjoyable. Too bad it isn't doing well in the box office, but I suppose it's due to the competition right now what with Divergent and what not.

WOW that looks awesome!!! I'm glad we finally got a proper view of his head!

I really don't want any more elves... I'd much rather have Iron hill dwarves and the main characters we're missing. So pretty much as kevkipo said. Alfadas, we don't know for certain but it's certainly very likely this wave will be the last for the middle-earth theme. Best but unlikely case scenario we will get another wave of LOTR. I don't see why we would need another Hobbit wave, all three waves have covered pretty much everything major from the films, there's only minor scenes like the Trolls that missed out.

All of these look awesome! I'm going to have to choose my packs carefully though... I can't afford doubles!

I get what you're saying, sounds cool! But I guess it all depends on how big Smaug turns out to be..

Looking great! Wish I had a working surface for MOCS like this... as it is I only have room for shelves. One thing I'm wondering, how are you going to fit Smaug in there? Is this only a section of your layout?

LEGO® CUUSOO 空想 - Turn your model wishes into reality
Floundie replied to CopMike's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Wasn't the Street Fighter project minifigure based? I would think that was why it was turned down. As for the Uncharted movie, that's not likely to take shape until at least 2016. I think the biggest problem I have is there is nothing recognizable or iconic throughout the series besides perhaps Nathan Drake's hair... on the other hand there is a wide range of material to choose from. Thanks for the replies! -

I don't know anything about that, but could it have just been licensing issues? -
LEGO® CUUSOO 空想 - Turn your model wishes into reality

Here is my question. I am wondering if a project based on the Uncharted franchise would break the guidelines of CUUSOO. Yes, Its chance of passing review would be slim, even before we take into account licensing. But even so I looked up the rules, and the "Acceptable Project Content" section is what I want to talk about: Keep it appropriate. Projects related to the below topics do not fit our brand values and will not be approved for publication on LEGO CUUSOO. Swearing (The games contain a moderate amount of language, but never go past anything in the BTTF films) Death, killing, blood, terrorism, or torture (We can rule out the last two. As far as death and killing and stuff, we've seen plenty of that in past licenses. The most common example is Indiana Jones, which carries many similiarities to the Uncharted series. First-person shooter video games (Not sure if this counts since Uncharted is third-person. But the games aren't just straight up FPS's; a lot of the focus is on the adventure aspect. This is why I feel it could wriggle out of this one. I think this rule is more directed at games like Call of Duty and Battlefield. Personally, I feel that an Uncharted project should be allowed for submission. Being T-Rated games the subject matter isn't too intense or inappropriate. It makes me think that a set could easily be produced with an age range of 13+ on the box. Still, it would be an outrage waiting to happen... of course, it's alright when M3G4 BL0K5 does it... I mean, Call of Duty sets with a suggested age range of 10 year olds??? That's so right in every way! ANYWAY! Opinions on this? -
