MOC at Star Wars Event in Legoland Germany 2010
legopapa replied to legopapa's topic in LEGO Star Wars
@Batman1: I can only say how long the lightgray buildings took to build. The part in the middle (the assault and victory parade) was already build and was only modified in Legoland for a better fit. Going on the picture displayed in the opening post: The large building at the back with landingplatform (right of the large building) and powerplant (left of the large building) took about 4 months also because Sky4walker didn't like the construction of the walls of the building so he changed that. The buildings/towers on the left with the blue windows and all of the buildings in the front took about 2 months to build. I have to admit that I was home a lot more than Sky4walker so I had more time during the day to build. Note: all the buildings were made modular for easy transport. The costs?? No idea ... It will be displayed (if all goes well) only ones more at Legoworld in Zwolle, The Netherlands (oktober 2010). @R5-N2: The dome was purpose-made for this moc ... -

My latest MOC: McKnight Corporation Weapons Division. I build this going from the barbwire-parts I bought on Bricklink. I wanted to make some sort of high-security building and this was the end result. The barbwired fence was the first thing to be build. It's not really Sfi-Fi but it will fit in The Story (somehow ...). Yes, I was bored and I have just a little to much time on my hands right now. If all goes well I will bring this one to FanWelt 2010 in Koln, Germany. View this moc on our website

Great work ... really love the overall smooth shape of the ship ... but I have a small issue: why did you not tile the floor of the cockpit? The rest of the ship is perfectly SNOTted but not the cockpitfloor ...

I'm deeply impressed ... Excellent work ... the colors give it that gloomy WW1 look-and-feel ... Love that truck and gun ... great details ...

Hereby I present my latest MOC: the Darterian Weapon Replication Facility TLAS. In preparation for the raid on planet Earth, the Darterians had to produce large ammounts of weapons. So they build a new weapon replication facility called TLAS. With this new weaponreplicator they were able to produce large amounts of weapons in a very short time. The weapons they made are energyray-guns. With these weapons they can either stun or kill their enemies. How the technology of the weaponreplicator works is still a mystery. Builders Comment: I build this moc as a "thank-you" for Hein-Jan Kemperman from The Little Arms Shop. He donated some of his products for our current project 'Earth under Attack'. As a twist to this moc I build one side of the moc as a storefront for The Little Arms Shop. Visit our website for all the pictures.
