Contest Contest: Pimp My Camper! Discussion Thread
Lego Spy replied to Rufus's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Great! I personally own the VW Camper but who cares! One note to Staff: The instructions in the post show up upside down. I'm not sure if it's just my computer or what, but it's no big deal. -
Inevitable... Isn't the right word.

Me too, the Kashyyyk troopers in the preliminary pictures, long story short, look awesome.

Bob, said something wrong, Imperials are the best. -
Oh! OK, I remember that now. UCS = 10--- (UCS Formula)
-
Yeah, I guess we'll just have to wait for some more information rather than just the set number.
-
I'm not surprised. I thought it was a joke when I first saw it on Brickset. Anyway, (back to Ninjago) I would doubt the employees would know about a set this soon given the fact that the set won't be (might be) released until, probably, mid next year. Edit: Or as Faefrost said, nothing much other than piece count, price range, and box size. Don't take him personally.

Who knows, maybe they'll be Clone Wars, or maybe some new UCS sets. I would lean toward UCSs though since those usually seem to be the best kept secrets. Technically, this is the right forum.

OK, I guess I'll try it sometime!

Congrats! That's pretty lucky to have your MOC displayed in a Lego store!

That's not surprising.

I completely agree. We want more bounty hunters Lego! 4-LOM and Zuckuss are definitely overdue minifigures.
-
I know! Enough of these Orcs!
-
I really like the way the roof "slants" and the tree! Great work!
-
Yeah, I see what you mean.
-
Yes! We're discussing the movies to get an idea of what sets they'll make for them... ... ... Ok maybe it is getting a little off topic.
-
That would be great, but... I agree with Kermit, Lego will probably start work on the Rebels rather than continuing work on CW.

OK, I guess I won't post it as a free build then. Thanks for all the help again! -
Maybe, but it seems like there just wouldn't be enough there. I mean I know there's Mirkwood, the Elf Castle part, and Lake Town, but will it really be enough to fit in without Smaug?

OK, my plan was to post a new Imperial vehicle, which will be focused on in my main entry. But, I was going to have a hallway in Bespin be the vignette while having the vehicle be there as well. Would it be okay to have the vehicle as my free build but still include it in my contest entry? -
are there any police torso's in grey, not black?

The one you're suggesting is actually Coast Guard. So I would suggest Legofin's. -

I'm back with another question. What does a free build have to consist of? I was thinking of posting part of my Episode I entry for my first one. Do they all have to be vignettes or dioramas? -
I guess, but will it be enough to fill up two whole hours of movie?
-
I personally like the Ninjago theme and I can't wait to find out what 2014 has for it. I wonder how Kai, Cole, and Jay or going to be included in this next wave since it seems to focus on robots... Oh and... 100 posts! I'm now a Citizen!
