I can make out that Loot Island, BBB, and the Flagship are more expensive because of special molds like the island and hulls and sails and all of that stuff. Otherwise I think they ARE expensive compared to themes like Castle.

Hello, Im currently making a small town layout, but see here I need some help. This is a map of my current layout, but I can seem to place the Beach House in a good place. I need to arrange the whole layout so that all the buildings have accesible paths OK so the point is, I may use a few Ideas from you guys to give me your Ideas of the layout. Just re arrange the buildings in MS Paint and post your ideas!

Yeah but Main Street is the border, I dont have any more room to put anything past there. Good Idea though! Hey thats a really good idea!
