  1. A fun little build during lockdown. Powered by two PF L motors and a Buwizz brick. More pictures at the Instagram post below:
  2. Thanks! As soon as I have access to bricks again :)
  3. Still not sold on the catchy name, or the front end. It's powered by a Buwizz and the old buggy motor, driving the planetary hubs. More progress when I can build it physically - until then, feedback is welcome!
  4. Thanks all! Which aspects won't work? I didn't mention it, but the suspension and battery box are missing in the digital model.
  5. Pictures / LDD file + parts list
  6. I made this, also based on the 42082 turntable: https://www.instagram.com/p/BnzNidGiWKs The mechanism easily supports a computer monitor: https://www.instagram.com/p/BqVVxwBgd4w
  7. Super cool! What a fun competition :)
  8. A series of experiments, before Labo is released. The designs I made for the connectors are pretty poor - therefore I'd recommend looking at these designs instead and adapting them to your requirements: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2758102. Images are here: https://flic.kr/s/aHsmgTDMg5
  9. Thanks for all your comments! That should be possible - an earlier version (it kinda worked, but ended up being too heavy and complex):

  11. Did a rudimentary stepped LXF: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/vmln8r/Misc/peel.lxf
  12. Thanks for the instructions! I haven't dived into trial trucks much, so building a copy was a great learning exercise - the leaf springs in particular work incredibly well!
  13. That's excellent! It seems incredibly capable; great work on keeping it simple and light.
  14. Thanks! Squeezing the most of out the bricks is super fun. Of course, size constraints also help when it comes to performance.
  15. Thanks for all your comments!
  16. Excellent work! The axle-propellor connection is neat.
  17. We had to build our own return-to-center mechanisms in the old days: http://www.technicbr...-to-center.html
  18. I like the compact build. Correct me if I'm wrong, but is it any different to this?
  19. Modify a children's construction toy? Are you sure you can do that?
  20. What everyone else said; physical separation and time constraints. The need to consider multiple functional connection points probably also makes collaborating together on a single Technic/similar build particularly complex. That said, mahjqa and I worked together on this - it only took two days (spaced almost a year apart!):
  21. Nice tinkering! Like the video shows - optimising the mechanics and software for more efficient operation?
