All I can say is if this is where you are at this point, the finished project will most definitely be something to behold!

Well done, the way you created the "water" is awesome! And as was previously mentioned the vegitation is really nice, good job! Also, I love the broken down car, not something you see built every day

Have fun! Good to have you!

I love them both but I have to go with the T1, I love your attention to detail! Particularly, adding the board on top, well done!

Are ToysRUs free build sets considered real Lego sets?
jluck replied to badbob001's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Remember when McDonalds had Legos in happy meals? You can find those on bricklink as well. They also came in a bag with instructions and a Lego logo. I think these could all be grouped together as promotional sets. -
Looking forward to seeing what you bring!

Wow! Your work is truly awesome, the digital work you have is stunning...well done! I'd like to see this in the brick flick forum too!

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 11 Rumours & Discussion
jluck replied to CM4Sci's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Honestly, I pick out my favorite 3 or 4 and then get any others online too. There will always be the $5 figures but most got for very near their msrp value if you buy within the next few months. -
Ya, I just noticed. However, buying the accessories individually may still be slightly cheaper especially when the accessories appear in other sets.

The Zombie is a really popular army builder so several of them are tied up in collections. I imagine you've checked bricklink where the cheapest zombie is $20, ebay is about the same. The nurse is here for $4, and usually under $10. If you feel you have to complete the set you'll have to bite the bullet, otherwise just get what you like!

Very well done, I particularly like the large amount of detail you fit into a relatively small space! Also, I like the hanging street lamp in the first picture, just thought I'd note that as well

Review: 21011 Brandenburg Gate [Architecture]
jluck replied to bgalakazam's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Well done on the review, this actually isn't my favorite of the architecture sets. It just doesn't have that wow factor that some of the other sets have, but it's still pretty nice.- 6 replies

I really like what you've done! You've really expanded on a great idea, well planned and well executed.

That's a fun design! I really like it, it's also a neat change of pace from what is normally posted.

Haha well I'm still alive! The advice has been hilarious and actually quite encouraging, I'm trying to set up a brickfilm to illustrate my telling her but...I GOT HER TO HELP ME FEEL BAGS OF CMF!!! That's a huge step in the right direction:)

I really can't take it all in! Everywhere I look I see more stunning detail and amazing work, well done to all of you!

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 11 Rumours & Discussion

Since I'm not a completionist it's been easy to keep from getting bored by CMF. I just get what appeals to me, there has always been a few I love! -
What's the one set that really pains you for NOT buying it?
jluck replied to Artifex's topic in Community
Fort legoredo, nothing reminds me not of my childhood than that set and I had gotten all of the other western sets but then I stopped trying to save for the big one. -
Yep, they've pretty much told ya but I agree, bricklinks is the place for special single pieces or bulk buys.

Welcome aboard, though I am partial to the Pacers!

Good to have you!

I really like it! I am anxious to see how it will look when it all comes together, certainly it has a lot of potential!
