Wow nice MOC. But I think agent Trace would have lost her legs, and possibly died because of the heat and the smoke. nevertheless, a great MOC!

[MOC]: The Lighting of the Beacons
saberwing replied to Inconspicuous's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
That looks really good! Do you make your MOC's like in the movies, or like in the books? -
I found another forum with the same discussion and the same coins: http://metaldetectingforum.com/showthread.php?p=138118

Movie you liked but most people hated...
saberwing replied to Emperor Claudius Rome's topic in Culture & Multimedia
I liked the kingdom of the crystal skull too. (Apart from the fact that it included aliens.) Another movie which I thougth was great, is die hard 4. I can't seem to understand why some people hate that movie so much. -
I don't think this is going to be succesfull either. Like many have said before me; it's just like power miners but then in the sea instead of in the earth. If they make sets with ruins and sea creatures, I would buy the sets, but this is just like every other action theme.

Nicely drawn, But there is something odd about the legs of dyna mite in the first picture. I think her right leg is thinner then her left leg.

Nice sigfigs everyone! Here's mine: Luckily enough, he doesn't look like me at all. EDIT: my first pic was too big

Wow I think this is great! Especially after I saw this picture. Your minifigs look exactly like these guys!

Yes that one, but then the dutch version of it. I got those swords from this set.

I have 2 cannons with a red base. (one from Cannon Battle and one from Soldier's Fort) And it seems that I also have a brown base, without a cannon.
-
Looks good! I like your figurehead idea. What is the yellow thing? (second guy from the right.) I've never seen it before.

the water looks really good. The buildings are pretty amazing as well.

Great story! Mystery and LEGO combined.... I hope it will continue.
-
It looks great, but I can't clearly see the car because the pictures are blurry.

Some gum that is used to attach posters to the wall. I don't know what it's called.

I would definetly join that clan/guild. But I don't think TLG would let us make a guild.
-
Wow, that sure is a big project. I hope you will complete it. Good luck and a happy building!

Remember to always drink your coffee before you post! Anyways, welcome to Eurobricks -
I think I get the idea; The guy almost falling from a giant tree, and he is going to hit the piramids and the Great Sphinx of Giza? Correct me if I'm wrong.

I can't say that I like your version better, but it's a nice idea. -
Wow that first MOC looks great! I really like your windscreen wipers. And your legosauros is just amazing!
-
Wow, that's a great MOC, very detailed too. Is the horn/banana an existing piece or did you paint it?

I like almost all of your ideas. I was thinking about a park with a frozen lake with 2 people iceskating (maybe one with a chair?), 2 kids with a sled, and a dutch koek and zopie stand. (a small stand on or near the ice where they sell food and coffee or chocolate milk.)
