Oh my bad, I probably saw that in a different article I do agree with you about the cool feature lego added though.

Looks very nice in my opinion, thanks for sharing. A lot of people will probably say that it looks almost the exact same as the 2006 version but in my opinion if it's not broken then don't fix it. However it would've been nice if it included a few more bricks, the one from 2006 had around 1,300 pieces.

I believe the rumored Slave I might be the May release, however I haven't seen that one confirmed so I could be wrong.

I know I have been complaining a bit too much today, but what is up with the snow speeder? The guy at the london toy fair said that it looked more accurate to the actual thing, instead like most people have said it looks the exact same but with the missiles added to it. The Ghost on the other hand was the one I thought was going to turn out ugly, but it looks pretty cool, especially for an early picture. But I doubt that it's going to be $90 since it has 1100 pieces, but it still shouldn't be that expensive.

Why did lego bother making the Phantom if it was going to turn out like that. All I have to do to get it is take off the cockpit from the y-wing set. But on more positive notes, that B-Wing looks pretty cool, and I hope it's worth getting because I really wanted a minifigure scaled one since last year. But that Yoda Chronicles set looks... Pretty cool. The last one was just a E-Wing with poorly made wings, but this one actually looks unique and looks really promising. I probably won't get it since it's not canon though, but still it's definitely something

Oh sorry, I was too busy having lunch, but I was planning on reading it later. Thanks for the news though. I assume the price will be $60 now? That should be correct since it was $40 before.

Just why on earth would they do that? The advent calenders have little to offer and after christmas no one buys them. You can even get the ones from 2012 one right now in most Toys-r-us stores.

Darth Nader replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Not at all, it's a great set so it's not stupid to get it as soon as possible. But if you wait until may the fourth, when you can probably get it on sale, then I'd say wait. If I had lots of money at the moment I'd get it right now. -
Honestly I don't think any of the minifigures need new hair, or more detail for that matter. The recent Han Solo in the microfighter set is a good example of this with his cheekbones. They don't provide much detail, it just makes him look older. Also Luke's hair from 2011 just makes him look more of a kid, and Leia's newer hair is ok, but the old one makes her look a bit younger. Don't get me wrong, adding more detail to figures is fine, but there's a thin line between detail and unnecessary changes. This goes for the sets as well.

Typically lego does have some sales on May the fourth, last year for example the b-wing was 50% off, but the reason was only because it wasn't selling well. With normal sets they often have a 15% off deal, and I'm pretty sure this goes for UCS sets too. So your chances off getting the Ewok Village on sale on may the 4th are pretty high. -

No problem, and all you have to do to quote is just click quote on the bottom right of another person's post. -

Well if lego was still selling this set all you had to do was call them. Don't worry, all you have to do is buy the sticker sheet off of Bricklink, I found the link for you http://www.bricklink.com/search.asp?q=7754%20sticker -
What're your favorite and least favorite Star Wars sets?
Darth Nader replied to Loco de Lego's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Yup I agree with this, however I'm also considering ROTS. Sure the 2014 winter line has mediocre ROTS sets, but if you look back at the ones they have made in the past they look amazing. But I guess in the end ROTJ is better because those sets have the best minifigures. I know it's a little late but welcome to Eurobricks, you seem to be a big lego star wars fan and you have good taste, are you going to post those reviews you were talking about the other day? -
I'm afraid you're a bit too late, those pics have been posted on the previous page

Woah I feel embarrassed for typing that comment. I just checked your work and it's amazing, and I myself am truly surprised to have never seen your work before, even if I've mostly stayed on this theme. I really can't wait to see the outcome of your MOC. Those MOCers on youtube have nothing on your stuff.

Well there might be the possibility that lego now uses 10XXX for UCS sets because if you look at the Simpsons' house it appears to be more of a playset rather than a detailed set one would put on display. But that would mean that the Sandcrawler would also be a playset rather than a UCS set, which would seem unlikely. Another possible reason could be that since now they have a lot more themes and sets then they had before. and now they are no longer able to do the 10XXX set number because there are too many UCS sets for it. -
Wouldn't be surprised if they're exclusive. The official pics for them came out a bit later than the other sets, which typically happens with sets that are exclusive.

REVIEW: Lego Star Wars 75046: Courscant Police Gunship
Darth Nader replied to Tom Jurassic's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Great review for a great set. While it's unfortunate that this set likes a commander Fox and new Ventress, this may be the only set that I'll pick up from the new wave that is not a battle pack. -
Why did lego make Bart, Homer, and Marge look so tired, it's kind of creepy. House looks interesting none the less. I like Simpsons but the idea of it being a lego theme is just... weird.
-
Wow that poster is really cool, it even makes the battle droids look like nice figures to have. Is it going to be included with preorders for the new star wars sets? Congratulations on your first post.

I've never seen your previous MOC's but this one looks interesting and will probably end up being amazing.

Who's next to be Santa in the Advent Calendar
Darth Nader replied to ShadowWolfHount's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Well it's probably going to be a revenge of the sith minifigure. So possibly an important clone trooper (Commander Cody) or maybe an Obi-Wan Claus like korpen4444 just mentioned. -
Aw crap, can a mod remove my previous comment and this one please, I'm sorry I didn't think about that.
-
Thanks for the news LoyalLegoCollector. Who do you guys think the minifigure is going to be? I don't have anything good but it could be a new Lando from the way he was dressed in cloud city, we haven't seen him in his cloud city clothes in over ten years.
-
Well that sucks, you'd think lego would learn their lesson after doing this in 2012, thanks for letting me know. BOOM: Guess who's a citizen now?
