They only needed to include 1 Zombie and this would sell really well.

He wears that face when shopping. sorry Thanks for the review. Great set but in Sweden this is equal to $70 . Will however get it anyway. Wish the securitydroid had printing though.

Review: 9440 Venomari Shrine
mordatre replied to Plissken's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Got this set yesterday and I noticed they changed the sword. The new one´s blade is actually thicker than the old swords, making it a little hard to insert into the new scabbard. It´s not sturdier than the old ones so I see no reason for the change. -
At the time of A new Hope, most Stormtroopers were non-clone recruits. The Emperor stopped Kamino shortly after the Empire was founded.

That´s an epic prize. I agree the StarWars weapons look amazing. Will they be in normal production from brickarms?
-
Now I´m glad I didn´t bought the old skiff or old Jabba´s Palace. I think both of the new versions are excellent. Can´t wait for September!

I believe Lloyd´s no5 on his shirt only means he used one of his old sweaters to paint a ribcage pattern on it. You can see the dripping white paint on closeups. It could be Elvis who is the green ninja. He has them sparkling studs on his robe.

The eyebrows of the green ninja looks like they belong to Lloyd Garmadon.

I bought one to sell later on. My wife said I should build it instead so now it decorates our office at home. Great set and the kids love it. Took me 5 months of building on and off (I tried to get the most joy out of building it because I won´t build it again ). The black protocol droid is exclusive to this set.

Info: Nostromo is an explorer, travelling the universe looking for inhabitable planets and resourses to harvest. His nations technology enables long distance travelling but much of his gear is primitive like the manual charging lever on his armour, leaving the reserve batteries fully charged until when really needed. Function before comfort. I believe Lego does produce enough minifigparts to create interesting figs. A little help from Brickarms and such likes does of course help. Alien nations are always interesting and too bad Lego (almost) always makes them the bad guy. More friendly (but well armed) aliens from Lego! Cost: Brickarms weapon and Brickwarriors armour $2,6. Minifigparts roughly $4. Mabye a little dark but I work nightshift in Sweden so darkness is pretty much all I see while awake. (At least there´s no cat ) Link to folder: http://s156.photobucket.com/albums/t29/mordatre/Contest%20entry/

2012 looks even better and Droid Escape is an instant buy. I really hope it won´t be a special edition or store-exclusive set since those are always hard to get in Sweden. Them Commando droids look black to me. I think they will look better with normal battledroidlegs, taken from set 8015´s assassindroids.

Great looking MOC. Trophy rooms are always interesting. Haven´t seen the episode yet though.

The Ninjago Spinner are $10 each and Lego have no problems selling them, even though they only contain 1 minifig, 3 weapons and a spinner. While in Star Wars you get 1 detailed planet (I hope), a mini vehicle and a popular Star Wars character.
-
The larger size of the Tiefighter doesn´t bother me since me and my kids already own 2 of the older versions for playing with. This new one will look great in my displaycorner. And I do agree the pricing will be at least $50/Euro50. I don´t think Lego will have a hard time selling these. I´m a little concerned about the lack of Stormtroopers in recent sets. You can never have too many Stormtroopers.

Got one a couple of weeks ago and Han Solo had the new faceprint. -
IG88 finally got a new head. Hopefully it´s printed and not a sticker. New Torso for Piett.
-
Now kids can finally let their C3PO rip them stickers!

I want the droids and controlroom panels . I really hate Limited edition... Probably will be 150 Euro in Sweden. Instant buy if on sale though. Great find Supersonic! Edit: Ok, them warningsign stickers are a must have too.
