I was wondering why did LEGO make ARF trooper with dark red hands. Well it is clear that arf trooper is part of rancor battalion,BUT that doesn`t explanes why did they put red hands since reference trooper on wookipedia was all white armour with just insignia on helmet.... ...so...I figured if they put arc trooper that was on screen for like 1 sec 2x in the episode, maybe its the same thing with the arf trooper, so went to search for this missing red arm guys in the episode... AND.... -
only problem is that vulture droid and tri-fighter ARE wayyyyyy smaller ships. Acctualy lego models of this 2 are 2big ;) Tri fighter Length 5.4 meters Width 3.45 meters vs. ARC170 Length 14.5 meters Width 22.6 meters (wingspan) And lego arc170 is almost perfectly sized (like falcon and imperial shuttle are). ;)

Nice review. I don`t see why are ppl complaining about the price, as far as I saw it in the shops last couple of days, its little bit cheaper than 396 pcs/4mnfg ARC170 and it has little bit more bricks (413 + 4 mnfgs) - new box is maybe different, but its still in the same price range as last years.

unfortunately this is not that diorama :( week ago I was transporting that other diorama that was build by me and kost_u_grlu from his place to my for final adjustment and picturing , it was in a huge cardbord box, and bottom of the box colapsed in the middle of the street duo to too much kg and diorama was smashed beyond any possible repair, even damaged and lost some bricks.... that one was 2x bigger and 10x more detailed..so basicly 6 months of work gone to hell in a second. next day I built this one ina 3-4h, more or less as a joke....would have done something better but didn`t have nervs to do it right and big again, after all that happened...

essentialy yes this is the same tehnic, BUT if you remove round bricks, and change 1x3 bricks into 1x2 bricks you can get only big circles. with this combination of round 1x1 + 1x2, or 1x3 bricks you can get really small circles, since you can bend more the wall. 1x2 bricks only technic - is good only for big circles, since you can`t bend it that much. I was able to do a "small" little bit less than 32x32 baseplate sized circle this way, and it only had 3-4 raws. with more than 4 raws I wasn`t able to bend it anymore to form 32x32 baseplete sized circle. So if you wanna build something that is tall, you will need to use bigger circle. 1x2 only: (plus) size, smoothness (minus) big size, bricks consumption 1x2/1x3 + 1x1 round: (plus) small size (minus) not smooth enought

circular hangar is done with 1x2 bricks (1 base raw with 1x2x5), on top of all this are 1x1 tile.

Top stuff. Only thing I don`t like is again using this new version of blaster pistol , since older pistol is accurate representation of DC-17 hand blaster used by GAR.

tnx for comments. There isn`t going to be any more pictures, since moc is already recyled.

The A5-RX battle tank, also known as the A5-Recon Juggernaut, was a smaller, specialized version of the A5 Juggernaut, re-designed for speed and maneuverability across the battlefront. Despite its smaller size, the A5-RX was well armed, being equipped with a pair of dual repeating blasters, a rear beam laser cannon, and a dorsal spread missile turret that could fire six missiles per round. The tank was used first used by the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars, and later by the Galactic Empire in the Galactic Civil War, seeing battle action across the galaxy. http://starwars.wiki...-RX_battle_tank SIZE : 40x30 cm BRICKS: 2400

oh! blogging guys tnx for nice feedback! No there is no interior, but since I`m listening last couple of days "you should build interior" I think it might happen in the future. one question... should this MOC be labeled maybe UCS? Since scale is done accurately to "real" thing in compair to minifigs?
