    Yes, that is a really special train! Another similarly rare set from same period is the Remote controlled car http://www.peeron.com/inv/sets/311-5 and http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?S=311-5 . I would love to own either the whistle train or the remote controlled car, but they are definitely out of my price range...
