EB's Super Hero Comic Cover Contest Voting Thread!
Capt. Redblade replied to CorneliusMurdock's topic in LEGO Licensed
9 by Captain Nemo - 1 point (I adore Mad Love as a story and I can't take my eyes off that brick-built Harley. ) 10 by the Joker1 - 1 point (It's a simple build, but there's quite a lot to catch the eye.) 16 by Hammerstein NWC - 1 point (The way you posed Cap and Punisher is very cool.) Great contest, Cornelius! If only I had any photo skills whatever, I might have been right alongside these talented people. -
It might just be me, but when I first saw this guy's face, my only thought was "It's a trap!"

Well, that's one way to butter up the Croissant.

There is absolutely no question at all: get it. The IFS is the best ship to sail the LEGO seas in a dog's age, and it's something you do not want to miss.

Wow. Awesome game, TPRU! Creative story, great sets, and some very interesting characters. I was very happy to finally get my hands on a power role, and big thanks to Draggy for guiding me throughout. What sayst thou, Lady Dragmall? Couldst thou love a poor, third-person-speaking genius like Carl? Also, well done Darkdragon and Waterbrick for lasting so long. The Petrus frame-up was sheer poetry. (And Carl would know.) -

Not usually a Marvel man, but, damn. Minifigs of Venom and Sam m*********ing Jackson in such a cheap set? Tempting. -
Ragnarök Now - Day Seven

The fact that Snot-face doesn't want to share these possibly quite helpful PMs is suspicious, but it will be enlightening to learn once and for all what's what with Wary. If he's a scum/SK, great; if he's innocent, well, we'll just have to look harder. Carl isn't sure it's in our best interest to leave a potential loose cannon like Wary running around. For now, Carl will... Vote: Wary the Black (Waterbrick Down) Rest assured; if you are vindicated, Carl will be quite happy to lead the charge against the lady Carrotface tomorrow. Something about her still doesn't sit right with Carl. -

Carl decided to entertain your wacky theory. He thought to himself, hey, if she's right, maybe they'll retaliate against her for finding out. Obviously Carl was wrong. -

It can't be Carl because Carl is the town watcher. Carl knows all and sees all! -

A Penguin issue?! I'm... I'm speechless! I never would have expected this! I kid, Pengy. Very nice work if I do say so. If only I weren't so damned busy this month, I might enter myself.

Carl hates to be the one to point it out, but Patrekr did proxy his vote to Cranebeinn, who voted Canute. -

Again, if Carl has misinterpreted this nonsense in any way, he genuinely apologizes. The fact is, it isn't easy to follow. What kind of Valhalla is it where a man is persecuted for mishearing something? Don't give Carl grief because he can't understand what the hell you're talking about, and don't expect to get anywhere in this afterlife talking to people like that. Carl refers you once again to his previous statement: Verily, get stuffed, sweetheart.
