What is your favourite Castle piece?

I dont have a favorite, I got favorites. Pitchfork Armet Visor (the same as the one Kahgarak shows, though I would say its more famed to be worn by Garalt in Ikros, best looking helmet ever) Euro Armor Barbute (Shadow Knight helmet) Spear (Hey, do you really know how much it can be used to?) And many others... Castle rocks.

    Mech Base Stage 2

I dont know, the colorful building is kinda ugly Im afraid... You need to be more precise with colors. ;) I think you also need to explain who is on whos side, the robots usually fight the humans but humans firing on humans, robots from all directions and martians popping up... We need a background here! :)

    Hello, Nice board

Welcome! Enjoy it here... And dont get tantrums like I do sometimes... I dont think its allowed in a larger whole :D

    Stealth Wasp Pic Review

Same here... I think Ive seen something like it in Gundam Seed, or is just the spikes the back that confuses me. This is really cool, yet I know what Im gonna build out of it, found a great concept art. ;) Im very interested in these devices, especially since its vital information for my sidestory. :)

    X Marks the Spot

Fantastic SNOT work, looks right the size of a vig, yet it isnt using a plate (in traditional meaning). There is nothing wrong with this MOC, I love it, its just that it needs a better picture... Its a little grainy.

    Need some Soldiers...Wow

I know, but I do think the words was badly chosen since its a sell AND a display of armies, the way most people show off their minifigs. ;) I apologize for my somewhat angry tone before, but its hard to not be angry when you just made up a very tragic story. :P My apologies, shall not happen next time (hopefully, if we humans do learn of our mistakes). *satis*

    Shipwreck

The same as the tails to the dinosaur sets, the Alpha Team Ogel sets, and some others. This is a really cool creation, looks right and probably one of the larger underwater MOCs Ive seen, an official display I once saw being the largest. Finally a use for the else so useless underwater stickers for LURPs & BURPs.

    Need some Soldiers...Wow

So its okay biting in noses when it comes to MOCs instead? I was just giving out an argument, Im neither flaming or trolling, I just need a damn good reason why people critize massed troops... I think most army collectors agree... :| The positioning is pretty much the same as one of the standard german positionings of the 30 years war, and I doubt anyone would want the transport horses there when ready for battle (though it does leave something to be desired at the buy, though)... Nothing wrong for me.

    Need some Soldiers...Wow

You mean its wrong placing them in a believable fashion all lined up like proper troops, and they must be placed guarding something? Thats wierd. Not sure what you are trying to say, they are lined up like troops from the 1700 did and its "silly silly goose"? Explain! Wow, I shall never collect armies again, placing them in a realistic fashion is silly... :|

    Mech Base Stage 2

    Hmm... Needs deeplinks. ;)

    Sig-Fig

Deeplinks! Resizing is very easy; just check the image size settings, 800x600 is best for bricklink. If the program you are using does not have these options or its hard to find, download a free program, theres lots of good ones, like Gimp or Photofiltre.

    Iron Reich sharpshooter

agreed with lego2000- using hands or claws would look bad, and very wierd too. This rifle is GREAT! Hooks are perfect stands because they are so thin it actually looks like a stand. :) The scope attaching is also a cool idea, but isnt it a little loose? Not a minus, though. Cant think of another way to make it look so slim.

    S-Platoon

    Updated. ;)

    S-Platoon

When I bought the robo platoon I thought they had bad articulation and they looked a little goofy, so I decided to modify them... http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=161832 Sniper (Tan): Sniper has no command role, and is neither programmed for army leading. He is however, cabable of killing enemy pilots while within their machines, especially mechas, and he is often hiding somewere, often ending his enemies life with a blast from his railgun. He also has a "lobber" grenade launcher, able to cause a massive mayhem with a rain of grenades. Sarge (Blue): Sarge is armed with a heatblaster, a cannon that contains tanks of a easily heated liquid, and as the cannon shoots, the liquid is warmed with lasers at the gun's pipes, melting flesh aswell as metal. Sarge is however, not as flexible as the others in the team, but his armor is exceptional. Sarge also have the control over androids (infantry) under larger battles. He is also second-in-command in the team. Shogun (Red): The last S, the Shogun is the commander over an robot army, but also one of the best armored mechas around. Armed with a sword and a quadrolaser, the Shogun is effective at both ranged and close combat, and even though he is not as large as a true mecha, he is a force not to be underestimated. Of course, anime is the main inspiration for these, that and space marines both Warhammer 40k and Starcraft. Expect me posting more later on... Tell me what you think! :)

    S-Platoon

I didnt have pieces to do that, unfortunatly. Thats why Im spending the majority of my time saving for Exo-force to get some articulative limbs... Arms are easy, but legs are hard. Cool stuff though! I still want feedback. ;)

    Vikings 2006 names!

Viking... ARMY? By Tor! By Oden! That is... AWESOME! I hope we see some Giants and Trolls this year., too.. :oD

    Bin Laden Tape...

Hmm... This is getting political... And politics are like bulls- they can be used as reference to poo. I dont think we should care about Mr. Laden. He said something like this some years ago (just after 9/11 I assume is was), could be old tapes. The world will end soon anyways; The leader of the world is a jerk and the baddies are fanatical but does not even read their holy book... Wait... Isnt this just like always? No worries people. :P

    Mech Base

Nice little MOC, fun to see Martians working with humies. They did get a little cranky the time the terran scum tried to take over mars... ;) Fun idea, though it needs some more work. I would like to see the robots upgraded too (the original designs got bad articulation). :)

    Introducing Tesha

I guess hes talking about the guys kissing guys... Dark1 is a bloody homophobic. |-/

    Female minifigs

I think their minds went on just to create Titan XP, and then stopped again. |-D Jokes aside, Im actually wondering how to make a small girl in Lego WITHOUT having the ugly HP heads that fits better for someone in their 40's than kids... I think I take my old standard smilie with freckles and the Pippi Longstockings hair...

Oh, I really hope so... And for the girl who conjures what in the first pic; the face looks just like Lust (pre-homunculus) from Full Metal Alchemist and will be excellent as just that. Perhaps I should do FMA customs? Im pretty happy over the choice of license; now we get new evil helmets apart from the shadow knight barbutes, more shield designs, Inuit warriors can be made, and more generic medieval clothing. Im surely not complaining.

    Female minifigs

Paradisa was "lost" (lost paradise, hehe) because TLG was losing on it; therefore they made themes like Bellville and Scala since girls were more interested in dolls than minifigs & alot of building and creativity, unfortunatly. Paradisa was also a girl theme so I think its natural those sets contained alot of girls. ;) It was fun how alot of paradisa sets contained guys with small german mustachos in bathing suits living in pink houses... |-D Yeah, Exo-force girls would make me even madder about it... I would like buy 5 of the set with a female pilot, reusing the face for every female character in my Lego stories...

    Ketongu Redux

Nice! Looks like a D&D Troglodyte. I actually liked the old one though, with his robot looking head. ;)
  24. The Hordesman

    Female minifigs

Agree with you all fully. Thats one of the major lacks of many themes; TLG says that there are female knights in Morcia, but does not produce female knights in Lego sets, TLG makes an anime theme (Exo-force) and leaves out the women (whats anime without them, anyway?), TLG has a one gendered city theme... I dont like that lack. But I think it has to with the fact that boys dont like female minifigs since they are not as "cool" as the guys, and often leave them out pf play. I have no idea how they think though, but Ive seen this pattern alot.

Another good idea! And for the blue arrow head guy; since he is the main character, we will get alot of him. Occultists anyone? ;) Perfect with a black hood and sith clothing, and a knife in his hand. *devil*
