I coulda sworn that those were cancelled, but if you say so.... I wonder who they would get to play the characters? I too, would love to see an Order 66 line. -'Skintas

Star Wars The Clone Wars Season 2 Discussion
Mraz Skintas replied to DarthSion's topic in Culture & Multimedia
Along the lines of that, they further ruin it because in Episode III, right before Grievous uses all of his amrs, he says: 'You fool. I have been trrained in your Jedi arts, by Count Dooku.' That would also make it seem as if Utapau was their first encounter. Also, another thing that bigs me is how many times Anakin and Dooku faught in the first season, and how I believe they will fight again soon, or towards the very ends of the series. During their duel on the Invible Hand, Anakin claims his powers have doubled since they last met, and I had the feeling he was referiing to Geonosis, and if they have another encounter at the end of the series, I highly doubt Anakin will have doubled in power between the short time. hollisbrick, the Mando's should be coming in around January 31, because on Wookieepdia, it lists something to do with them a week after January 22, which is Lightsaber Lost, or something like that. -'Skintas -
My console of choice is the 360. I've had the same one since they first came out in 05, I think it was, and have had no problems with it. I prefer the 360 because it seems like the best console for shooters, and that's what I mainly play. I've played a couple of shooters for the PS3, but the triggers on that controller don't feel triggery enough, and you can't play Halo on the PS3. Another reason is backwards compatability. It always seemed to me that less PS2 games were backwards compatable compared to the Original Xbox to the 360, if that made any sense at all. While I own several PCs, a PS3, a Wii, a Sega Genesis, and two 360s, I will usually only play the 360s. -'Skintas

Why would LEGO have something against mothers? They are generally the ones who porvide the LEGO for thier offspring. Luke and Leia have both been made into minifigs, several times over, and they are Padme's children, and if I recal correctly, Leia got pregnant in one of the books after Episode VI, so I doubt that's the reason. Who's podracer is being designed, and will there be multiples? -'Skintas

Lord Starkiller, I can see that you are new, and I hope you enjoy your stay here, but in the future, please check back to the front page, or news and info topic before posting. Those pictures are old, and since they have watermarks, I'm fairly certain you arent allowed to deeplink them, so if you could, please remove them. The X-Wing and Republic Attack Shuttle will probably be mini promos, or since they have a 30*** number, they may be BrickMaster exclusives. Also, off topic, but did anyone else notice that there were Harry Potter sets in Whung's list. I am to assume that all of the sets listed are 2010. -'Skintas Edit: I posted too slow, Ronacanator beat me to it.

I looked back a few pages and didn't see anything like this, which I found surprsing. Basically this is a topic to review the latest game you played. Of course you can do more than one, and I will start off with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Rating: M for Mature Release: 10 November, 2009 (Worldwide) Genre: First Person Shooter COD Wiki Article: Voila Call of Duty 4 was a great game, and Infinity Ward stepped up from even that with Modern Warfare 2. It had a very well developed story, and it was great to see the return of Captain 'Soap' MacTavish, There are many improved aspects of the multiplayer, such as customizable Killstreaks, titles, and Emblems. There are also many new weapons, as well as some neat new attachments and perks. SpecOps mode is great, as it presents a challange, as well as some missions of all different types. My favorites are those that you must use stealth and a sniper rifle to get to your objectives, which pay respect to the missions 'All Ghillied Up' and 'One Shot, One Kill,' and the Snowmobile racing. The game had a very well developed plot, compared to many other FPS'. Story: 24/25 The game had a wonderful plot, probably the greatest FPS plot I've ever seen, and it had a major twist. The plot was initially left open, which possbily means that there will be a thrid instalment, probably involving The Army Rangers and TF 141 going to Russia. The only problem with the campaing was that it was rather short, seeing as it took me only about 5 hours to complete it. Gameplay: 25/25 The control scheme was solid and smooth, and teh game was neither too hard, nor terribly easy. Replayability: 24/25 The stroy is worth playing again, especially to get the intel items and find easter eggs, but after soom time, it gets repetitive. SpecOps is fun too, but after you get all 69 stars, there are only a few missions that I actually wanted to play again. But multiplayer gives you something new every match, and that makes the game worth holding onto. (not that the other things don't, but whatever.) Multiplayer: 25/25 There are 70 levels to go through, and you will find something new with almost every promotion. There are multiple weapon, perk, and killstreak combonations to tryout, and certain challenges for each, so even once you reach level 70, there is still a ton to do. Overall: 98/100 The game had many aspects that made it great, but I can't describe what you'll like about it, but I liked all but the few things I mentioned above. I would definitely recommend the game to anyone. Sorry if the review isn't great, but this is my first time reviewing anything, so if at all possible, could some of the pro reviewers tell me thing I should work on for next time? Thanks. -'Skintas

Yeah, it's off topic, but i'll do my best to explain. It's simply a Mod joke. Shadows. is KimT . On topic. This new Cad Bane set sounds interesting. I wonder what other minifigs it would have. Hopefully it will have a Commando Droid or two. -'Skintas

A Jedi Temple in the sense of the Death Star would be amazing. It would be cool if they released an Eeth Koth minifigure, as he was in one of the most recent CW Episodes. -'Skintas

Well I'll be damned. That's hilarious. -'Skintas

I've had this built for a little while now, but am just deciding to take pictures of it. This is the second in my batch of Halo creations I will be posting here soon, and probably my favorite. The M12 LRV 'Warthog' is probably one of the most fun vehicles to drive in any game, and easily my favorite. So, tell me what you thing. Enjoy. This shot right here is really one of the coolest I have, so lets start with it. Now I'll show some shots of the entire purple team occupying the 'Hog. Now I'll show a couple shots of the LAAG. No matter how much you shoot this thing, you'll never run outta ammo. I dun geddit, but oh well. Now a shot or two of the unoccupied seats up front. And then the rear, as well as what the 'Hog looks like withough the LAAG. This last shot, saddly, I didn't come up with the idea of. I borrowed Saber-Scorpion's suspension idea, so credit for that goes to him. BUT WAIT, there's more! As I said there is a special surprise, and that would be a Mongoos ULATV or something like that. Mike and Rob kindly volunteered to show it off. Yeah, I didn't realize I didn't have the windshield for the 'Goose til after the pictures were taken, but I will put that on and get a shot with it up Well, that's all for now. Stay tuned in the next few hours as I will post either my Chopper or Ghost. -'Skintas

Thank you Big Cam! I thought that the Mongoose was pretty accurately sized. I will take a picture with my Ghost, Chopper and these two for a comparison when I get the secnd two up. -'Skintas

Would you be willing to give up some info on the other pieces you are casting? So you can prove who has the best hair by science now, eh? That's not something evr taught me in school. -'Skintas

Thank you. I still have a few more to colors to make to finish out the entire rank chart, then I may move onto Honor Guard, or design some more Brutes. I think that's the main problem I run into, the large amounts of small pieces. First, I only have a few, and second, the ones I do have are in limited colors. PAB has most of the pieces I need, but that gets costly after some time. It would be cool to actually know another FOL that has the same them interests as you. Why thank you, CommanderFox. I'm glad you like them. -'Skintas

They look great, VBBN I will probably buy a shorter one to make a 'Soap' MacTavis figure. It's good to see more people active in the Minifig Customization Workshop. I hope to see more from you soon. -'Skintas

LEGO Star Wars Expanded Universe Subtheme Thread
Mraz Skintas replied to Jar Jar's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Expanded Universe would be anything not in Episode I through VI, regarless of what Dave Filoni says. I'm pretty sure that is what George inteded, so that's the way it's is. And, like Oky said, there is already a topic for wishlists, so the two topics should be merged. -
It's funny that you mention that they look similar to Scorp's, because I actually made the design ( or one similar) around the release of Halo 3, which was before I discovered his site. I am, believe it or not, happy that LEGO hasn't made a Halo line. I think they would just make Elites, Brutes , and the like megafigures. That, and that it's more fun to come up with my own designs. -'Skintas

The McFarlane Halo action figures that debuted in 2007. I have the vast majority, but there are still a few I need to add to my collection. -'Skintas

Minifig Maker Questions and Answers
Mraz Skintas replied to Lego Person's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
No problem. Be sure to post your creations here as soon as you can. -'Skintas -
That, my friend, is where you are wrong. First, what fun would it be posting three of the exact same color of SPARTNs? And second, in the Halo Legends episode, 'The Package,' Kelly had grey EVA armor, and Fred had steel MKVI. Whilst Linda wasn't present, I still thought the red armor looked good for her. Thank, you. My favorites are purple team, as they are all made up, and yes, I have several energy swords, most of them are just in the hands of my Elites, which I will post soon, right now. -'Skintas
-
@ Big Cam: Not to seem cocky, but I did take the criticism lightly, seeing as I tried everything I could to fix the problem, but oh well I don't quite understand why people would leave their SPARTANS solid colors, seeing asbthe world of Halo is a very vivid place. @ VBBN: Thank you, I do strive for accuracy in my creations. You should post your WIPs sometime. -'Skintas

Thank you, Big Cam! Well, I tried and tried to get it to where the decals blended in better, but I eventually realized it would be best to just give up, and hope it would go more or less unnoticed. I am actually working on Valhalla, but seeing as it is such a huge map, it won't be done for sometime. -'Skintas

Minifig Maker Questions and Answers
Mraz Skintas replied to Lego Person's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
First off, welcome to EuroBricks, I hope you enjoy your time here! Lego Person, making a custom minifig varies anywhere between mixing and matching parts of other figs, which is purist customizing, to using decals, permanent marker, items from custom LEGO stores such as BrickForge or Brickarms, clay, or whatever else you think might work to get the desired result. I usually use decals that are found on this site, or that I made myself, for larger areas of the fig, and a sharpie for smaller areas. There are people that sell premade decals, but I think that most of them are over priced. I also use parts from both of the above listed sites for acssecories. What I do is save the decals in my picture, and them paste them to Microsoft Word. I'm not sure of what size to use, but if you need, you can PM me in the future, and I can tell you. There is decal paper out there, but what I use is a little Xyron sticker maker, and that works just fine. Hope I answered your questions. -Skintas -

Two classic scenes from Indiana Jones.
Mraz Skintas replied to FilmmakerPaul's topic in LEGO Licensed
Those are some nice little scenes, but I have to agree with everybody else on the backgrounds. I think it's funny that Sallah is holding a paper about Doc Oc, and hitting him as well. Was that purely coincidental? -'Skintas
