Yes, CaptainRex110, I'm sure you are aloud to make all the walls light grey, escpecially if you don't have enough to make one dark grey. I'm pretty sure though, that since they are interior, you're fine either way..... Well I made all light grey walls, with a dark grey trim, for my entry. -'Skintas

My God, It's beautiful. That is really nice fighter jet you have there. Do you plan on doing any more American fighter jets? -'Skintas

Decal Printng Quality Problems
Mraz Skintas replied to amozza's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
I have two of the different machines, and both of them work out just fine. i use teh bigger on if I want to make more than one decal at a time, and the smaller for just solo minifig decals. The big one. The little one. The refil for the larger one is a little pricey, which is why I use it less. You can get either of the machines from a Hobby Lobby, if you live in the states. I'm not sure if those stores are found elsewhere. -'Skintas -
Decal Printng Quality Problems
Mraz Skintas replied to amozza's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Sorry if this is ignorant, but I'm not 100% sure on what you mean by 'dry rub off decals,' but I'm pretty sure you're refering to standard decals, which I think most people, including me, that customize on this site use. I usually print the design onto normal printer paper, cut it out, and run it through a Xyron Decal maker, and I think that if you buy the small one of those, it's alot cheaper over time than multiple packs of the decal paper. -'Skintas -
Thats a neat and sleek ship design, Jedi Joe. It's a really nice moc, and it a lot more practiacal than the V-19. Good work. -'Skintas

Decal Printng Quality Problems
Mraz Skintas replied to amozza's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
While it is quite pricey, you may need to replace your ink. That is the type of printer I have, and have used for a while now, and I never had any problems with it printing splotchy. You could try printing the decal out on regular printer paper, and see if you still have the problem. I'm no expert on the problem, but those are the first things I would do if I were having any issues. -'Skintas Oh, and welcome to EuroBricks! -
The Tauntaun, easily. Those are some cool pictures. If my new BPs get here while there is still snow on the ground, I'll probably take some too. -'Skintas

These are quite funny, Nintha. At first, though, I read the topic as messing with LMGs, so I thought there would be some guns involved, but I was not dissapointed when I saw the truth. These made my day, good work. You should definintely LGMify some more figs. -'Skintas

Armory, Venator 1 The main armory of the ship, located directly outside the mess hall. While this is techniaclly supposed to be two rooms, all ofthe the 16X32 spaces were taken, so I cleared it with Eskallon about me using too rooms for the same effect of one of the larger ones. Overall Birdseye A shot of the door, as well as emergency lights, and a fire extinguisher. Small weapon rack. Two DC-17s and a DC-17 Sniper. That Clone doesn't look too happy about the camera. One side of the main weapon rack. A Clone Captain checks a Carbine out for the range with the Weapons Master. Flamethrower and Rocket Launcher Weapon repair station. Also, the Weapons Master's helmet. It looks really bad close up. The WM working on a broken weapon. Other side of main weapon rack. The back wall. I sorta messed up here, but it could still work. -'Skintas

I have completed my entry, and hope it meets the standards. It is rooms 8 and 9 in Venator 1. I'm pretty sure I meet all of the requirements. I have the technic pin holes, and I don't need a full dark bley wall, as it doesn't touch the outside of the Venator. I took a couple of liberties, like not putting a wall between the two blocks but that's because I made them the same. I appologize for the low quality picture. My camera isn't all that great. -'Skintas

What was the last movie you watched?
Mraz Skintas replied to EbonHawk's topic in Culture & Multimedia
I saw the new Sherlock Holmes movie last night. I must say that it was an amzing movie. It he some great fighting, and some rather realistic looking explosions. The case that Holmes and Watson solved even had me puzzeled, and I have good reasoning skills. They definitely left it open for a sequel. -'Skintas -
The Penguin's SW minifigures..... )
Mraz Skintas replied to The Penguin's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Marvelous work, Penguin. It's good to have flashback of your old figs, as they are truly wonderful. And this is only the first part, you say? I can't wait to see part two. -'Skintas -
Yeah, I was talking about us.... And it doesn't look like he'll be getting as many requests, anymore. -'Skintas

I guess that could work, but the lack of hood might throw it of, but I could live without the hood. Good idea. -'Skintas Now no more spamming up ADHO's topic.

It's too bad LEGO will never make one, and if they did, I don't know how the would to the parka, unless they make a cloth hood thing. -'Skintas

Wow, Jasbirck, your minifigs are fantastic. I like all of them an equal amount. Keep up the great work, and I can't wait to see some more from you. -'Skintas

Thank you, hollisbrick. I could sell them, and just buy more BrickForge armor, i guess. That could be an easy way to make money, and I might actually consider that, assuming it's not illegal.... The Elites have been up for a couple of days, though. -'Skintas

Over the next few days I will be posting a few new Halo creations. I while back I had some, but I was unsatisfied with 'em, but now I'm back for round two, and think they turned out better. Hope you enjoy. It seems to me that SPARTANs seem to work in teams of three. The first team is Purple Team. First off we have SPARTAN 724, Rob, my SPARTAN sig fig clad in BrickForge purple armor. He is the teams CQB specialist, and is great with an Energy Sword. Next is SPARTAN 227, Mike. Mike is the teams sniper, and he changes his armor according to the terrain and classification of the mission. Here is in yellow armor. Last is SPARTAN 410, Brandon. He's the teams heavy weapons and explosive specialist. Here is wearing orange MKVI armor with recon shoulders. Team 2, Red Team, consists of three canon SPARTANS, John, Linda and Fred. The Master Chief Petty Officer we all love and know - John 117. Next if Frederick 104. Deadly as can be with a combat knife. And last but not least, Linda 058. Possibly the best sniper in the world. Well, that's all for now. Coming up next will be either most of the weapons of the Halo world, or the Brutes. -'Skintas

I often find myself confused when it comes to buying a new set. Often times I will go for something that I already have, and am trying to build an army with, but often times I find myself both enjoying and regretting my decision, as I wanted a new set as well. My question is, should I just stick to buying multiples of one set, or buying a variety of sets, and coming back for seconds if I have money I can spare. -'Skintas Thanks in advance.
-
Thank you all. You all seem to have different opinions, but thatvcould be because I wasn't too clear to begin with, so I'll clear myself up abit. I collect mainly Star Wars, and am begining to reggret missing out on so many sets because i've spent most o my money on Clone Troopers and sets including them, so I have a fairly large Clone army, abut sadly, that's about all I have. Unlike what Grrr said, I usually can find the sets with ungodly high prices after they are off the shelves. I think for right now, until I can aford more, I will just buy one if each, or a couple of the smaller sets, and hope to find them cheap later on. -'Skintas

What New Themes or Sets would you like TLG to make?
Mraz Skintas replied to CopMike's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I too, would also love a generic military theme. Either a modern warfare (while it would be nice, not based of the game), or an apocalyptic one. Another thing I would like to see is the return of the Viking, or Ninja theme. Both themes were great IMO, but I was never able to buy any That's all I can thing of for now.... -'Skintas -
Great Review! While I'm generally not a fan of Clone Brands, these look nice, and as I live in South Korea, almost every store off base has these, so I might actually pick one or two up. Are the Mini troop's helmeats compattable with LEGO Minifigs? -'Skintas
