  1. Olivia’s Get-Away, my best MOC to date got an entire redesign with updated parts and techniques. 'A small but warm cottage hidden deep in the woods where Olivia escapes from brutal reality of the Kingdom. A place where she experiments with witchcrafts and herbs growing around her humble existance. Humble but free, free of the not understanding Kingdom she once was part off.' Explore Olivia's Get-Away, a MOC as a stand alone decorative piece. Eventhough this set is not designed as a play set, it does offer great detail and full interior inside the cottage. The upper level and parts of the roof can be taken of to reveal and admire the subtle interior details. To counter theft from counterfeit companies, I decided not to offer instructions only anymore. Instead, I made it possible to order the MOC as a complete set, including box, printed instructions and all new genuine LEGO parts. Currently taking pre-orders during February 2022 via my personal website only. www.brickinstruct.com

    [MOC] DownTown CityCenter

This modular building is 100% compatible with all existing official LEGO® Modular buildings. Designed according the official standard dimensions. The entire MOC consists of 2 seperate buildings ik n a 32x32 stud baseplate. Fits perfectly in your downtown area of your City as one building is a 3 story residential building with full interior details such as a living area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, even a gym located on the upper level. The other building is devided into a sandwich bar on groundlevel with a luxury duplex appartement on top. Also here the interiors are fully detailed. For instance, you can find a vending machine for drinks in the sandwich bar or even a laundry machine inside the duplex. Much more to discover! The duplex is reachable via a seperate indoor staircase, accessible via the alley in the middle of the build. The back area of the building is less detailed as the front but allows to add a backyard or layout to your own likings. Overall the MOC consists 5 seperate modules across 3 levels. To counter theft from counterfeit companies, I decided not to offer instructions only anymore. [MOC] Training Grounds

Thank you very much! I like the door myself aswell, I chose the color as it pops up but also blends in perfectly with the terrain. Thank you!
  5. Training Grounds ‘This house located at the inner city walls, once occupied by a hard working farmer, became available as the poor man came to die. The army took over the property but instead of demolishing the house they transformed it into a recreational area, a place for soldiers to relax and have a drink after training. The surrounding area became the main training grounds for young soldiers, a place to discover their skill and choose their speciality in the army forces before going to specialized army training facilities. A compact but well equipped military structure was constructed next to the old house. The barracks contains a stable aswell, where knights and archers can use the horses for training.’ I was actually about to dismantle the WIP but since it wasn’t far from completion, I decided to finish it anyway. It also exists in digital form so I might release instructions for this build within a few days. Flickr Instagram

    [MOC] Training Grounds

Thank you very much, highly appreciated! Many thanks, glad you like the look and techniques used as much as I do! Thank you, I’ve seen it done before and liked it so much myself I had to try it out. This build was the perfect opportunity to do it.

    [MOC] Training Grounds

Thank you very much! Thanks! Many thanks, the house is all built sideways, ideal for the narrow wooden beams through the walls. For me, most ideas start with a random image/atmosphere in my head. From there I try to visualize and fill in the details. Sometimes I draw a topview layout but mostly it’s just free building and the MIC evolves along the way. But anything can be a source of inspiration, random shapes & colors, other art work,.. Thank you very much! Thank you very much! If there are any gaps, they are hidden. That’s one my goals when building in angles.

    [MOC] Olive Mansion & Pub

Olive Mansion & Pub is my second Modular Buildings MOC. This time also the interior is modular based, it can be removed fast and easy. This option gives you the opportunity to change the interior to your own likings aswell! The building consists of 5 major modules + interior modules. At groundlevel you'll find a classic pub. The other building has a kitchen, small office, seating area and features a spiral staircase. On the first floor of the pub you'll find a play area with snooker table. The mansion has a bathroom, living room and another spiral staircase. The top floor of the pub is a space the pubowner puts available for a local band. They installed a drum kit, synthesizer and sofa there. In the mansion you'll find a bedroom and balcony. Instructions are available via Rebrickable. There’s a version with and one without interior available! https://rebrickable.com/users/PeetersKevin/mocs/ More on Flickr

I can see that, tho that level and the top level are the same height apart from the Dark Red roof bit. Thanks for your input!

    [MOC] WatchinOut

I’ve created this watchtower as a symbol of looking out for eachother in these uncertain times. I made the choice of adding a white flag on top as a symbol of peace and hope. Stay safe! Flickr

Thank you very much, the vine actually was added last minute while building the base landscape. Thank you very much! Glad you like it!

    [MOC] WatchinOut

Thank you very much! Thank you! I see your point with the Tan in the flag.. Especially since the textures are both pretty much the same aswell.. I’ll keep this in mind and maybe design a new flag. About the Guilds, I do am interested in that. I’ve look through it several times but I’m affraid I don’t have enough time to participate. But when I do, I would be happy to join! Thank you very much! it’s really lots of trial and error, also trying different parts and connections to achieve the angles you need. Take a look at my Instagram (@peeterskevin_belug), I’ve a post up where I show some WIP pictures of this. It shows how I made it. Thank you! I really love working with color, it’s always great to hear people appreciate that! Thank you very much! Thanks so much! It took some time to get the reductions in diameter a good fit with the 3 different stone tower modules, glad it shows! Thank you!

    Watchtower on the road

Amazing build! Love all the detail and the composition!
  15. After a few digital MOCs lately, it was a blast to actually build with real LEGO bricks. This MOC started as a concept back in October 2019 and was put aside while working on my previous released MOCs. Finally took the time to finish it up, main feature of the MOC must be the roof technique I guess. No nets were used, this is achieved by clipping various bits on flex tubes across the roof line. [MOC] Trespassing The Old Wizard House

Thank you very much! While building there were fragile parts in the walls but they became stable while building the roof. The flextubes across tje roof added a lot to the stability of the build. I moved the finished MOC from my building area downstairs to my closet upstairs and it was the tree that was the least stable part of the MOC, the house stood strong.

[MOC] Trespassing The Old Wizard House

Thank you very much for your kind words, much appreciated! You should try it out ? But be carefull, it’s trial and error and frustrating sometimes as some parts could be fragile while constructing it.

[MOC] Trespassing The Old Wizard House

Thank you very much! Thank you! Indeed, the whole roof is constructed with clips on flextubes. this is actually the only picture I took of the roof in WIP stage:
  21. About 2 years ago the original version of my MOC Olivia’s Get-Away was created as some of you may remember. Unfortunatly after I took pictures of it, it fell and exploded into thousands of pieces scattered all over the floor. Ever since I was rebuilding from memory in between other projects as I really like this one a lot. While rebuilding, I’ve redesigned the MOC a bit. A year ago, the original version ran on LEGO Ideas but didn't gather the needed supports to proceed to be an official LEGO set. Here we are now, the updated version of Olivia’s Get-Away is finished! It now is build modular, with removable top floor and roof! The bottom even opens up to improve playability and to reveal its new and detailed interior! To me the MOC stands for a peaceful and calm getaway from daily chaos and stress. The colors used are easy on the eye and work pretty well together. Also this creation shows there’s more into a Castle theme than just knights in shining armor defending their castles from rival factions. [MOC] DownTown CityCenter

DownTown CityCenter is a modular building based on a 32x32 baseplate. It's designed to fit and connect to the existing official LEGO Modular Buildings line. The MOC is made of 2 seperate buildings, a 3 story residential building with full interior. On the groundlevel floor you'll find a living area, complete with kitchen and dining place. There are also a few subtle details present such as a coathanger and small wine rack. The first floor contains a bedroom and fully equipped bathroom. The top floor houses a small personal gym! The second building is seperated into a foodbar and duplex appartment on top. Also here are a couple interesting details integrated such as a vending machine for drinks placed in the foodbar, a washing machine to complete the luxurious duplex appartment and more! The entire MOC is consists of 5 modules with removable walls on each module for easy access & to show the interior. Flickr Instructions

    [MOC] DownTown CityCenter

Thank you very much for your comments, glad you like it! Good idea! But it’s not allowed running an idea on LEGO & offering instructions for it at the same time.. It was a challenge to get both buildings on the same baseplate tho! Thank you. Thank you very much! Thanks! Thank you! Thank you for your kind words! Thank you very much! Thank you! Glad you like it as much as I do!

    [MOC] DownTown CityCenter

Haha that’s a good one! The Dark Bluish Grey bit in my MOC on the inside belongs to the Tan duplex appartement. Only the façade has a different look which makes it appear to be a separate property ??
