I have a shelf that has a depth of 25 cm, exactly as 32 stud baseplate and it is connected to wall. Which version of Efferman's stand would you recommend me? I would of course prefer version 1 since it is safer but considering it is angled considerably I am not sure whether it will fit with in 25 cm.

Thanks for your help! I will wait few more hours then.

Hi! I have already set up my account and verified it. When I try to download it: Du hast keine ausreichenden Rechte, um diese Seite zu sehen oder diese Aktion ausführen zu können Is this what you used to see before few hours passed?

Hi Efferman, great job! I am trying to download but the site does not allow me. Can you share it with another way? Thanks. Also, what is the difference of your two version?

Does anyone have the LDD file for 76108? -
I am planning to build it around summer. All parts cost around 300-350 USD, so I need time.

Hello, I would like to share my MOC design of Lego Store Modular Building. Just like many people, I am waiting for LEGO to release their modular store set but I couldn’t wait enough and designed my own. I tried to design it as simple as possible, using common pieces so that people can design it, modify it or purchases pieces for reasonable prices. On the other hand, I gave attention to modular buildings guidelines so that the building would fit nice with others. I got my initial inspiration from 40145 Lego Store set. It includes 3464 pieces and three levels that can be separated easily. It has a height of 30 studs, meaning that it is very similar to other latest modular buildings like Parisian Restaurant, Detective’s Office, Brick Bank etc. In my design, I tried to focus on different aspects of Lego Store in each different level. In the entrance floor, I included Pick A Brick wall, Build Your Own Minifigure stand, few sets on shelves, cash register and few small sets to display on window. I used the second floor more as a showroom where customers can check out their favorite sets assembled. I have included several mini builds* of original sets such as Disney Castle, Ninjago City, Ewok Village, Ghostbusters HQ etc. Also, I built bigger shelves compare to first floor to store bigger sets. Finally, I decided to use third floor only for employees and storage. Employees can eat, drink and rest at the third floor. They can also go to the roof to have fresh air using the stairs at the corner. The design includes a lot of pieces. The reason is that I have used a lot of Tiles, for floors and for sets boxes. I have used ‘LEGO Logo’ sticker that comes with 60097 city set. I would suggest you to get set stickers of 60097 or 40145 to make it more realistic or you can just print a Lego logo and stick it on the panel at the front. You can also print set images in 2x2 Tile size and stick it on different set boxes sitting on the shelves. I tried to make the set as modular as possible, meaning staff like shelves, mini builds, even stairs are attached with simple stud pieces and can be modified or substitute very easily The design is available on Rebrickable website. I think it is a fair price considering the size. If you decide to go for it, you will receive .lxf file for Lego Digital Designer (LDD), .io file for Stud.io and .xml file to upload part list to anywhere you want i.e Bricklink. You can generate a pdf instruction using LDD program which may be easier for you to build it. Also since you will be receiving design files, you can change it according to your desires if you want. Here is the design link: Rebrickable Flickr: Flickr *I have used several mini builds designed by Adeel Zubair. I would like to thank him for allowing me to use his mini build designs. Please check out his Flickr page as well! Here are some pictures. I hope you like it. I am open to every suggestion!

Hello, I would like to share my MOC design of Apple Store Modular Building. Just like many people, I am a huge fan of modular buildings sets. That is why I decided to design my own building, which is an Apple store. I tried to design it as simple as possible, using common pieces so that people can design it, modify it or purchases pieces for reasonable prices. On the other hand, I gave attention to modular buildings guidelines so that the building would fit nice with others. It includes 2521 pieces and three floors that can be separated easily. It has a height of 30 studs, meaning that it is very similar to other latest modular buildings like Parisian Restaurant, Detective’s Office, Brick Bank etc. In my design, I decided to focus on different Apple products on different floors. I used first floor as a showroom where different products are displayed such as iMacs, Macbook Pros, iPhones and iPads. In the second floor, I focused on one of the important aspect of Apple Stores which is Genius Bar. On one side, customers can sit and get help for their product in Genius Bar. On the other side, they can purchase favorite accessories for their products. In the third floor, I focused on a different product which is Apple TV. Customers can enjoy trying Apple TVs along with iPads and iPods. Finally, I included iconic brick-built Apple logo so that you can spot Apple Store in your city! The design is available on Rebrickable website. Hello, I would like share my MOD/MOC design of The Mines of Moria. Just like many people, I was not fully satisfied with the set 9473 and I tried to complete the room as much and simple as possible. I tried to use the actual set as much as possible and combined it with ideas and what I have seen from the movie. I built it on 48x38 plate. I would have gone with 48x32 baseplate but IKEA Detolf cabinets allow up to 48x38 studs and I wanted to use as much space as possible. The design consists of roughly 2330 pieces. I have used 1x9473 door and 2x9473 walls with few modifications and of course with extra pieces. Pieces I have chosen are simple and mostly consists tiles for the floor and bricks for walls. You can easily decorate it using minifigures and accessories from 9473 set. I did not know how to add them either on LDD or Stud.io I have made some calculations as well. In my calculations I have excluded minifigures, their accessories, and other accessories that were included in the set which I did not include in my design and you will probably use them anyway. Excluding those pieces there are 685 pieces on the original set and 602 parts are used in my design which is equal to almost %88. There are only 83 pieces left from the original set and 1772 pieces from the design. If you own two sets of 9473, then you need less pieces. Considering you are left with 1772 pieces since you already used one set, you will use 420 pieces more from you second 9473 set, which is %61 percent, and you will only need 1352 pieces to complete the design. These 1352 pieces are fairly simple. 783 of these pieces are simple tiles like 1x1, 1x2, and 2x2. 136 of those pieces are bricks like 1x3, 1x6, and 1x8. That is why I can say that as long as you own one or two set of 9473, completing the design will not be much expensive. The design is available on Rebrickable website. I think it is a fair price considering the size. If you decide to go for it, you will receive .lxf file for Lego Digital Designer (LDD), .io file for Stud.io and .xml file to upload part list to anywhere you want i.e Bricklink. Thanks for the recommendation! I always like to tile my designs but considering this is a cave, tiling mixed with plates would be better like you said. I was thinking it will be full of figures accessories so it will not be seen so much :) Door is almost unchanged expect 3-5 pieces. Wall is widened by 2 studs, so only plates changed. Rest is simple pieces, SNOT method on walls, etc. Probably will be pretty cheap compare to having 2320 pieces. -
How much did it cost you?
-
Great design. Is there a way for you to share the design?
-
I loved your design. Is there a way to share instructions for it?

I progressed a little bit by your flickr pictures. Can you upload section where entrance meets with angular plates? I am having hard time to connect both those sections.

Hello, I had this idea for few year in my mind but I never had courage to start. I would be very glad if you could share the .lxf file. Thank you.
