I noticed that slight redesign inside the battery box with the last set I bought that included one, 42080. Earlier this week I was in my grandma's attic to look for something and found a box with my old Technic parts from 15-20 years ago. Currently started going through it to see what's still useable.

Terminator: Dark Fate Pretty good and enjoyable movie. I consider it and good follow-up to The Terminator and T2. Had this movie been made sooner after T2 when Linda Hamilton and Narlond Schwarzenegger were younger, perhaps instead of the T3 we have, I think it would have added to the goodness though.

The stud part with the LEGO text is also asymmetrical to the axle part if you turn your head to the right and look at it vertically. Definitely photoshopped from what I can see.

Spider-Man: Far From Home Quite alright movie, there's a few things I wish they did different, but I think it was good regardless

Although I would like more pics as soon as possible, I'd rather have TLG being more secretive for the sake of avoiding copycat brands as long as possible. The longer they manage to hold their cards close and make the copycats wait, the better.

Avengers: Endgame What a conclusion to the MCU so far.

Captain Marvel last night. Enjoyed it.

True, I guess those would count. I don't really see 42070 as a military type vehicle in civilian version, but 42066 could very well be now that I'm reminded of it. Funny, cos I bought it and it didn't even hit me

With the risk of continuing the off-topic: What they could do is e.g. make a model of an originally military vehicle which exist in a civilian version, like the Humvee. It wouldn't be any tanks or straight out military stuff, but civilian versions of whatever military vehicles have those.

Why not both? One contest where you can only use 120 parts and another with 185?

Good review as always, Jim, and I have to agree with the general opinion. This set is just... eh, if I needed more Dark Azure panels and the price was right, I could buy it, but as a model? No thanks, I can make something better myself in less than half an hour Poor designer who had to make this, I assume he did his best given the parts he had to work with.

And the 5x7 frame in Reddish Brown as well, that's interesting.

Great review as always. I wonder, are there openable doors at all on the cabin? I was so sure I saw something about that at some point.
-
I apologize to whoever I may insult as my suggestion leads to one less review But seeing as the pullbacks are always rather small and have a combined B-model, why not do both of them in one combined review? Both A-models, functions (or lack thereof) and impressions + combined B-model and its ditto. The pullbacks don't exactly make for a long review anyway.

If you're not a strict purist, you could use the tan version with stud and just cut off the small stud part. For a purist way of doing it, yeah, not really any option.

Future Set Wishes and Speculation

I was thinking about a Challenger tracked tractor, but they use black sprocket wheels. It could be a model inspired by it though. -
Future Set Wishes and Speculation

Given the new large sprocket wheels in the RC tracked racer, I'm wondering if a new big bulldozer might be coming soon. -

Avengers: Infinity War Pretty much went the way I expected, except for the ending. Didn't expect it to end the way it did. Pretty good movie though.

It was good, worth the watch if you like this kind of movies.

It borders on an obsession to me, but I always have to align pins so that the slots go parallell with liftarms. I also have to turn every liftarm, connector etc. so that the mold mark faces inward and doesn't show.
