Well, even warmer than 2 years ago but there was not that much wind when I remember right But we will see! This is going to be a blasting event like every time and who cares about the weather? --> we will get soaked - does not matter if the reason is rain or the Viking ride -Aredhel

A few weeks ago I had to divide my childhood Lego with my brother. :( Apo and I reconstruct old sets from all the bricks and this the best one!!! *wub* (Though Apo fell in love with a tiny tractor {pics will follow}) It was released in 1983 and the knights have got stickers on the torso. Here is my gallery! Enjoy! :-D

This is an amazing MOC :-) you really caught the feeling of the movie scene. Like others said the swamp atmosphere is very well done. -Aredhel

Hey there, two weeks ago I was on holiday in Belgium. While walking around Oostende many children walked around with Lego bags and so I tried to find out where they were coming from. What I was finding was a cinema in Oostende where children could take part in a building contest... All around the place were glass boxes which presentes different themes as we know from the Lego shops (like a Star Wars box, one for the Ninjago topic and the Police building). At another part of that cinema there were very many nice builds I wanted to show you. Click here for the pics in my BS gallery. Some impressions follow here: This pic shows painting of walls Another one shows a nice made monkey with a sandwich... One of my favourites is the following one: The snake in that pic was motorised and turned around in circles. I really love the making of the cats! Hope you enjoy this little finding! -Aredhel PS: Sorry for the flash lights in the glass, but it was too dark to make decent pictures without it

I was thinking sort of the same. The cave and and the scenery around there is very nice, but in the front in the water nothing is happening. The space you used for the water is really worth making more of it to integrate into your great work of the cave. -Aredhel

Great work! This guitar looks really awsome. Planning to build more guitars? What about attaching strings to it in a way? Did you try? (well, of course not original ones, but maybe those ropes of the pirate line... -Aredhel

Again a great job! Really love that scene and the whole movie! Good job and thank you for sharing. -Aredhel PS every thought about building a scene from "Fear and loathing in Las Vegas"?

Lol, well I guess that exactly is the problem

I really would love to see the simpsons, too. Those figs would be amazing and there are many scenes you can build with the Simpsons! Like said some years ago I really would like to have some LotR stuff because there are very many great figs to create with such line, like Ents or Elves for building fantasy released stuff. Well that would bring us very many nice set ideas... If you could think of the Lothlorien forest or the mines of moria with nice graveyard and dwarf stuff (like dwarf skellies). -Aredhel

I like those very much too... For the giants it is just the head which does not fit that great. The problem is that the body of the troll is really no good colour for giants. So maybe building by yourself is helpful...and then use the trolls head with hairparts that the blueish face is not seen that good... Or extend the Hagrid fig somehow -Aredhel

This is a nice creation - Good overview of the castle and as said the bridge is really great! Thanks for sharing -Aredhel

This is a really nice MOC. You made it very accurate as known from the movies. I very much like the complete overview and the graphics on the sky is really impressive for the complete scene. Thank you for sharing! -Aredhel
