LEGO Star Wars 2016 Pictures and Rumors

Ha. Let's be honest here: Ahsoka is about 1,000 times more popular and recognizable than Sato. Ahsoka alone would sell this set to tens of thousands of Clone Wars/Rebels fans who couldn't give a fig about Sato. ;)
  2. The new LEGO Stores Calendar for December is up! http://www.bricksandbloks.com/december-2015-lego-store-calendar-ornament-promo/ I'm not really impressed. I seem to remember buying that red bricks bauble last year, but are the other two ornaments new? Also, anyone know if that Christmas tree promo is something you put together or if it's just one piece that's all solid?
  3. The September 2015 LEGO Store calendar is now up. No mention of Force Awakens sets at all! Are we sure that they're actually coming in September, and not just being announced then? The free Tractor is nice and all, but I was really hoping to see some Episode VII sets or at least the new Winter Toy Shop...
  4. It's early this month, but the LEGO Stores August 2015 Calendar has now been posted. I don't know if I like the Classic Pirate promo set as much as I did last year's White Space Man set. Is this a reproduction of a particularly recognizable old pirate minifigure? The pirate minifigs all sort of look the same to me. LOL. Have there been any leaked photos of this Ninjago Temple set yet? It seems weird to me for Ninjago to have a LEGO Store exclusive set. I don't recall that ever happening before for an original LEGO action theme.

    July 2015 LEGO Store Calendar?

Here's the hi-res images and write-up of the front and back of the July 2015 calendar: http://www.bricksandbloks.com/july-2015-lego-store-calendar-free-promos-events/ I want that LEGO Space Vehicle, but otherwise it's a pretty dull month. I guess we'll have to keep waiting to see the Ferrari...
  6. The July 2015 LEGO Store Calendar is now posted. It doesn't explicitly state that the Ferrari is coming out in July, but we've sort of known all along that it was coming anyway, so that's obviously it...

Jurassic World 2015 Rumors & Discussion

That's pretty lame, what with that figure being in a set already.
  10. The LEGO Stores May 2015 calendar has now popped up online-- http://www.bricksandbloks.com/may-2015-lego-store-calendar-deals-promos-events/ May the 4th seems kind of lame this year. I might pick up the Ultimate Collector Series TIE Fighter, but does anybody really care about this Admiral dude? Also, anyone know what the set that's going to be available May 13th for LEGO VIPs is? Is it the Ferris Wheel, or is that not until later in the year?
  11. Another month, another new LEGO calendar: http://www.bricksandbloks.com/march-2015-lego-stores-calendar-promos-deals-events/ The March calendar looks okay, but I'm not sure about either of the promos. The Bionicle promo looks like it's just a spider, a mask and some booklets? I don't know what else LEGO could really do a Bionicle promo, though, since there are no "mini" figures in the line other than the spiders. Meanwhile, that Elves set looks really boring too. I'm not really sure what's going on in it--I guess Azari is roasting an apple over a fire? Very odd. I'm thrilled about the returning double points, though! It'll be tough holding off a month on the Helicarrier to get the double points, but I think I can do it! What do you guys think of the new calendar?

    2015 Mixels Discussion

LEGO Mixels Series 4 is now released in stores, for those who are interested-- http://www.bricksandbloks.com/2015-lego-mixels-series-4-sets-released-photos/
  13. The LEGO Store February 2015 Calendar has now been posted! http://www.bricksandbloks.com/february-2015-lego-store-calendar-promos-deals-events/ Unfortunately, February doesn't look all that exciting. The LEGO Demolition Driller polybag all but confirms that that leaked list that popped up last week is true, but really there's not much else of interest on the calendar. I'm kind of disappointed that there's no sneak peek photo of the LEGO Helicarrier on the calendar, but I guess we won't get to see that on an official LEGO Store Calendar until the March calendar pops up in a month. Anybody care about the LEGO City Driller polybag or anything else on this calendar?
  14. The January 2015 LEGO Store Calendar is now up! Looks like we're getting three free promos in January: a Flower Cart, an AT-DP and a Mini Golf Course. All three look awesome! The calendar doesn't say anything about the LEGO Chima or LEGO Star Wars 2015 sets being released in January, though--are we sure that they're not going to be pushed back until February or March? =/
  15. The December 2014 LEGO Store Calendar has been posted: http://www.bricksand...s-events-sales/ It's a pretty "bleh" month, though! I was really hoping for some free Pick A Brick bricks! Does anyone think that LEGO might do that unannounced in December anyway, or is it just going to be a calendar this year? Also, still no mention of the Minecraft sets. I wonder what the holdup is.
