Nice cool detail with the stripes and especially the outside! -
(Official Unreleased Prototype) Geonosis Arena 2002 Set
LegoAcklay replied to LegoAcklay's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Nice have a image? This is my beast collection. They are all painted in areas except the one that came with the magazine. -
With the new Harry Potter sets I wondered what a new Chamber of Secrets would look like. I would like the Basilisk to be moulded so I focused on the environment itself. Including the snake entrance and the tunnels Harry escaped through in the films before confronting the Basilisk again.

Incredible!

ISD Aggressor (Star Destroyer MOC w interior and instructions)
LegoAcklay replied to Raskolnikov's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Very cool that it even fits the tie fighters! -
Same. The Basalisk is my favourite Harry Potter creature. Wan't to see it brought back into the LEGO spotlight. For it's own dedicated set.

Crosses Fingers haha. Maybe they should of gone for a troll for the castle set. Makes more sense since they attacked it and even went into the toilets. I personally wish they make it simlar to the basalisk design of the old set but have a extra vertical swivel at the base of the neck so it can strike down with it's head along with a slimmer body so it flows better with the neck and tail. Moulded would allow for some nice decal textures on the sides. Hope they make it sand blue also this time around.

Nice! Are you using the group tools so you can move them around freely? Also I think the chamber of secrets could be expanded a bit and done more accurately with the snake statues/tunnels on some sides. Use lots of reference from the films I guess and see how big the area is. Really nice though! Hopefully LDD can handle it all together.

Do you think they will re-make a chamber of secrets with a moulded Basalisk? Needs a serious update. Not as much as with the spider as they did for this line but still needs one. Know they added it in brick form to the castle set but needs a serious representation I think.

(Official Unreleased Prototype) Geonosis Arena 2002 Set
LegoAcklay replied to LegoAcklay's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Sorry for the late reply! Use Eurobricks on and off. Never noticed the comments. Thanks! That goes for the Yavin temple too! Was prototyped but also never released. Hope they also eventually make something do do with the jedi temple, dark side dagobah cave, sea monsters, kamino, remake of boga, naboo palace and the mustafar seperatist base as sets eventually. Lots to expand here and there from the prequel films. Hopefully they will make something from the arena some time soon. If you make that moc I will definetly find it haha. Sorry for the late reply! I hope so. Maybe as a line of sets like Jabba's palace or one big one. It must be done eventually. Maybe the giant Geonosis Update for battlefront 2 might help stimulate it's creation. -
(Official Unreleased Prototype) Geonosis Arena 2002 Set
LegoAcklay replied to LegoAcklay's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Sorry for the very late reply! No unfortunately. I managed to get extra pictures by contacting a guy some years back probably in 2015 when I posted this. Don't know anybody else that might have more pictures. Might be worth asking around though. -
I'd like a Dagobah Dark Side Cave Set with a nice cavern + cavern arch + magical tree which Luke enters through. Along with a Vader Luke head figure and Dagobah Luke. Maybe even a Dragon Snake or Gnarl Spider.
