    Cargo Train Deluxe

Cheers. looks like the controller cover will be an issue, the motor box one is a separate part but none available at the moment, will keep an eye out. Once I have sorted through the sets I'll hit up the axles

    Cargo Train Deluxe

Hi All, I recently picked up a bulk lot of Lego and found the Cargo Train Deluxe (7898) parts in the set, not included were any track and I'm not 100% sure how much of the set is there as I am still sorting through all the bricks. Quick question is, I am sure that the battery cover for the controller and the motor box are both missing, is it easy to replace these? also the metal pins for the axles, a few of those are missing, can replacements be bought or made from some wire? I would like to look at building up on this set and possibly expanding, never had any type of train set growing up and at 38 with an 11 month old this would be a great project to get him to look at as he grows up Thanks

What's your recent LEGO Star Wars Purchase?

I think I went a bit nuts this year.. Since Xmas including gifts: Jabba's Palace, Death Star, Republic Striker, Fury Class Interceptor, Malevolence, Elite Clone Trooper & Imperial V-Wing Double ups due to miscommunication from the wife to my mum were Elite clone trooper pack (built), Twin pod cloud car & Bespin and Sith Nightspeeder (still have these two in boxes) None of the new sets have been released in Australia yet, but series 3 and 4 of the Galaxy and the Rancor Pit are currently sitting in the shopping cart on S@H

    Greetings from Australia

Hi, Adam here, I have recently returned from the dark ages of nearly 23 years by my reckoning. It all started when I picked up a cheap Slave 1 from a daily deals site and my Star Wars collection has suddenly boomed. I was an original child of the 70's and 80's era fabuland and space series and then had a few technics sets as I grew older. This was all passed onto my younger cousins, more fool me. I recently managed to get a small amount back as they have all left the nest and the aunt and uncle are doing a clean out, I got about 10% of my original lot back. But the most important parts were the original road plates and two sets of the lunar moulded plates. I'm now building up my collection again for my son, while only 11 months old now in the future I'm sure we will have lots of fun together building creations of our own. I just last week managed to pick up a 12 kilo bulk lot of mixed lego (and a lot of junk) that has given me a few surprises as to what sets are in there. I'll be using the identify my piece thread a bit as there is some very strange parts I haven't been able to locate on the various parts sites yet. Looking forward to some good reading and discussions on that Marvellous piece of creativity known as Lego Cheers

    Help with identifying parts/sets!

Hi All, As I posted in my Hello thread, I got myself a big bag of random Lego with a mix of sets. I have identified quite a few pieces but these ones are throwing me. Unsure if this wheel is actually Lego or not, cannot place on brick link, plastic looks bit different and thinking more K'nex Two cockpits, also not showing up on bricklink First one is orange with the printing and the part number 2507 Second is solid black with printing and the part number 30058
