  1. I wonder when the web-site will get some more in stock. I've been checking multiple times every day since around 6:30 am on the 14th each time getting more and more disheartened.
  2. What is the story behind your profile picture?

I used this avatar on a few forums in the past as I like the image and it actually has an image of myself. So when I created an account on here, I decided to try and recreate that image using a LEGO mini-figure.
  3. That's a good one, and not very obscure. I thought of Exar Kun, but that's cheating a bit.
  4. Heroica RPG Rules & FAQ

So you're saying someone should put traps in a quest since nobody's expecting them anymore. I think making it headgear could be cool, so a person would have automatic trap detection, but they may have to spend the first turn of combat switching headgear if there is a surprise encounter. Allowing someone to add it to their headgear would only make traps somewhat pointless. An add on scope could be cool on hand-cannons and crossbows (not quite sure how a scope would work on a bow), though as Kintobor points out. Upgrades always have the potential to become unexpectedly powerful since you can combine them with other weapon effects and other upgrades to make ultimate weapons.

That is likely the case. The statistics thread was created about a year after the start of the game so there were a few heroes that never posted in the Hero Statistics thread.
  6. Heroica RPG - Heroica Hall

"I've been gone a while, but I must say it is... good to be back."
  7. Heroica RPG - Heroica Hall

"I don't believe we have met. My name is Jeaux and you might be?" Jeaux says, extending a hand in friendship to the young hairy man.
  8. Heroica RPG - Heroica Hall

"Wise words. I have discovered over the last couple years it is far better to appreciate what you have than always desire what you do not."
  9. Heroica RPG - Heroica Hall

"I was searching for some valuable items possessed by our adversary. They held a certain level of importance to me, so I requested to stay behind rather than return with the rest of our party. Sadly, I was unable to recover anything and made my way off the island a few days later."
  10. Heroica RPG - Heroica Hall

"A little over 2 years in fact. My last quest was a good distance from here, and I missed the boat back. The return trip took much longer without magic to assist."

You can get to the images still by right clicking them and selecting "Open image in new tab" (at least on Chrome, I'm guessing Firefox and IE have similar options, but they may be named differently.) So there should be no need of using external sites to obtain the images.
  12. Heroica RPG - Heroica Hall

Jeaux sees a man across the hall wave. It had been a while, but the man had a familiar air to him. Jeaux walled across the hall to greet him. "Sir Pretzel, is that you? It has been a while, how has Olegaia treated you?"

Thanks, it's good to be back.
  14. Heroica RPG General Discussion

It's been a little while, but from what I recall, bad dreams were a recurring theme in Endgame's quests. Perhaps it was both?
  15. Heroica RPG - Heroica Hall

The door of the hall opens as a wooden man pushes through it. There's a small, high-pitched squeak of metal hinges with every step he takes as he approaches the bar before taking a seat. He looks around the room to take in his surroundings. It's been a long time since he set foot in this hall, and much has changed. Though for all its differences, it is still the Hall of Heroica and the one place he might call home.
