    LEGO Dimensions Wishlist

Robocop - Level Pack: Robocop, ED-209, Cop Car (Motor Cycle and Glider alt builds) Level Description: Robocop must defeat the gang of criminals in the city. Utilize the vehicle for high-speed chases using various gameplay methods from LEGO City Undercover. At the end of the level, once all the criminals are locked up or defeated you can explore the crime ridden city and stop various crimes, take down the invincible ED-209's with stairs at the OCP building headquarters and stop the corrupt business leader. The world would likely be a bit lighter than the older movies, so I think it'd use a few different things from the classic and reboot.

DC Superheroes 2016 - Rumors and Discussion

Really excited for the Gotham City Cycle chase, I'm pretty fine with getting newer Bat-Rouges. Just a matter of time until we get some indication of Talon or a CoO member in the future! I am though, pretty disappointed that it's more motor bikes. Harley getting a new Hammer Truck would be nice, or have the setting be a boat? That'd always be interesting. Any reason why DC seems to use more road based vehicle sets? I feel like we miss out a bit of content really.

Dark blue!? Woot! The LEGO variant comic book covers had a dark blue cowl on Batman and he looked really great. Hope we eventually get a plain cowl as this cowl must be printed.

DC Superheroes 2016 - Rumors and Discussion

Ah, alright. Then it's considered legal now... Odd but okay, does it damage the newer 1x1 tiles with a clip on top? I know it does it's damage to the older variations of that piece from experience.

DC Superheroes 2016 - Rumors and Discussion

I guess I'm the only one who can dig this new cowl. The Batmobile looks splendid too. Has LEGO ever done that scanner piece technique in a set before? Seems like it's breaking their "No illegal connections" rule. Perhaps they broke that rule for the sake of detail? Maybe they'll fix it. And it could possibly be a legal connection I'm just not aware of the status.

Congrats! Glad to see a larger presence of moderation!
  10. Yesterday I had started building for BrickCon 2015 (A convention held in Seattle, WA) One of the first things I wanted to do was to was to build a Batmobile. As some of you may know, I had built one before (http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=111730) but a main complaint was that it didn't come in black! Which was a bit frustrating but I accepted it. So I have built one and it is black. It's not the same though so I decided to make a new forum. I'm very astounded by how it turned out! It only took a lot of frustration and re-working. (RIP Flex Tube #1 of 2 ) Anyways, tell me what you think! And there's a bit more explanation and such on Flickr. C&C Welcome!

    New Robin Head?

Interesting head, we aren't getting a Robin racer soon(?). And it's way too early for summer sets. I don't see why this head would be in the '66 cave either, it's fairly inaccurate. Very interesting indeed.

DC Superheroes 2016 - Rumors and Discussion

Since everyone thinks the Doctor's hair would be great on Joker, I decided to edit it. Do you think this is what we'll see this year? Hoping this isn't speculation, I'm fairly certain we'd be getting this or the old hairpiece in the racer. The hair was in the highest quality I could find. (I'm not a professional Photoshopper so don't be rude if it looks like crud.)

DC Superheroes 2016 - Rumors and Discussion

He means near the end with Batman grappling off the roof and Wonder Woman doing her thing. Lex could totally do that himself though. We can't confirm who will be the larger villain but I'm fairly sure if it is Lex he'll put up a worthy battle to the Trio. Don't underestimate one of the smartest men in the DC Universe who has access to some of the best technology.

DC Superheroes 2016 - Rumors and Discussion

I think it's fairly smart. Buying the largest and smallest set could give you pretty much everything unless there are different goons in the Batmobile set. LEGO could draw in a larger profit on the larger sets easily. And a lot of people will buy the Batmobile just because it's name alone. Some people just want Batman so that could really be their set. Seems like LEGO really wins here. Sure the distribution could be better but there are different reasons to buy each set.

DC Superheroes 2016 - Rumors and Discussion

Well this definitely indicates you know nothing about Lex Luthor or his character! But who knows! If you're right we could get a large net full of red capes for Lex to mercilessly drop on our heroes! OOH! Or forty cakes to launch! Anyways, I'm pretty excited for these sets. Sadly it's all Batman but I'm sure there will be more builds in these sets, obviously. Unless they are all what they were described I may pick up the wave depending on when we see pictures. I'm pretty excited for this movie and their sets. I hope they fix up Lois. Just have her look like Amy Adams this time instead of Narcissa Malfoy from the Harry Potter theme. ( ) I'm actually most interested in seeing what the goons will look like. Just because we've seen like a majority of the figures already.

Licensed Sets LEGO Missed the Ball On/Never Made

A rumored reveal's date hasn't got anything to do with the set. With all the LotR complaints, I agree. I've been slowly becoming a fan and would love to see more. There's still a lot of things from every movie they could still cover. Which is sad because the better things are the ones they left out. Maybe we'll get lucky.
  23. In LEGO, we have praised licensed sets but often overlooked how absurdly awful they were. And there are chances LEGO could've made great sets but missed out on. I'll start small so we can have some discussion. LEGO missed the ball on the smallest DC Superheroes 2012 set. Catcycle Chase was the name. I think? I had owned the set for what seems now like forever. Also being lucky enough to own the 2006 counterpart. I must conclude that LEGO missed. It was rubbish. The 2006 set offered a crazy set up for a chase featuring the Bat-Dragracer and frankly, as absurd as an idea that is. The vehicle was still imposing and added nicely to the serious theme. The 2012 counterpart was awful. While the set did have it's perks with rare-ish pieces. Batman wasn't imposing. In fact. He was smiling... In a jetpack. And there was a HUGE waste of resources on that awkward street corner. Where Batman would stop Catwoman by throwing a traffic lamp onto her. That explains itself. LEGO also missed the ball on an OBVIOUS set that would have made a good amount of money. A UCS Hogwarts. I'm not really one to be mad at LEGO for missing a set because they may not have thought of such potential. But this was obvious, and the countless iterations of Hogwarts in the past just couldn't amount to the massive size of the real Castle. Now, I reckon. A ~$300 Hogwarts would be a lot better than a $120 re-hash of the same. Old. Annoying. Sections of Hogwarts. So much potential, yet no response or attempt. A point I want to put across is that we shouldn't be bashing LEGO in this, we should just say that they were at a weak point with these sets. So, don't make it sound like LEGO is terrible... (This message may be hypocritical.) Anyways, I'd love to see anyone's input on what LEGO could've done better. Or just have done in general...

    Marvel Super Heroes Wishlists

Eh, I think the fig count is fine as is. Black Cat could easily be portrayed as an antagonist much like Catwoman was. And all the traps with it. But it could go either way.
