  1. [MOC] The Impossible (dual arm version)

Using the same Equilibrium technique as the previous version, the front arm changed from single into dual sided.
The handle bar also turn as the front wheel direction.

  2. Thank you for all of you have post negative feedback in my thread, your comment will show off your disability of compete with others. (so other member can see it too)

As I can only look at the pictures can you please explain why the inventory states I need 4 Tyres - I can only see two on the model.

    Oops, sorry.
I should be only 2, I think the system has did a small mistakes during verification on the part.
Anyway, thank's for the input & I have made the correction.

  4. This is my latest model for the hubless motorcycle model, this model featured single arm steering with 'auto return to center' by using PoweredUp apps.

This is not an ordinary motorcycle creations that you have already seen before, it didn't have any complex physics principle of a real motorcycle or the way you riding a real motorcycle.(because smart solutions area not always to be complex)
It's just a motorcycle model with complex building structure came in a compact size & works as shown in the video.(you can not ride it)
Please do not keep telling me to follow your principle of how a motorcycle model should be, every builder has different approach & technique to be unique.
You can also display it on your desk using the display stand.(instruction also provided)
If you interested with this model, you can build it with the instructions at LINK REMOVED

NOTE: The name of the creation is to shows nothing is impossible to be done with LEGO Technic if you have the passion & knowledge.

Following are the prototype model before the final model

This video shows the final model running on a distance about 2m, the side support bar helps when making a turn.
The model return to standing position after the turn (when it back in straight mode) by the help of the center of gravity, the side support bar didn't touch the surface.

This video shows the smooth rotating front wheel, the rear wheels also has the same.

  5. This is the new model of my hubless bike, I have changed the driving hub with the gears system.
This model was created as I found out that the part#78442 - Gear Rack 6x6 Curved has the same diameter as the part #77107.
The steering also got slanted mounting point, the structure for the steering system also getting more sturdy.
Turning angle is a bit big due to the limited movement of the fork.
The overall design was inspired by the shape of a Ranchu (gold fish)
    What do you think ?

    UPDATE:
I have changed the steering into single arm system & it works as I want it to be.(bigger turning angle)
The bodywork also got some addition with the new panel.
    Here is the video :

Such clean bodywork!  I would love to see a video or gif of it moving.

Yeah, I'm sure the motor will make the gears to skip rather than stall the motor, but I wonder if the motor could be controlled in such a way that it would stop after turning far enough in either direction even if the turn button is pressed, and then return to center when it's released? That way you could have a return to center steering and use normal gears.

I have modified the steering structure, now it can use the 'return to center' feature of the PU L motor.
    Please check the video.

What a great simple RC design that have wonderful view. This clearly shows the point the Lego Technic is reached.

The missing dark azure, somehow, makes the color more beautiful for me.

Yes, a real-time video will be nice.

It seems a challenge to built this design with power functions.

    Will you provide the instruction?

    Thank you.
It will be a problem to position the IR module when you built with power functions, maybe it can be place in top of the front bonnet.
The other option is using a buWizz.
Video & instruction will be available soon.

Well, thanks. The chassis may seem perfect in comparison to previous iterations, it's still has the shortcoming of slightly reduced turn angle, but for a manual/static model is okay. The rear axle is slightly overusing this specific 3L wheel attachment piece, so it could be improved, but I wanted to have both wheel and differential fixed rigidly in place. The body on the other hand has a lot of quirks and it's only to show what can be done at this scale.

We could have slightly different finish of the body like from the original car transporter's carried car, how the mustang GT500 looks (I actually ripped of ideas for the front from that set), or something like @dickylaban's corolla:

But the core point here is that Lego could do a lot better with models at car transporter scale (this model is even smaller and has full size engine and doors + hood and trunk opening), and we get models like corvette ZR1 and the GT500, so in that sense I think it's a perfect example to prove this point :)

Your final model is very nice.
I agree with you, the small size car model is very interesting & challenging to built.
I hope the part#71708 & 80286 will be available in more color in the future, this will help a lot to create a good looking model.
Currently only the white one is the only one that have complete parts that very useful for creating a small model.
