In the TMNT thread we've been talking about why TMNT is getting larger sets than superheroes has so far. I am bringing it up here in efforts to move the conversation to this thread, where it belongs... I don't see why lego is making larger sets for TMNT while superheroes is left with smaller sets. The contention of the TMNT folks is TMNT is the bigger thing but that doesn't seem to track IMO... Anyone care to theorize?

Yeah but superheroes is more than just X-Men. Also I'm going to bring this up in the superheroes thread before we get too far off subject I don't like threadjacking and don't want to do it -

I was wondering the same thing... where are our big superhero sets or dose TLG think they wont sell? X-Men only have an occasional movie? Wolverine last year... Now another?? Plus superheroes have tons of movies, shows and comics all the time! No that's not an answer. But no need to threadjack this, back to TMNT talk.... Sorry -
I read an article recently where Hayley Atwell said she would be interested in doing the show but that's all... I will try and find the link. Found it http://splashpage.mt...rter-tv-series/ In the article she talks about the lack of female heroes in the MCU... an agent carter show would help solve that problem

I like other posters wish for more sets based on more stuff but in the end I'm just glad we have this line at all... The only other lines I collect are star wars and LOTR/Hobbit but they get boring after awhile. It would be nice for lego to branch out into other areas of fiction that I enjoy but the harry potter ship has sailed and everything else I like are not likely to be made by lego. I guess what I'm trying to say is if what we want is more we'll never be satisfied, so I'm going to try to be happy with what we get and hopefully this line will be expanded in 2015 and not lost all together *cringe*

I like the sound of the sets except where are white tiger and power man... Like one poster said, I don't need another spider man minifig. These are just the march sets X-Men and GotG are set for later in the year, I think...

I'm, pretty sure Ant Man isn't coming till 2015 For 13 bucks I'll buy it for the figures if it has anybody interesting.... Pass on batman even if the figures are great... $33 is too steep.

Tower of Orthanc, Battle at the Black Gate and the Pirate Ship Ambush along with a bunch of pick a brick stuff to complete my Stark mansion MOD... Oh and a TIE fighter I'm gifting a good friend.

Glad you revived it... Yeah Chicago and Boston look good... Me I'm a life long Sharks fan so Go Sharks! (Nice little win against Vancouver to start out, just hope we can beat Phoenix... They give us problems sometimes.) Yeah bummer the sharks didn't beat the kings but hey, we put up a good fight... Let's hope this year's the year

I have to agree on the split thread thing, although I would still check into the DC thread but not as often... As for the speculation part, I find it fun to speculate with my fellow Lego fans but it could not be more obvious that I lean Marvel's way.

No, he was experimented on by the doctor who was injured in the blast... He confronted her in the hospital. What i want to know is why SHIELD didn't find out about the doctor from the guy and go after her.

I have to say Joker looks great! I wont be buying him, but if other figures in 2014 are as good as him and batgirl I will be very happy

You may be right, but it will be about gordon before he met bayman and how he and other cops deal with gotham's bad guys without powers... IE DC's version of SHIELD, I could see it failing miserably but I could see it also being great... We'll have to wait and see... So far TV is the only medium in which DC beats marvel IMO so we'll see if that continues.

for DC sets anyone think we'll get an Arrow set or two in 2014 to match the amount of marvel sets??... Also, I know DC has some mew live action stuff in the works, anyone hear about any new animations TLG might be able to draw from in the future?

James Spader is awesome... Can't wait to see him as Ultron. As for blacklist, do you get the feeling Spader's character planned all this from the start... I mean did he go rouge for 20 years just so he could find the real bad guys

I noticed Brickipedia has Green Goblin as the only other known minifig in the spider man sets... http://lego.wikia.co...ider-Man_Set(s) Not sure what they're basing that on but if it's true its included, I wonder if it will be the classic or USM version. I for one hope for classic but if it was USM (which I think is more likely) I hope it's a big fig
