There is 1 set that I do regret buying:
the new tractor, released in 2012. I spent £25 on it and wasn't all that pleased.
Yet, I wouldn't sell it because:
1.I can't find most of the bits because they are in various MOC's,
2.I would never get a lot of money for it anyway, so there would be no point in selling it on unless someone made a good offer
Thats really nice
sadly I have not recieved the same kind of service from them.
I asked Lego what to do because it would not work when I used my manual pump(old style) to pressurise a mini pneumatic ram. I told them that the pipe just blew off when I pressurised it, which it does. Anyway, today I recieved an e-mail containing links for LEGO MINDSTORMS HELP. It seems that you must send a formal letter to not get a reply from lego's remote messaging service.
Why do they not treat everyone the same?
Hi
if it is seised, it probably burnt out when the customer tested it.
You know on airfix kits there is extra moulding (flash) that is not wanted?
I suspect that there is some of that on the planetary gears, therefore locking them up.
As this motor is no use to you at the moment, i would advise "exploratory surgery" inside it, it cant make it any worse than it already is!
Some moddeling tools and a screwdriver is all you should need.
Hope this helps
