11 minutes ago, DonQuixote said:So of topic : some people here with BDP experience? Have paid for the Mountain Fortress an hour ago. My Insiders account says : waiting for stock. What does this means? Have I got it or not?
Yes. There is no stock because the sets are not produced yet. That is a standard message.
On topic: I like the set, but it is not a must have. The lack of animals and the stickers aren't a good thing, but the buildings are superior to the decades old medieval market.

QuoteWhat's the betting that orders placed through LEGO directly and not via Bricklink will be cancelled?
I did it this way the last time and I got them before anyone else reported they got them.
-
https://www.lego.com/cart?product=(put number here) You can use a direct link without using BrickLink, or having a BrickLink-account at all.
910031 is General Store.
910030 is Snack Shack.
910033 is Train Shed.
910029 is Mountain Fortress.
910032 is Parisian Street.
It worked for me. My link gets them direct in the card. Sometimes you have to wait a couple of seconds before it appears. Good luck

Yeah, but it is in Hungarian, I believe:

LEGO-designer George Gilliatt has a video on his Instagram-page were we can hear some phrases of the soundbrick from the Sorting Hat he designed.

The Gabrielle minifig from the previous Beauxbatons set had a face option showing her eyes closed. Using that Gabrielle minifig with closed eyes works nicely for display of the Second Task set. If you put Garbielle rather than Hermoine in the floating chain, you can depict the moment when Krum has swum off with Hermoine (I put them on the ladder) and Harry is faced with only Ron and Gabrielle remaining. This removes the need for characters missing from the Second Task set (Fleur, Cedric, Cho) since they are no longer in the scene at that point.
Except, the clothes she wears in the 2019-Beauxbatons-set are not what she wears in the second-task scene.

I hardly see that happening. The set is about their arrival so ther figures will be from that Scene too.
Gabrielle should be a new variant then if she's in the set. Both the arrival and the black lake variants are different from the one we already got.
^^ this is what she wears in the black lake.
^^ this is what she wears when they arrived.

QuoteWe also can confirm Minifigures of Igor Karkaroff, Madame Maxime, and Barty Crouch Sr. in the Triwizard Tournament: The Arrival set!

9 minutes ago, Accio Lego said:Weren’t the prices attached to the Burrow leaked in the survey more in the typical $400 range? 2405 pieces isn’t a $400 set, more like $250. That suggests that if this is the Burrow it’s been scaled back from the leaked image.
No. It was $200 to $325, according to Promobricks.
Piece-count was 2388, so this 2405 piece set could be the Burrow, because its just 17 pieces more.

I go with the answer from @Balrogofmorgoth
QuoteCrack theory I'd like to run past you: 4 and 6 remind me of Sleeping Beauty (sans spindle) and Snow White, which if you steer clear of the Disney versions are clearly in the public domain. Both of them exist in the Wizarding World, because we have the stories of the hags that poisoned them (Draught of Living Death for Briar Rose). There was a suggestion that they may have been Muggles, as JKR's fairytale witches are depicted as more proactive, but the Wiggenweld potion worked to revive them. As potions typically fail on Muggles, one has to wonder if they weren't therefore also witches, and so perhaps the subjects of portraits...
Interesting theory. It absolutely can be. I've even searched through Hogwarts Legacy, because number 6 reminded me of Isidora Morganach, but only her younger version resembles the style of clothes a bit.

12 minutes ago, krimimimi said:@mark1991t, 4 isn't it. That's a photographer's work that creates HP related art. (article here: https://www.therowlinglibrary.com/2019/05/19/wizarding-portraits-in-the-muggle-world-interview-with-xavier-boldu/)
Yeah. Thats why I said it could be. What I understand of said photographer is that they base their work of portraits of the Wizarding World. Not completely copying said portrets. I can not find anything that looks like this, so what their source could be.
No time tot answer on your other comments for now, but thank you!

I found some portraits. I've numbered the image for clarification:
1. Rowena Ravenclaw
2. Unidentified, left corner second from above
3. Sir. Cadogan
4. Unidentified, could be based on this
5. Goderic Gryfindor
8. Helga Hufflepuf
10. Jocunda Sykes
11. Elizabeth Burke
13. Basil Fronsac
14. Salazar Slytherin

It's a bit hard to hear, because of the loud music, but can not find this part without the music. The setdresser (Stephenie McMillan) literally says: 'Each shop had an shopkeeper'.

I'm searching. I think it was a book with behind the scenes. I have a few.

I've read somewhere (I do not know where, sorry) that all shops in the movies had an owner cast for it. Thus we saw Florean Fortescue in the 2020 DA. That should mean that there was someone cast as Madam Malkin and that LEGO could have that info somewhere.
Watching the DA scenes from the movies I can only come up with this pic, wich is in front of Madam Malkins (left):
The two lady's could be costumers and the lady with the hat could be Madam Malkin.

I don't know that, but I do know we saw 'Olivanders' in another scene, were Harry, Ron and Hermione are in the shop in HP6, when it is destroyed by deatheaters. The can give is those outfits if they are nice. We only have Ron from that scene, because he came in the recent WWW-set.

…ok, just saw the stitch set and had to search by hostage “buildable stitch.” Couldn’t find the Encanto sets though.
exabrickslegogo is an account to follow for photo's.

^^ and one of that sets clearly was a 'dots'-set. This should be confirmation they just ditched the 'dots'-branding, not the format as was mentioned in their press-release (via Brickset).
QuoteAfter careful consideration, we have decided to exit the LEGO DOTS theme and integrate tile-based play into other themes within our portfolio.

Buildable Stitch and two encanto sets are on Insta now. Stitch is very good IMO.

According to 1414falconfan in a reaction on a comment on his instapost, the € 200,- isn't the leaked Burrow.

Yeah, that's a possibility.

The survey listed a 2388-piece count. Nothing on this list comes close to that piece count.

It looks purple tot me. Very, very dark purple yes, but purple. LEGO tends to make colors more brighter than they appear on screen through..
