Post your general LEGO Star Wars questions here
Empire911 replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I think that the first version is 10 000, there is a second wave of the set and I don't know what the quantity is. You need to go far in the archives of Legoland to find it. Is there one set that we know the exact quantity? I own an unopened 10123 Cloud City and is it true that this is the most special and exclusive box from LEGO? If it is, still no one knows the amount of numbers of the set. If you do pleace tell me. -
Are we supposed to make a "work in progress" topic? They say it on the list of rules, last line.

Yes, I'm in! I will start with some Bricklink orders. Good luck to all of you and have fun!

Empire911 replied to Sir von Lego's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I saw you in Cologne last Saturday and it was the best and most impressive creation there! The size and amount of bricks is sow huge! Very impressive work! -
I went to Fanwelt today and I bought sets 7150, 7151, 7180. About 30 minifigs and a lot of bricks (20 boxes). As you can see it was a nice day.

It is strange to say that I still "play" with LEGO, a lot of people think that we just play with bricks, and they don't see the fun of collecting it. When I'm at school, I can talk about Star Wars (everybody knows it), but I can't talk about LEGO. There is a big difference between what we do and playing with toys. -
I bought myself the 10227 UCS B-Wing starfighter and the Advent Calendar, and a lot bricks for MOC's!

I guess there are some but not as big as in Germany or Holland, I think it's not a big deal in England. -

For 20 Stormtroopers you may still pay 90-110euro's, the fact is that when you are on a fair, you may buy a lot at the same place. They often make you a prise what makes it cheap (the Germans are good in that ) When you buy for example four boxes and 20 minifigs, they can give you a discount of 10-15%, sometimes 20%! A LEGO festival is good for cheap boxes, minifigs and bricks. -
Nice that you have done it for different planets, nice work. (I'm a big fan of Halo.)

I'm collecting since 2005, I never buy on Ebay or Brinklink for my Imperial collection. I go every year to three LEGO festivals: end february in Goes, Holland. LEGO World in October in Zwolle, Holland. end November is there Fanwelt in Köln, Germany (next week!). There you can buy a lot of minifigs for a realistic price. -

We saw a lot of MOC's of Mustafar over the last days, but this one is also very good. Nice work.

It is going to be something totaly different, it will be fantastic or dramatic. I can't wait to see the trailer, but "Star Wars" itself will be different with Disney. The only thing we can do is wait.

Ow, sorry for that. But I thing buying the set might be cheaper than buying every brick apart. I haven't count it together but the prizes of bricks can be high if you look to the special bricks of the set. -
WAW! Very good and nice details! Fantastic work.

I think good, but I don't know what your budget is. I buyed mine in Legoland and it was approximatly 200euro's. We are now 8 years further so the prize is of course higher, the Bricklink prizes for an opened but compleet set are good but if you want an sealed one it's way overprized!
