Would anyone be interested in making some body armor decals (front, back, and possibly sleeves) for a Sheriff Clara Bronson / Deputy Boo build? I was thinking about putting the decals on a white hockey shirt, like this one. Here are some pics of the front and the back of the body armor. If I could get a verison with and without the bullet hole (and change the number of blue dots), that would be wonderful. I was hoping to get some decals for the sleeves, but didn't see a template for that anywhere, so I'm unsure of the dimensions. Here is a better picture showing how the armor looks on Deputy Boo's "sleeves." As you can see, the sleeves are slightly different on each of the characters, but I'm not all that worried about the difference, if you'd rather just pick one. Light is red on the left side, and blue on the right. I was planning on putting a black torso under the armor, so I would just need what is on the armor, itself. If you have any questions, or would like additional pictures, please let me know. Thanks in advance to anyone willing to take on this task. You guys constantly amaze me with your talent and attention to detail. *edit* I just saw this great football jersey that Nick Ab made, maybe that would work better than the hockey jersey template?

These sculptures are great. Wow! I'm quite impressed! I think I would adopt the little guy in the boat, if he were real. :p

You are quite the talented artist! This guy on the right, in the wheelchair, is my favorite of the ones you have posted. I love the colors. Very nice work!

Great decal! I had forgotten that they made a movie based on the book series!! My 10 year old is about half way through the 13 books. I'll have to show her this decal. Neat idea - I'd love to see the finished minifigure, if you ever do it!

Personally, I'd love to see a custom wrap around for the legs, but I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with!!!

The Walking Dead I'm a huge fan of both The Walking Dead comic and TV series, so I couldn't resist making some custom minifigures of the characters. I thought I would share some of the ones that I have completed so far. Glenn is my favorite, so I started with him. I had fun showing Rick's physical transformation over the seasons (I still need to get him a gun belt), but had the most fun creating Daryl with his season 3 poncho.

The Walking Dead Customized Minifigures

Good point about Rick! He is definitely going to need a more serious face for S3! Thanks for the compliment on Daryl - he is my favorite figure, though not my favorite character. I totally geeked out when I found that poncho for him. I'm obviously totally into the show, if you are into the comic as well (and are up to date), let me know, and I'll link you to some other custom figures. I didn't bother posting them here, because to get the 'joke' you would have to be a huge fan of the comic. Some of the accessories, like a few of the guns and Dale's hat, are from places like G.I. Brick, but most everything else is official LEGO. However, I'm about to attempt some custom decals for Carl Grimes, designed for me by NickAb, so I'm definitely not a purist. Thanks for the encouragement, guys. I'm glad to know that I'm not on my own in my TWD love. Krulis, I ordered the part you suggested for Michonne's pets, and it works really well. Thanks again. -
It looks like a crocodile balancing a treat on it's nose. Heh! So adorable! I agree, excellent work on the legs. I love it. My 7 year old daughter is working on a jail cell. Not quite as quaint as that sweet rainbow dog. My mom made a couple of storage bags for my girls, like Cara mentioned, using this tutorial. I had one as a kid that she made, and really liked it. We don't store our LEGO in it, as I like things a bit more organized, but it's a good workspace for them; one where we can easily clean up the loose bricks they are working with, without totally putting them away.

Thanks for the recommendation for the collar, Krulis. Uh... thanks? Yeah; it's the torso to the surfer girl's wetsuit. Here is my S2 injured Carl Grimes. It's the scene where Rick gives him his hat. I made it to sort of amuse myself, since I couldn't find a torso that I liked for Carl, but NickAb just made me a decal for Carl's torso, so I'll get going on that. -
Thank you so much, NickAb!!! It looks great!!

I'm really impressed with all the work you've done; it really looks great. I'm actually getting a bit choked up looking at it; it looks like my set has been forever lost. Loved, loved Classic Space. BTW, I think it is just adorable that you numbered your guys.

I love the detail work on the outfits! I would have never guessed Gandalf's hair was a spray job - it looks great. -

Here is my Michonne: If anyone has any ideas of a piece I could use to hook the chains to the necks of Michonne's pet zombies, let me know. I thought about maybe making Sculpty collars, but I'd rather find a LEGO piece that worked, if I could. -
He looks GREAT! Looking forward to seeing the full MOC.

Ooh! Nice recommendation; I'll have to check that out! I'm eventually going to create some scenes, but don't plan on doing the whole prison. Maybe one of the crew clearing out the courtyard, or something of that nature. There will be a scene in 306 that I will definitely recreate - more on that in Nov. I'd also like to do some behind the scenes MOCs with the makeup artists touching up the zombie extras, and such, but I'm not sure there would be enough interest in that to post them here. Thanks for your comments and recommendation. I'm planning a S2 Carl in bed, when Rick gives him the hat, so I'll look into getting the Cad Bane hat before then... -
He's great! The arm looks perfect. Now he just needs his ball and chain.
