  1. Mike are you still in to LEGO ?

  2. Some old news but I see that nobody posted it (via search option). Or is this because nobody liked it... More at "push me" Building Instructions at "push me" Programming Instructions at "push me" Video at " "
  3. I have made 32 diff. zombie heads and 25 zombie torsos. The heads I designed to be Lego-like (like also the torsos). The Torsos I designed in somekind of vintage style (based on the off. TLC torso designes of 1978-79 and clothes of 1930-40). I hope you like them and that you can use them. C & C is always welcome. NOTE: FREE TO USE BUT GIVE CREDIT TO THE DESIGNER IF YOU USE THEM ! THE ZOMBIE HEADS (Gray) THE ZOMBIE HEADS (Flesh) THE ZOMBIE HEADS (Transparent - note: white is white and not light light light gray) THE ZOMBIE TORSOS Some examples how the zombie minifigure could look (with other words, like I have it in mind).
  4. Several face expression with small differences to have a large mixture of expressions. More will follow. I will also make them for transparent decal paper when I'm finished. C&C is welcome and I hope you like them... Added on 2 June Added on 3 June Added on 4 June ( for Rubén Riojas - request) Added on 21 July
  5. When I was designing these, I tried to safeguard the authenticity. So a lot of research has been done before initial the first line was drawn. Although it wasn't easy to find some good information or pictures (so if somebody knows a very good site, please let me know... thx in advance !). Also I tried to let the design look as Lego-ish as possible. Both are always my objectives when designing. I hope you like it and C&C is welcome. Note: the decals are free to use but do have the respect to honor the designer to. Pawnee tribe (transparent and how it could look when applied) Kumeyaay tribe (transparent and how it could look when applied) Extra (decal and how it could look when applied) I like to design more Indian Decals but since I have no good information I probably leave it at this try. Unless there is suddenly a huge demand... ... for the record, this is a fantasy.

    Wake-up time !

For the ones how want a Lego Pirate-theme clock (and for the newbies who didn't know it excist). Source: e-klocki.com Author: Nori of klocki Do you find it difficult to wake up in the morning? So what would you say if you could connect this dreaded activity with your hobby? Some time ago, a few sets came ou branded by Lego ( „Clic Time” to be specific ) consisting of one large element being an alarm clock mechanism and a few additional bricks. Those sets were generally connected to one of Lego main themes, so there were alarm clocks from Star Wars, Racers, Bionicle, Technic, Belville, Soccer and many others. Being an Adventurers enthusiast myself, I have been searching for a long time (a few years!) for an alarm clock with this theme. A second-hand market was an only possible solution for me as the set was quite old - it came out in 2003. I had been very persistent in my search yet there was no way I could get that set. One time I had bought it on e-bay but the transaction was never finalised as the seller wasn’t willing to send it to Poland. But finally my patience has been rewarded! So what did I get? Whole set is put in an elegant wrapping with cut-outs. Plastic packaging provide excellent protection for elements inside the box. The main part - alarm clock mechanism - is put in a rectangle box which can be used as a regular Lego brick itself. At the front of it there’s a clock face, full of colours and pictures connected of course to the theme of the set. Adventurers’ clock’s hands and numbers are perfectly readable, there’s no way one could commit mistake reading current time. And when you’re in the dark a little built-in light activated with a small button, comes in handy (but how does one find a button in the dark?). At the back there are two knobs - just like regular clocks - one is used to set the current time, while the other sets the time of the alarm. Worth mentioning is a fact that knobs are shaped like gears from Lego Technic. After putting all the parts together one gets a small yet nice looking construction. Perfect for putting next to one’s bed! For more photos of the Adventurers alarm clock visit my gallery, and below are some samples of what else Lego has to offer: Luckily not all Lego Alarm Clocks are as hard to obtain as the one described above. You can easily get most of them at e-bay and BrickLink Or some on ClickTime. Unfortunately not the Pirate one... 8(

    Legends of Chima 2014

Sorry ...but I'm new... My 2 cents: - Maybe a good idea would be to post the pictures in the first page? --> because nobody browse through 15 pages before he or her post something...at least not I and I think I'm not alone! - Maybe make this into a general EuroBricks rule? --> only with new themes and his pictures/leaks. - Maybe it's postible to make that single 1st post accessible for everybody? --> the person with a new pic can post it himself and can refer to it if he/she has posted some new stuff. - Maybe a Mod can collect all the pictures and post them in the first post? --> then you need somebody to do it and follow everything up off course.

Lego Superheroes 2013 Rumours & Discussion

I can understand your comment to a certain extented. But often the following things are forgotten when we discuss sets: - that LEGO is made for kids between the age of 5 and 16 in the first place (since LEGO started there business). --> looking at a LEGO set from a pure AFOL perspective isn't really the right way to look at it in my opinion...sorry. --> because we often want 10 figs, 800 bricks and this just for 25€. - that LEGO wants a certain level of play experience for the kid (on diff. levels). --> bricks without figures or figures without bricks don't give the child this expierence. --> the balance must be right and this isn't sometimes not obvious for everybody why you only get 3 figures for 80€. --> LEGO also has a cost to produce it... we often forget this.

Lego Superheroes 2013 Rumours & Discussion

Although I like to see the Super Heroes in LEGO, I'm not really impressed with most of the design of the characters. In particular: - Dr. Doom: doesn't has that iron mask feeling due the emotion = grin on a IRON mask ? - Venom: too detailed on the teeth = by using gum the essence of the big sharp teeth goes a bit away ! - The Penguin: doesn't looks like him = looks like the Penguin in his childhood. Secondary, too many different execution styles in one line (it looks like the decoration is made by 3-4 designers): - different stroke thickness from character to character. - different anatomy from character to character. - different level of detail from character to character. - perspective on some and non on others (in particular the belts). Sorry there is no alignment

    ADHO15's MS Paint Characters

You're welcome, although since I went to the dark side it's a while that I made something for the community but now you can have my decals printed... officialy printed......like Oola. That will be a hard one because we have to follow the official reference that Lucas provides us with.

    MOC: Wehrmacht Base

We probably have a different view on censorship. Censorship for me is forbidden to show it at all or speak about it all. So you end up with stuff like the below image. As far as I can see in my posts I never said - not allowed to show it. I don't want to go this way because personally I find this liberty restrained. It was more about the thought of given WWI or WWII Moc's a symbol somewhere in the right corner to avoid consumer confusion and via this way avoiding harming the brand LEGO. Like this can maybe enough: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Kris1234/Prohibition/1.jpg http://lego.alanstudio.hk/moc-7641-mcdonalds/cover.jpg Why I have given this a reflection/thought? At LEGO we have consumer service and they give us feed back from the consumers (related to the project you working on). We take these comments from consumer service at LEGO serious because we want to deliver a good product at the end. Following on this I think I can say that most people in the community have no clue what people all over the world write to us and that some of the complaints are literally about confusion (product or an images). Why is there confusion? Because a lot of people around the world don't know there is a LEGO community and that they build LEGO for a hobby. Because of this, people think that some images are official LEGO (especially when they're framed like a LEGO box). Step back and refect yourself before you started with LEGO...did you know it was this big...in all honesty, I don't think so. What do you think if parents see this? http://laughingsquid.com/wp-content/uploads/box.jpg http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4059/4410261693_f3bb6ec0e9.jpg http://www.sonicgear.org/BootlegFakes/BootlegImages/LegoKnuckleface.jpg You know it's fake because LEGO is your passion...you eat and breath bricks... But what about people who just buy it for their kids? I agree although I still wanted to make one last statement to illustrate the bigger picture we maybe have to look at.

    MOC: Wehrmacht Base

Try to read my post again. Personaly I have nothing against it but as a designer at LEGO I think different about it because like I said, pictures like this could harm the brand if it's not well communicated. Does it make sence now?

    Star Wars LEGO Photography

@ smokebelch I really love the stuff you do by placing the figures in a real enviroment... And I can tell you that a lot of designers at work loved your pictures...some even had it as a wallpaper on their computer. But what about placing some humor in the pictures...like the Brazilian advertising school students in Escola Cuca did? Or the Korean photographer Storm TK431. Or with some action: My 2 cents...
  24. Capt. Kirk

    MOC: Wehrmacht Base

Very nice build with a lot of things happening...like the crane the most. The only thing I have since I went to the outer side - read working for LEGO - is that my opinion about building "war stuff" is changed a bit. Although I have nothing against it and most creations are very nice builds be honest... I always keep in mind that pictures like this can maybe be seen by moms and dads... and if they're not aware that this is a MOC, they could think that LEGO is producing war-like themes. And since we all love the brand this is not a good thing IMO for the brand. As you all know their was a lot of fuss about the LEGO Concentration camp by Zbigniew Libera(link) I think banning war-like creations would be ridiculous because everybody should be free to build what he/she likes... but maybe the community can think about the idea of putting somekind of symbol/wording on war-like MOC's to make it clear to the rest of the world that this is not official LEGO. Just an idea.
