Wow... seriously I've spent like 10 minutes to figure out what bricks you used for the floor... I'm not familiar with all the evil building technics that are used in this subforum

Nice review I had that set back then, and I confirm that the playability was 9/10, but 10/10 when combined with any other small and cheap pirate sets. I really liked these sets, not many parts, but lot of accessories! Plus there is a small base-plate, I think that nowadays it's not so common (I may be wrong on that).

Eurobricks Star Wars Community Build
Bob De Quatre replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
The two options are good. On first though, I think it's better to separate what belongs to the videogames, and what belongs to the books... The videogames category will allow EBers to recreate anything seen in SW videogames from the last 30 years... The books category will allow EBers to bring to life ships, buildings or scene that have only been described in books... And some builds might belong to the two categories -
Really nice tower, and the lighting isn't that bad I think it lacks embrasures for the deadly archer to shoot their deadly arrows...

I was young during the M-tron era, I had a lots of them... but when I get my Lego back this summer from my parent's house, I discovered they were not in the boxes

Cool M-tron viper But it lacks the space-mailbox with the magnets

Community Build: SW Episode III - Revenge of the Sith
Bob De Quatre replied to Oky's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I'd like to have the imperial tag. Thanks Oky and all the participant -
Really nice shapes, I love it
-
Of course I know it couldn't get bigger due to the structure size. I just hope Imir Klaue isn't claustrophobic For the secret passage I also thought of The legend of Zelda *insert the "secret passage found" sound*

CCCX Avalanche at Deadman's Gorge
Bob De Quatre replied to Mark of Falworth's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Wow you did a very nice build... again I love the way you did the cliff and the water. -
Really nice as always I find it a little small for a throne room, but that's maybe because I watched the two seasons of Game of throne during the last week The regent got inspired by Jabba's palace...

I didn't know Lego got the license for the Power Ranger

[MOC] "I fly in now" Episode VI last attack on the Death Star
Bob De Quatre replied to markus1984's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Now I want that on my desk... You'll have to take responsability markus1984 !! -
I agree with Anio, my SSD is too big. When you build a UCS model, you had to make compromise, as everything is not realizable with Lego bricks.I think I thought about details that Anio didn't, and vice versa. For example I spent a lot of time studiying the studio model and tried to reproduce the shapes and details, that's maybe why my SSD is flater than Anio's... but that's also why it got a frailer structure. Telling wich model is better than another is a personnal choice. And I won't say that mine is better that Anio's or that his is better than mine... I'd say they are different in many points (shape, size, ...) and you should make your own choice... Anyway, if you want to build a SSD during the next month, go with Anio's one, it's a great model, Anio is a great builder and you won't be disappointed

I'm not fan of that chibi style, but you captured the characters very well, they are so recognizable. Good job
-
It's really nice. The shape and the colorscheme are great. Maybe a little too many guns for a starwars ship of that size
-
Cool vignette. I would so have it standing on my desk
-
Nice ship The sliding cockpit is a good idea
-
So I got some time today to built a little vignette for the CB I'm not very proud of it tough Special thanks to rongYIREN for his amazing clouds design (go support him here)
-
Nicely done. LDD says a hundred bricks are misplaced... I don't like when it says that But the ship is welldesigned, the internal structure is nice, but will cost a lot You should carefully plan the support, it's important fot a ship of that size.

Nice little scene © Disney company ??

[MOC] Yet another Super Star Destroyer Executor...
Bob De Quatre replied to Bob De Quatre's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Thanks. I'll release instructions once I'm satisfied with the build, which could take some months. The building showed some flaws that I need to correct. -
I hope they will fit the story with the existing books about the post-empire era. I'm currently reading again the Correlian Trilogy, and I think there is already enough good stuff written (and some long long before the Jar Jar calamity) to make good movies in the spirit of the OT.
